In CMLL there are some

Lluvia, Princesa Sujei, Reina Ray, India Siux, Zeuxis

Still I have to admit I don't have seen any of them wrestling...

Yeah, W-olf sent me a great website listing some of these the other day. I need to watch some of their matches first so I can get an idea of how to use them. With this new chick in CHIKARA too, there's scope for a women's division in the future.

I hope you use Super Dragon well, he's awesome. Dragon/Sin Cara would own.

Can I ask what period you're using Rey from?

Apologies, missed this.

Dragon's got plenty to do in the near future, don't you worry.

I'm using 2010/11 Rey, so pretty recent.

Masked Wrestler's Wrestling on PPV: Season 1, Episode 3

We get right to the action as Excaliber introduces the following contest!

Match 1
images

Black Tiger IV
vs.
2597931206_small_1.jpg

Suicide

A great back and forth encounter as both men go all out for the win. With precious Open Title spaces up for grabs, Black Tiger does himself a huge favour with this with, after a lowblow behind the refs back followed by a roll up using the tights.

Excaliber announces that the Open Championship will be determined in a six corner survival match in 2 weeks. There will be a total of six qualifiers, 2 last week, won by Jigsaw & Fire Ant, 2 this week, and the final two next week.

Match 2: Open Championship Qualifier

Delirious w/Kimchee
vs.
carpenter+ant.jpg

Carpenter Ant

The most aggressive member of The Colony took it to the mad man from parts unknown, trapping him in a few submissions even I don't recognise. But the more experienced Delirious managed to fight back and finish with the Chemical Imbalance II

Match 3

uno+dos+profile.jpg

Volador Jr. & The Super Smash Brothers
vs.
spider1.jpg
Hell+in+a+cell.jpg

Ultimate Spider Jr. & Faceless

High octane match as the SSB and Volador gain a bit of revenge on Faceless by getting the win after Volador hit the backcracker on Sin Cara Azul for the 3 count.

Post match, Sin Cara Negro blamed Ultimate Spider Jr. for the loss, but the Spider was having none of it. Negro tried to attack Spider but Spider was more aware and dropkicked him from the ring. Azul was seen pointing and gesturing disapprovingly to his tag partner as they returned to the back.

Excaliber was about to make an announcement but was interrupted by El Hijo del Santos & Octagon. Santos said he was annoyed that MWW kissed the feet of Rey Mysterio when he is nothing but a traitor to Lucha Libre. He said losing his mask and returning to Mexico with it on was hugely disrespectful to everything his father stood for, and while the rest of Mexico may forgive him, he doesn't. He calls El Generico a disgrace for trying to make Lucha Libre a laughing stock, he isn't even Mexican! He promises to make an example out of both of them tonight.

Excaliber is finally able to confirm that four tag teams will compete in three weeks in a straight knock out contest to determine the first tag team champions!

Match 4: Tag Team Championship Qualifier
u_guerrero.jpg

Los Guerreros del Infierno
vs.
01.jpg
2821374_249px.jpg

Office Space

Infierno started out on fire, but were eventually slowed down by Mankind and Leatherface. They turned the match into a fight, with Guerrero & Bucanero having to go way out of their comfort zone to compete, and doing commendably well. It looked lost for them after Leatherface struck Guerrero with a chair, but then Super Dragon came to ringside, distracting Mankind and leaving Leatherface victim to a roll up from Bucanero.

Post match, Office Space start trashing ringside, and have to be dragged to the back by officials.

Match 5: Open Championship Qualifier
tiger_mask2_01.jpg

Tiger Mask II
vs.
320px-Tursas_BDK_2.jpg
vlcsnap-2012-01-03-16h41m29s117.png

Tursas w/Kimchee

The big viking warrior had his work cut out for him against the legendary Tiger Mask. Tursas's size advantage dominated the middle portion of the match, but the shrewdness of Tiger had him take the big man down and all set for the Tiger Body Press when The Great Sasuke ran down and pushed Tiger off the top rope. This left him prey to the big splash from Tursas, which was enough for three. What's The Great Sasuke's problem with Tiger Mask II?

Match 6
worker_ant.jpg
fire-ant-head.jpg
soldier-ant-head.jpg

The Colony (Worker Ant, Fire Ant, Soldier Ant)
vs.
hallowicked-head.jpg
frightmare-head.jpg
jigsaw-head.jpg

Incoherence & Jigsaw

A preview of next weeks tag team qualifier, plus a chance for Jigsaw & Fire Ant to study each other in preparation for the Open Championship match. Too fast for this observer to keep up with at times, Frightmare made amends for his error last week by saving Hallowicked from the "Ants Go Marching" and Jigsaw got the win on Fire Ant via Jig N Tonic to send a big message of intent about his open title chances.

Excaliber is in the ring thanking the fans for their support so far, and is joined by Big Van Vader. Vader says he hit Abyss last week to toughen him up, there's a lot of tough guys in MWW and he ain't here to make friends. He's interrupted by the man himself, Abyss. Abyss apologises to Vader and promises to learn from his mistakes, and hits Vader in the head with the mic and starts laying into him with punches! Abyss goes under the ring and gets Janice(!) but officials run down to escort Abyss and his friend to the back.

Meanwhile, Office Space come through the crowd while everyone is occupied with Abyss and attack Vader with repeated barb wire bat shots to the big man. Super Dragon runs out for the save but is quickly overwhelmed. Leatherface wraps Dragon in barb wire, leaving Dragon defenseless and Mankind takes advantage and locks in socko. Officials finally return to stop the attack but the damage is done as they cut Dragon free from the barb wire.

El Hijo del Santo & Octagon
vs.

images

Rey Mysterio & El Generico

Mysterio & Generico gel surprisingly well for two men who've never teamed before, but Generico eventually crashes and burns on a tope. Mysterio is abe to fend of his opponents for a while but falls victim to a piledriver by Santos and is out for 3.

Post match, Santo tries to take Mysterio’s mask but Generico fends him off before he has the chance. Santo’s says that he’s getting tired of this imposter getting involved and challenges him to a match next week. Generico accepts, and Excaliber confirms it’ll be an open title qualifier! And we're out of time!

Good stuff, sir. Surprised to see Office Space loose, but it works well as it furthers the angle with Dragon and they don't look weakened at all by the loss even showing afterwards that they're still strong as they fucked shit up. I was also really surprised to see Generico & Mysterio loose! This is probably a good thing though as Santo & Octagon needed to look strong in this feud and so far are doing very well for themselves!

Press Release

Get ready for the latest weekly episode of MWW: Masked Wrestler's Wrestling, live on PPV!

This weeks main event promises to be a heated affair as two grudges combine for one big match! Twice now The Great Sasuke has attacked Tiger Mask II without reason, and now Tiger has a chance to return the favour. Meanwhile, Big Van Vader's attempt to light a fire under Abyss has backfired as the monster has now made the Mastodon his target. Excaliber knows better than to keep these big guys away from each other, and has ordered Tiger Mask II & Big Van Vader vs. The Great Sasuke & Abyss to take place this week! What will happen when all this animosity collides at once? Tune in for the MWW in ring debut of Sasuke!

Meanwhile, the final two qualifying matches for next weeks Open Championship match take place. We already know that rivals El Hijo del Santo & El Generico will collide, but we can now also confirm that Rey Mysterio will face Black Tiger IV in the last qualifying match! MWW management was impressed with with Tiger's victory over Suicide last week, now he will face the human highlight reel with a view to the Open Championship. Who will complete the line up for next weeks huge contest?

Plus, we've got Atomicos action, a tag title qualifier featuring the Colony & Incoherence, the debut of Kendo Nagasaki and much more!

Some other notes on the company.

- My episode/season approach means that the company will hold two seasons a year, each containing roughly 20 episodes.

- I'm locking my roster in during the season now, then opening up for trades and releases during the post season. It's combining US sports with a TV series, allowing for a fresh and updated roster every season.

I really love the season approach dude, having trades in the "off season" makes it seem really professional like a real sport in a way.
