WWF World Champion: Hulk Hogan-23/1/84
WWF Intercontinental Champion: Randy Savage-8/2/86
WWF Tag Team Champions: The British Bulldogs-7/4/86

WWF Championship Wrestling
June 28th, 1986
Poughkeepsie, NY

Match#1 Fake US Express vs Tiger Chung Lee & The Gladiator

Another dull as hell squash for these fraudulent cowards for 3 minutes. Hate them a whole lot. Bulldog does it
1/2*

WWF Update-
-Randy Savage is being hunted from all sides by the likes of JYD, Wonderful & Steele.

Match#2 Don Muraco w/Mr Fuji vs Bob Boyer
Our beloved beach bum beats up a super old looking jobber on the mat with arm work, and it's good times as always. Shame his days of getting a singles run are over as he's still got a ton to offer. Don gets sick of hurting the arm and switches to good old murder for a while that rules as well. Tombstone does it
**

Killer Ken-
Ken hypes the KOTR coming up in a few weeks
-No footage, so whatever.

Match#3 Tito Santana & Pedro Morlaes vs Al Navarro & Lane Anderson
Tito does his thing in these matches as always, and Pedro brings nothing to it because he's old and doesn't give a shit. Tito wins with the Forearm
*

Killer Ken-
-More hype for KOTR
-The days of this becoming a PPV can't come quick enough (i will never eat these words come 1995...)

Match#4 Paul Orndorff vs Max Blue
Wonderful is very popular and does some Hogan poses much to the crowds delight. He does this for a minute before finally snapping and kicking the jobber's blue ass in amazing brutal fashion as we've come to know and love from the Wonderful one. Piledriver does it
**

Fink tries to announce him as the winner, but Paul grabs him and makes him call him the "OLD Mr Wonderful" Wonderful cups his ear like Hogan to close it

Flower Shop is up next. Bobby Heenan walks on and says last week he was interrupted by a punk and now he wants to tell some truth. Paul walks on from the ring and Bobby calls him "Hulk jnr" and laughs at him calling himself the old Mr Wonderful. As he might be that in the ring as a bad and tough guy beating up a nobody. If he so tough he should fight Studd and Bundy next week with a partner of his choosing. Hell, he can pick Hulk Hogan. Paul grabs the mic and screams all he has to do is go to the phone and call Hogan and he'd be right by his side. As a matter of fact, he's going to call him NOW. He walks off and Heenan says Hogan probably changed his number because he's sick of him. This build is perfect.

Match#5 British Bulldogs w/Lou Albano vs Mike Lucca & Ricky Thompson
Standard awesome stiff as fuck squash from the boys. Love how much they don't give a shit about the jobbers lives and just nuke them dead and good. DK kills one of them with a motherfucker of a super backdrop that folds the kid in half
**

During the closing of the show, Wonderful walks on the set looking none too happy. He says he tried to call him for the last 5 minutes but he never answered, and he's assuming he's working out. He storms off as Vince and Bruno say Hogan would want the match and will answer when he finds out.

12 minute file. booooooo

Match#1 Jake Roberts vs Mario Mancini
God yes. Jake gets 3 minutes to play and it's sooooo good as he's getting more and more unhinged as this blood war with Ricky keeps going. Steamer has a cut in saying he's going to bring the bag to Jake next week. DDT ends it
**

Post match, Jake wraps Damien around his neck.

Match#2 Fake US Express vs John Rizzo & IRON Mike Sharpe
Sadly my dad Mike gets fed to these goofs in hopes that anyone will care about them, but thankfully no one is that silly. I mean, unless you think Born in the USA is a pro American song and not what it actually is. Spivey rules as always and woks so hard as he's not going to be bought down by IRS, but it's not enough sadly. Bulldog ends it

Randy Savage (c) w/Miss Elizabeth vs Paul Ordroff (WWF Intercontinental Championship-28/6)
Sadly, this is only 8 minutes but it's still two of the best in the world going at it so it rocks for what we get. Sweet opening as Wonderful shuts down Randy with ease and kicks his ass, so Randy gets angrier and more crazy than normal. Randy tries to use some flowers to attack, but Wonderful steals them away and whips Randy in the face with them. Savage manages to catch him with a looping lariat to the face to take over. He attacks the neck with kicks and holds and it's really good even for the short time it lasts as he's always doing something, and Wonderful's selling is fantastic. Paul fights back and quickly drags him to the outside where they brawl and Wonderful gets back in to win via countout in the classic bullshit finish of the 80's

Tonight; Hogan & Wonderful on the Flower Shop. Guess Hogan found the phone.

Match#1 George Steele & Junkyard Dog vs Steve Lombardi & Gino Carobella
Doing my best not to skip anything as i want to review the entire thing, but goddamn it not today.

WWF Update-
-Footage airs of Savage cheating to beat Tito for the IC Title for some reason
-About 6 months behind, you nerds

Match#2 The Funk Brothers & Bob Orton w/Jimmy Hart vs SD Jones, Mario Mancini & Don Driggers
Oh come on, don't stick Bob with these fake ass losers. He's barley in it and has to stand on the side while JJF fucks everything up and looks like a complete dweeb. He wins with a bad powerslam
1/2*

Match#3 Billy Jack Haynes vs Rusty Brooks

More bad shit from this crazy fool. He's not only really bad in the ring, but he's boring which is far worse as there is nothing to distract you as he slowly ruins the match. He wins with the Full Nelson
Poop

Killer Ken-
-More KOTR hype

Match#4 Jake Roberts vs Eric Cooper
Jake again wrestles like a killer stalking his prey and striking only when he needs to with each shot being something that hurts like hell. DDT kills another one
**

Post match, he puts Damien on the kids head

Flower Shop is up next and the super team make their way out. AA says he thought being the champion means being able to answer a phone call. Hogan says not to worry about his business and they're fighting Studd and Bundy. Wonderful shouts no much to the shock to everyone. He clears it by saying they'll face them in two weeks as first they need to fight the Moondogs next week to show everyone they're on the same page. Hogan is shocked but gets on board provided he sees the old Wonderful out there. Paul assures him he'll get that.

At ringside, Heenan is standing by with Vince. He says he got Andre suspended and Lou needs to stop wasting his time trying to fix it. Vince says Gene has a special interview from Japan and throws it to a video

Heenan is beyond mad at this and screams he's no dummy and that's Andre. He doesn't care what they say, this is a crock and he;'s not an idiot. More than fair for Bobby to be mad, but like it's clearly not Andre as this man is wearing a mask and Andre does not.

Match#5 The Killer Bees vs Jack Kirby & Roger Kruger
This gets 6 minutes for some insane reason. They're good wrestlers we know, but they can't fill this long without it getting boring and lame. Double dropkick ends it

Match#1 Adrian Adonis w/Jimmy Hart vs Mario Mancini

AA has gained so much weight and looks really awful for the first time, and it hurts a lot to see his downfall happen before my eyes. He drags the jobber out of the ring and slams him on the concrete and wins via countout in like 20 seconds
Poop

Post match, they host an impromptu Flower Shop in the ring. AA says he's got zero competition in the WWF and is now the greatest wrestler in the world.

Killer Ken-
-Bruno hypes KOTR

Match#2 The Rougeau Brothers vs Mike Sharpe & Brian Mackney
More good standard stuff from the brothers red, but you can see that the heel turn is going to give them a much needed hook for someone to latch on to. Albano has a cut in saying he's got a backup plan to make Heenan pay for what he did to Andre. One of the brothers wins with a sleeper.
*3/4

Killer Ken-
-Ken shows off the amazing trophy, which make me want to see this now
-As it's not taped, i would spoil it but it leads to a pretty cool rung for an all timer, so i won't

Match#3 The Hart Foundation w/Jimmy Hart vs Frankie Lane & Terry Morgan
Wicked stuff from the boys once more as they run through these guys like they're nothing. Gorilla dubs Bret "Excellence of Execution" for the first time, so fuck yeah Gorilla. Hart Attack ends another life
**

Body Shop with Randy Savage!! He walks on and throws confetti on the floor and says he has all the respect for Don as he was the first man to bring prestige to the IC title. Don says he respects him and the way he lives and handles his life. Don says neither of them has struggled to get a woman and he wants to know if has a tip. Randy laughs and says to watch this as he snaps his fingers and liz walks on and kisses him. He says if you've got one or 30, you've gotta control them. He shouts at Liz and says isn't it great he has 30 women, and she smiles and nods.

Match#4 Big John Studd & King Kong Bundy vs Joe & Bob Marcus
Sadly not good at all as shitty Studd does most of the work and sucks the life out of the match doing slow, plodding offence. Bundy wins with a running Elbow this week.
1/2*

Match#5 The British Bulldogs w/Lou Albano vs Johnny K9 & Steve Lombardi

Two crazy killer dogs meet for the first time, which is pretty historic. K9 has the fuck beaten out of him by the Dogs as Lombardi has moved up in the world and doesn't get the bulk of violence. The ode to themselves does it

Tonight; Wonderful & Hogan vs Moondogs

Match#1 Ricky Steamboat vs Les Thorton
Ricky brings his dragon out in a metal cage and shows it off to the fans, and it's massive. Ricky then puts on his killer squash as he's now wrestling in a bandana and just bashing heads in because he's rightly pissed. Jake has a cut in saying he's a master of games and Ricky should have realised that when he saw his blood stained hands, but now he can step up if he has the guts. Crossbody ends it
**

WWF Update-
-Hart Foundation are dirty and rotten and will do whatever it takes to win.

Match#2 Dream Team vs Ricky Hunter & Steve Jourdien
DT get a lot of time for the first time in ages and it's pretty damn good. Brutus is still trying hard and hits like a truck and stiffs them, and Hammer rocks. Figure Four ends it
**

Match#3 Tito Santana & Pedro Morlaes vs Terry Gibbs & Ricky Hunter

Same old shit as always with this bad team. Just want Tito to make friends with Martel and end this. Tito wins with the forearm
*

Match#4 Harley Race w/Bobby Heenan vs Steve Johnson
Old man Race slowly stalks and kicks the snot out of this kid and it's a blast. What he's lost to father time he makes up for in being mean as hell. He wins with a Fisherman's Buster
**

Flower Shop with the Dogs. AA calls them hush puppies that pee on plants and he hates them a lot. Lou says maybe they'll use him a hydrant instead, so AA kicks them off set.

At ringside, Heenan and the family is standing by with Vince. He sends it to another video with Mean Gene in Japan

Coming back, Studd says no one else has been in front of Andre as much as him, and he knows that's him. Vince says it's not and quickly ends it

Match#5 Hulk Hogan & Paul Ordnroff vs The Moondogs
Hogan does the first minute of work and kills them with ease, but Paul keeps begging for a tag and Hogan lets him in. Paul then works the entire match and beats them up as Hogan now is begging for the team and the fans chant for Hulk, but Paul ignores it and keeps beating the crap out of them. Paul beats one of them with the Piledriver
*3/4

Post match, Paul poses right away and pays zero attention to Hogan trying to raise his hand. Hogan finally lifts his arms, BUT PAUL PULLS AWAY AND KEEPS POSING. OH SHIT. Hogan joins in and they have a pose off much ti the crowds delight. This is the best feud, man.

Match#1 Randy Savage w/Miss Elizabeth vs Jimmy North

Ahh, no better way to open the show. Randy gets dirty tonight doing some strangling and eye poking, and it's a nice reminder that he's a scumbag at his very core. He stays on him and gets more brutal as it goes on and it's wonderful as always. Elbow does the deed
**

WWF Update-
-Mean Gene covers Jimmy Hart's time in the pop band The Gentrys

-Jimmy says the Funks are coming back with revenge on their mind.

Match#2 Iron Sheik & Nikolai Volkoff vs Frankie Lane & Paul Roma
Roma is the best wrestler in a match. Jesus Christ this is not something i ever wanted to say, but here we are. Backbreaker ends it because it's always 1979 in Nik's heart.
Poop

Killer Ken
-KOTR hype

Match#3 Paul Orndorff vs Larry Finnegan
Wonderful poses a ton to start again and it's so good as you can't quite tell if he's doing it because he likes it, or because he's sending a not so subtle message to Hogan. The squash is insane as he bashes the kid on the outside and is way meaner and stiffer than normal as he holds nothing back, and the poor jobber is murdered. Paul hits a nasty piledriver to win
**

Match#4 The Funk's w/Jimmy Hart vs Afi & Terry Morgan
Horrible as always. Just go away and give me Terry, you lame turds.

Body Shop is next with Jake Roberts as the guest. He says Damien has cold hard eyes just like him, and Don says he can see the darkness in both of them. Jake says some people are lead by foolish pride, but some are smarter and adapt whenever they need to. The snake has been here since Adam & Eve, and even she made a choice. The snake doesn't have ears and it's nice because they don't have to listen to trash. Everyone knows the DDT rules.

Match#5 Dream Team vs Lanny Poffo & Jose Luis Rivera
Another good one for the fellas. Heenan spends the entire match losing his mind at the Machines and swears he's not an idiot! Brutus is again super violent and good as hell in this role, and i don't want him as a singles guy where i'll never enjoy him again. Figure Four does it

Randy Savage & Adrian Adonis vs Tito Santana & Bruno Sammartino (Steel Cage Match-12/7/86)
Mayhem breaks loose right away as they get right to it and have a wild, wild brawl. Bruno is the weaker link, but Savage takes some insane bumps for him by kissing the cage over and over and it's soo good as he holds nothing back and rams his skull into it like a madman. Tito and AA rock as well, and while AA is becoming worse and worse, he's trying very hard here and makes for some killer fights with Tito. We get a ton of escape cut offs and more and more selling from everyone as they batter the shit out of each other. Randy and Tito both bleed buckets, and i wish these two had a cage match because it would have been perfection. Randy and Tito finally pair off and it's amazing, but then AA JUMPS OFF THE FUCKING CAGE WITH A SICK MISSED KNEE DROP. Bruno whips his ass as Tito deals with Randy on top of the cage in a wonderful bloody war between them. Tito kicks Randy off and he lands on AA and then Bruno rams him into the cage and the faces escape to win.
**3/4

Post match we get an all time amazing photo

TONIGHT; HULK HOGAN & MR WONDERFUL VS THE HEENAN FAMILY

Match#1 Randy Savage w/Miss Elizabeth vs Eric Cooper
Randy mauls the hell out of the jobber and gets dirty once more, but he also decided to tie him upside down in the ropes and strangle him and poke him in the eyes. Lou Albano has a cut in saying he's seen weakness in Randy (lmao no) and he and Steele are going to take advantage and win the title. Randy sets the kid on the other side of the ring and hits a massive Elbow Drop to win
**

WWF Update-
-Gene gives us another rundown on the Machines, Super & Giant.
-We see clips of them wrestling in Japan

Match#2 The Fake US Express vs Gino Carobello & Al Navarro
Same old boring squash from these two as always. The only good thing is Spivey's improvement as the weeks go on as he turns into a fun big man, but this place and time is not going to be where he can make a career out of it, sadly. Airplane Spin from Mike ends it
1/2*

Killer Ken-
-Randy & Adrian walk on and says they're going to show why they're so sexy and gorgeous. They'll rip the title away from him, and they'll rip the fur of George Steele's back. Randy says Hogan's choice of partner is in poor taste and he must fix this. He's going to hurt him bad, yeah dig it

Match#3 Iron Sheik & Nikolai Volkoff vs Don Driggers & Jimmy Jackson
Bad squash follows another one with these fat old men sucking wind and taking time away from far better wrestlers. Corp has a cut in wearing war paint declaring he will end this war once and for all. Camel Clutch ends it
Poop

Killer Ken-
-Ken hypes up the next MSG show where it will be Sheik/Volkoff vs. The Hart Foundation in a #1 Contender's Match
-HOLY SHIT HEEL VS HEEL
-Jimmy and Blassie walk on and talk crap about the other man's teams and say no matter of friendship or respect between them is bigger than the tag titles.

Match#4 King Tonga & Afi vs Gary Semmons & Lane Anderson
Haku carries this dope for a few minutes as he wreaks house and batters some dorks for being silly enough to mess with him. He wins with a Flying Headbutt
*

Flower Shop with Hercules. Poor guy is now forced to speak about how he's the same Hercules he's been for 2000 years and Freddie found him in Mt Olympus, and Zeus is his daddy. He's going to use his strength to beat Hulk Hogan.

In the back, Wonderful is pacing back and forth and not speaking or looking at Hogan. Hulk says there was indeed a lack of communication but Paul knows how he gets when he's in the gym after training with him. When the phone rang he was under the squat rack and missed the call, but he needs to get over it and put his head back in the game. He needs the old Mr Wonderful. Paul finally breaks and says he's ready and walks off as Hogan says to forget the phone thing and take care of business. AMAZING segment where it ties up the missed call loose end so we know Hogan wasn't being a dick on purpose, but he's also not seeing it from Paul's point of view. Paul is also acting like a jerk and not letting it go, so you can side with either man no problems.

Match#5 Hulk Hogan & Paul Orndorff vs King Kong Bundy & Big John Studd w/Bobby Heenan
Wonderful shows off his freakish power when he armdrags Studd right away and holds his own against Bundy and knocks him on the backfoot with punches. He knocks them both down with dropkicks and poses like Hogan, and finally tags him in. Hogan slams Studd and the crowd fucking explodes, and Paul kicks the hell out of the ropes with anger!! Vince calls it out and says he's mad he couldn't slam him, and Bruno nearly ruins it by saying he's got no reason to be mad, but Vince thankfully ignores him and keeps pushing the story. Studd throws a cool lariat to isolate Hogan and we get a fun control seg of fat giant man offence, and Hogan sells his ass off. Hogan is shoved into Paul and knocks him off the apron!! The monsters double team Hogan as Paul holds onto his face and looks very sad. The monster refuse to stop attacking so Paul rushes them and cleans house. He helps Hogan up and raises his arm, AND HE TAKES HIS FUCKING HEAD OFF WITH A NASTY LARIAT. HE HITS THE SPIKE PILEDRIVER TO FOLD HOGAN IN HALF AND DOES THE POSING AGAIN. THE FAMILY GETS IN AND HIGH FIVES HIM. OH MY GOD.
**3/4

Post match, the entire babyface lockeroom runs down and protects Hogan as Paul leaves with the reuinted family. He hugs them all and is met the door by Adonis, Hart and Ace with hugs. AA says he was Mr Wonderful and showed everyone. They all chant for him to close it out.

PERFECT PRO WRESTLING

Killer Ken-
-Tito walks on to try and hype his match with Orton, but he's very upset at his friend Paul's actions. He's not speaking to him and he wants to know why he did this. He says we're going to find out how tough Orton is without a cast.
-Ricky says Jake is bragging that he beat him last time, but that was a countout where he was getting his head beat on. When the tough got going he was breathing fire on him, and the ref saved him. He might have got a win, but he's going to play mind games and see some creature features of his own.

Match#1 Ricky Steamboat vs Mr X
Fire yeah!! Sick arm work on the masked goon as he's now doing double chicken wings to really hurt people, and to mix up an already fantastic arsenal of offence. He moves on to beating some ass and then wins with the Crossbody
**

Match#2 Ted Arcidi vs Johnny K9
Very lame muscle head squash both star and jobber suck a ton and do nothing fun or cool, so fuck them both. Ted wins with a backbreaker
Poop

Match#3 Jake Roberts vs Frankie Lane
Steamer watches from ringside!! Jake ups the violence as a result and really nukes the kid whenever he gets a chance, and hey it's the best as always. DDT does it
**

RICKY RUSHES HIM AND THEY HAVE ANOTHER INCREDIBLE FIGHT. RICKY KNOCKS HIM OUT OF THE RING AND HOLDS IT DOWN AS JAKE SLOWLY BACKS AWAY NEVER BREAKING HIS GAZE FROM RICKY.

Match#4 The Rougeau Brothers vs Mike Sharpe & Steve Lombardi
The super jobber team meet the sick French brothers. Really fun showcase as the heels stooge like crazy and make the brothers look like killers, and while they're better suited as heels in the long run, they do a good job of kicking their asses. One of them beats Mike with a top rope dropkick
**

Killer Ken-
-Ken hypes up an upcoming Boston show where a battle royal will take place for $10,000
-Jimmy Hart walks on and says he's in the best shape of his life and with the help of his boys he's going to take the match! He then yells that Moolah better be ready because he's coming for her title. FUCK YEAH JIMMY.

They replay some of the Machines skits with Gene to kill some time.

They replay Wonderful & Hogan squashing the Moondogs

Tonight; Dick Slater makes his debut. Mr Wonderful in the Flower Shop.

Match#1 The British Bulldogs w/Lou Albano vs Tiger Chung Lee & AJ Pertruzi
The Dogs are on one tonight with some fantastic arm work to start, but once the jobbers throw some shots to them, they get mad and bash the piss out of them in classic fashion. Bruno is heartbroken over what Wonderful did and he says it's all jealously on his part. The Dogs win with the Ode
**

Killer Ken-
-Jack Tunney says suspending Andre was the worst thing he's had to do, but he was left with no choice after Andre kept no showing time and time again. Bobby Heenan walks on and thanks him for making this the best day of his life. He told everyone he was no good and this is proof now he's trying to be a Machine. Jack says there's no proof that's Andre, and in fact it could he Giant Baba. Jack says if Bobby can prove it's Andre under the mask he'll suspended him for life!!! Bobby laughs and says if he's dumb enough to show up in the States he'll take it off.

Match#2 Don Muraco w/Mr Fuji vs Mario Mancini
Another sick squash for the beach bum. Gross knees and elbows mixed with his normal nasty roughhousing on top of it. Dude is just amazing. Wicked Tombstone does the job
**

Killer Ken-
-Jake says he practices acts of deceit and Ricky should have known when he saw his blood stained hands. You see, he and Damien don't always get what they want, but they get what they need. Ricky got a piece of him for sure but he'll take a lot this time. Damien will take his flesh and he'll take his soul!! You don't race trains because if you win you're fine, but if you lose you'll be dead wrong and that's what Ricky is.

Match#3 Dick Slater vs The Gladiator
Love Dicky a lot as he's always doing something cool or mean and never wastes a second. He works the neck with holds and strikes, and the asshole fans chant boring at him because they're morons. He wins with a White Russian Leg Sweep
*3/4

Killer Ken-
-Sheiky Baby says the Foundation of Harts are a good team and they respect them a lot, but they must run through them to win the tag titles.

Match#4 The Rougeau Brothers vs The Moondogs
JIP for some reason. The Dogs get a control seg on one of them and it's some fun old man stomping and choking, and Raymond sells very well and makes the world care about his life. Jaques has a sweet hot tag with takedowns and dropkicks, and leaves the Dogs with zero answers on how to deal with him. He wins with a flying crossbody.
*3/4

The Flower Shop with Mr Wonderful. He walks on and is madder than hell as he rips his robe off and shouts for everyone to shut up. He introduces Heenan as his brand new manager. Bobby walks on and says the old Mr Wonderful will be the next world champion. Paul says the fans are just like Hogan, they don't listen.

Match#5 Jake Roberts vs Tom Tatri
Jake has some sweet purple and blue tights on this week with Damien airbrushed on them!! Sick as hell squash as always as he's holding nothing back and just fucking the poor kid up in mean and Psycho fashion. DDT does it
**

Post match, he drapes Damien on his dead body.

Killer Ken-
-The Machines are here!!! Giant says he's Giant Machine and nothing else. Super says they train in the water with swimming and the mind controls all.

Match#6 Ricky Steamboat, King Tonga & Afi vs Steve Lombardi, Mr X & Rusty Brooks
Afi gets to leech points off the super duo because sometimes life is bullshit to say the least. Really fun showcase thanks to the good wrestlers getting time and not letting their bad partner ruin the match. Blassie joins commentary and says he's selling half of Sheik and Nik's contracts and make more money than ever before. Ricky beats Brooks with a crossbody

You know the score because you're a smart and wonderful person and wouldn't subject the world to these dopes. Thankfully Vince won't do any more gimmicks based on countries of origin... Anyway, Danny rocks as always and would be better served as a singles star, but it's not happening as we talked about earlier. Airplane spin ends it
Lame

Buy some WWF toys

Match#2 The Hart Foundation w/Jimmy Hart vs Lanny Poffo & Don Driggers
Now we're fucking cooking. They give Lanny a lot to start and he's a pretty good wrestler to his credit. They drag in the other jobber and quickly wreak him and win with a very nasty Hart Attack that catches him right in the face.
*3/4

Killer Ken-
-They replay Jake's promo from CW

Match#3 The Killer Bees vs The Moondogs
Battle of the animals, baby. The Dogs jump them and beat their butts with old man stuff, and it's fun stuff. The Bulldogs have a cut in saying they welcome any and all challengers. The Bees put on the masks and do a bunch of twin switches and the like, and it's super odd for a face team to do this and doesn't make me like them at all. One of the dogs attacks them from behind and we get a short. but ok control seg. Sadly, the bees swap again and one of them get a cradle to steal the win
*1/2

Match#4 The Dream Team vs Bob Marcus & Cousin Junior

Guess the Hillbilly nonsense is finally over until at least WM3, thankfully. Good showcase from DT as is the norm, but it occurs to me that they haven't done anything in months and should be given a cool feud by now. Hammer wins with the Figure Four
*

We go to the body shop where Jimmy Hart and Freddie Blassie yell at each other about who has the best team. Jimmy tells hm to calm down before his heart gives out, and Blassie is very mad at him and tries to hit him with his cane. Sheik grabs the mic and screams about humbling and breaking some asses.

Randy Savage (c) vs Ricky Steamboat (WWF Intercontiental Championship-27/7)
Here we go boys and girls. Ricky controls right away with arm work and doesn't let Randy breath for a second, and counters him time and time again whenever Randy tries to fight back. Randy keeps trying to grab onto the ropes to try and get something going, but the ref keeps kicking his hands off, and even Gorilla calls bullshit on it and says that's not his job to do that. Randy manages to get a knee to the back and then hits him with to take over. Awesome selling of arm as he tries to kick Ricky's ass, but it holds him back and Steamer is able to throw him back down and stay on him. Randy reverses a whip into one his own and Ricky is thrown into the buckles and falls over the ropes. Randy finally takes over and beats the shit out of him on the outside as he's now become the master of getting the most out of all the toys he can find. Randy targets the head and neck with amazing strikes and the like, and Ricky's selling rules. Steamer catches him coming pff the top with a shot to the ribs and they fight on the outside again. Ricky throws him into the fucking crowd, and then smashes his face off the post to bust him wide open. Wicked blade job as Randy is again covered in blood, and Ricky goes berserk on the cut like a real madman. Savage pulls the ref in the way of Ricky and both men are knocked out cold. Ricky is dragged up and he and Randy have a sweet knock down brawl as both men are badly hurt. Savage gets something out of his tights and rubs it into Ricky's eyes to blind him. Ricky keeps fighting on instinct alone and backdrops Randy to the concrete . Savage gets back to his knees and drags Ricky pout pf the ring and they have another amazing brawl on the floor, and the ref counts them both out
***1/4

Or not, as the ref raises Ricky's hand and it's announced he got in first and wins via countout. Well, that's bullshit. But hey, amazing first match and i can't wait for the blood feud to happen in a few months.

Tonight; A special interview from Hulk Hogan

Match#1 Fake US Express vs Roger Kirby & Steve Lombardi
Goddamn it, please make it stop. It's perfectly fine thanks to Lombardi leaning into everything and Spivey being good, but i hate everything at this point. Airplane spin does it

WWF Update-
-The DDT is the most dangerous move in the world.
-Jake gets off on hurting people.

Match#2 The Hart Foundation w/Jimmy Hart vs Tony Garea & Jose Luis Rivera
Now this is a tag squash done right. Anvil is in fully crazy mode wreaking shop and laughing his ass off the entire time, and Bret is Bret and gets better each week. Hart Attack ends JLR
**

Killer Ken-
-Hogan says sorry to the gym where he took George Steele. He didn't know he was going to eat weights and bags, but that's what you get when you hang and bang with an animal. AA doesn't belong in the ring with them because he wears a dress, but Steele can't wait to touch him and pull it off brother. Jesus dude.

Match#3 Billy Jack Haynes vs AJ Pertruzi
Vince swoons over BJH's body and strength and how he's not like anything you'd expect. Horrible squash as he works a bad sleeper in between crappy looking offence because he's a fake strong loser. Full Nelson ends it
Poop

Killer Ken-
-Ricky Steamboat says the last time they met there was a young boy in hospital that wanted to see him. He was the youngest heart transplant in New England and was depressed, but Ricky picked up his spirits and now he's all better. Jake tried to end his career, but this time he's going to end him first.

Match#4 Harley Race w/Bobby Heenan vs Chris Duffy
Race is now going by "The King of wrestling" after winning KOTR, so this is now the start of a wonderful little story. Good old man squash as his body might be cooked, he's still Harley and can murder a soul like very few could ever dream of. He wins with the Fisherman's Buster
*3/4

Post match, he lays the kid out with a piledriver.

Flower Shop with JYD. Dog says something smells fishy to him and he doesn't want to end up like Wonderful did after being in here. AA says he knows he's not housebroken, so he makes Jimmy spray him with something. JYD grabs a potplant and smashes it over AA's head. Fair enough.

We go to a pre-tape with Vince and Hogan in a gym. Hulk says he can reflect on the good times when they worked out and their families broke bread together. They swore an oath to be blood brothers to the very end, but he can see it now. They throw it to the all the clips of the turn and the turn itself, which is a really cool way to catch everyone up. Hogan says he didn't care that Wonderful was a one man gang ego trip against the Dogs, but he thought it would work. But Paul left him high and dry for 3 days and left him nothing but a letter and he couldn't find the dude. What he saw when they fought Bundy and Studd was his worst possible nightmare. It was apparent they weren't getting along or cooking, and when he made the tag Paul never helped him. (well, you did hit him in the face, dude) Once he was beaten to a pulp did Wonderful get in and turns on him. He doesn't take shortcuts like him, and now he thinks back to shaking his hand and feeling he wasn't the same as him. He's going to set him up and take him and grind him down ever so slowly. AMAZING STUFF.

Match#5 King Kong Bundy & Big John Studd vs Diamonds & Driggers
JIP and not much at all from what we do get. Can't wait for Studd to go away in a few months and Bundy to move onto anything else. Splash ends it
