  • That's weird about stasis, I seriously didn't know it was that effective, I rarely use it and I'm almost always a biotic. I'll mess around with it more on my next playthrough.

And I dunno man... Grunt is just worlds better in combat for me than Wrex ever was. I upgrade shotgun damage all the way, fortify his sheilds all the way, and make him use that krogan shotgun and he will.not.die. On Heretic Station when you have to take out those nodes with 3 Geth plugged into each, 2 on each side of the room... Grunt is a MUST. I raise his sjeilds, make him stand right in fucking front of one of those nodes boxing them in while Legion and I took out the other. Grunt took out all 3 just as long as I kept re- raising his sheilds. He might be just a soldier, but he's the best goddamn one on the game.
BIG GODDAMN HEROES! Yeah Zaeed is the shit. I would use him more if Garrus and Grunt weren't better choices for virtually any mission. The Omega recruitment missions and his own loyalty mission are about all I ever get to use him. If only he had something better than concussive shot I'd use him more.

Jessie is awesome btw. Sounds like she was a hell of a woman. :p
Legion, Garrus, Miranda, Grunt, and Thane are usually the people I take with me the most. Of course if I have Morinth, she goes with me every single time I'm not fighting synthetics just because of her dominate ability. Dominate and AI Hacking are the two most useful powers in the game in that order, I find. Tactical Cloaking is probably 3rd for me.

As for Mordin, I played the demo again last night, but I seriously can't tell much difference. The pitch of his voice is a liiiiiiittle different, but if you hadn't told me, I probably wouldn't have noticed at all. I doubt it'll be as bad as you fear.
No, don't get me wrong, Jack is by far the most annoying fucking character on the game, no contest. I fuck HATE talking to her, but I have to anyways to get the extra paragon/renegade bonuses between missions. Same for Jacob, that guy is the dullest character in the whole series. Samara's ok, not a huge fan, but she doesn't bother me. Couple of good scenes anyways. I really like Grunt though. Not as much as Wrex, but Grunt still makes me laugh. Especially when you talk to him in the cargo hold and he's like, "Hahaha. I get it now. I hate Turians! I thought you'd be happy!"
I've heard the line about Miranda, but I've never heard Jack say that, lol. That's pretty funny.

I rarely take Jack anywhere though, mainly just her loyalty mission. I normally use adept and I have the shockwave mapped to my left trigger. The shockwave is all she's really good for.
Yes, I think they're both great villains but I can't accept the feelings that they have each other for a while. They're legitimately IN LOVE! It's so strange but hey, I suppose it could have been a lot worse.
Hey you! Sorry for the delay. I've been so exhausted this week! So yes, did you watch the Elimination Chamber? I thought the first match was great but that whole incident with Jericho sucked. I was worried that he was legitimately injured for a moment. WWE without Jericho means no WWE for me. Yes, I am a mark. :p

So, back to the books. Gregor and Ramsay are a lot worse than Joffrey and Viserys. I did not think about them since Joffrey and Viserys were more prominent in the books but yes, it is true that they are a lot more despicable. I still can't get over Reek having sex with the corpse and Ramsay pretending to be Reek for a while. That was so weird. These books have a lot of disturbing moments but that's part of the reason why I enjoy them so much!
If you have Morinth and Grunt with you on Tuchanka, go in that guy's store, I forget his name, the krogan scientist. There's a dialogue you can trigger by observing the sick krogan on the table. Morinth says something condescending and Grunt says, "Go away, Asari slut." Just found that one yesterday too, lol.
Yeah that line on Illium is hilarious. There were a few good lines in that DLC. I also liked, "Does this thing have any weapons?!", "It's a taxi, it has a FARE METER!"

You get the line I was talking about if you sacrificed the council on ME1, and you go to the Citadel for that "Forged ID's" side mission. I'm not sure if you know the Asaris I'm talking about, there's two of them. I think you have to get the ID's first on Garrus's loyalty mission. When you're walking past C-Sec right after you walk through the security checkpoint, you hang a left, past the gift shop and they are sitting down right by the stairs that lead down to the shops. Just select all renegade lines, you'll find it eventually. After you piss her off, you can come back and apologize, then when she keeps being pissy with you, you can call her a bitch.
Just finished a renegade playthrough with an infiltrator on hardcore difficulty. Shit is fucking HARD, man. I can't imagine how crazy it is on Insanity. The husks are the biggest pain in the ass because they all have armor and I can't just swat them away with shockwave. The good thing about it though is I got the Geth pulse rifle That thing is a beast. WAY better than the Collector rifle, by far. Heard some dialogue options I'd hadn't heard before...

"If you want a problem shot, ask a Turian. You want a problem talked to death, ask an Asari. You want a new problem, ask a Salarian. But if you want a problem fixed, you come to a human. That's what we do." I lol'd
Yes, that's true. I just didn't like how Viserys treated Dany. He was very abusive towards her and I am completely against that; therefore I suppose that's why I dislike him so much. I do think that Martin has done a great job with the characters though. I definitely prefer Viserys over Joffrey. Joffrey is a spoiled child that has no reason to act the way he does. Although I like Jaime, his everlasting love for Cersei freaks me out. The more I read the books, the more I am repulsed by their relationship.
Yes, I was referring to a specific incident though which I'm sure you have caught onto. I don't like Joffrey or Viserys because there isn't anything likable about them. They legitimately piss me off. I can develop a likeness for villains but I simply can't for them two. Usually, I'll root for a villain because I think they're very interesting and fierce but if it's someone that is simply just a jerk without any qualities that I find intriguing, I won't like them.
I think they did such a great job casting those actors as them because as soon as you look at them, you simply don't like them very much. I tend to root for the bad guys too but Viserys and Joffrey are simply awful people. I can't root for people like them.
I like Arya's attitude. She stands up for herself and she's very witty. That is the main reason she is one of my favorite characters. Yes, Tyrion is definitely the best character in the books. I hate the way his father treats him, especially in A Storm of Swords (well so far anyway). I don't want to post spoilers here just in case people that want to read the books or watch the show see it here but I am pretty sure you know what I am referring too. Well, the best way I can explain it is that Jaime is a huge jerk; however I can't help but like him. He is very intelligent and one of those guys that you want to get their asses kicked but you enjoy reading about them. I don't know if that makes any sense but that's how I feel. As for Viserys and Joffrey, I simply don't like them.
