    I'm only playing through ME1 because I haven't in a while, I'm not going to import him into ME2 or anything. I don't know what the fuck I was thinking starting the story with a soldier class, I NEVER use soldier class. I thought having a machine gun would make it a little easier for me because I'm not used to PC controls, but I forgot how they handled. So basically I'm running around shooting everything with a pistol like I do as a biotic anyways, and I don't even have biotics. >_>

    That's cool you have VIP access or whatever it's called, lol. Luckily the place I'm picking my game up from isn't very busy, particularly that time of night. I expect to be in and out fairly quickly then race down the highway back to my house doing 100mph....

    Alright cool, as long as it doesn't give anything away, I'll probably check it out when I get home. My work computer doesn't have speakers. Thank god this is my last day here, I'm just sitting here reading Mass Effect Wiki and watching Last Stop for Paul on my phone. I set my email to auto reply, basically saying "I quit, forward everything to my boss". Already got my check too, I should just fucking take off at lunch :p

    I'll probably get started on fucking up my sleep tonight actually. I just finished Noveria and most of Feros last night on ME1, probably finish Virmire tonight at least.

    I don't want to watch any of those walk through's. It was hard enough resisting the Normandy walk through. With only 4 days left, it's a little easier to fight the urge. Can't believe I'm saying that either, 4 FUCKING DAYS! :mark:

    I'm going to need a way to completely screw up my sleeping pattern so I wake up Monday evening as close to midnight as possible. I'm expecting Day 1 to be a good 15-hour tear at the very minimum.

    Well in that case, you might want to check with Game Stop if that's where you reserved it, because I called about an hour ago and apparently they're doing a midnight release for Mass Effect 3.

    Needless to say, I'm fucking there.

    Yeah I agree, I can hold off on GTA for now anyways. And I gotta say, I'm not too thrilled about revisiting Los Santos. I know they're going to make it different than it was in San Andreas and all, but christ. Why another GTA game based on Los Angeles? So does this mean the entire San Andreas game is just fucking irrelevant now? Almost like Rockstar saying, "Haha just kidding, the city ACTUALLY looks like this..."

    Mass Effect HD Playthrough Part 21 - Talking to Liara - YouTube It's at about 2:19. Just that cut scene of him walking up behind her all slow and quiet. I dunno why, it just always looked creepy to me.

    Oh and random question... does Shepard look really, REALLY creepy to you too when he walks up behind Liara on the Normandy in ME1? Like he seems really pissed off and sneaky when he walks up behind her...

    Makes me chuckle in a kind of fucked up way.

    Excessive or not, screw it. That's the best trailer for that game yet. I love how real they make it seem in that trailer, right down to the widespread looting. They must really have serious high hopes for the game's sales, because they have already spent more money on hyping it than any video game I've ever seen. Good LORD.

    And yeah, that's the stuff. I need a new mouse anyways, the one I have sucks. :p

    I see your point about PC gaming, no argument there. If it's not your thing, it's not your thing. Not really my thing normally either, but in the event I start travelling with Gee a lot, I'll be able to take something to on the plane :p That's pretty much the only reason I got them anyways. Airplanes suck.

    Have you seen the new N7 computer gear? I want that fucking mouse.

    Yeah... Kirahee. Definitely glad he's back, can't wait to find out what the story is behind him still being alive. HOLD THE LINE. Who knows, Anderson is a temporary squad mate, maybe Kirahee will be on your squad at one point. It would definitely be weird having a Salarian soldier-class to take with you.

    Meh, the PC version has it's faults, but I might enjoy it more once I get the hang of the controls. I really like having 8 buttons to map powers to, that's a lot of fun. I don't normally play PC games either, but I felt Mass Effect was worth a shot. A lot of ME fans rave about all the extra costumes and customization you can do with it.

    And the connect-the-dots screen on the ME2 hacking has an extra set of nodes, 10 instead of 8 and you have to point and after you click the first node, you only have like 2 or 3 seconds to click the one it matches or you have to click it again. Way harder. The loading is faster though, that's one plus. Should have started with an adept though, absolutely no idea why I went with soldier. Might have to swallow my pride and set it to easy until I get the hang of it.

    Seriously. Playing the demo revealed a little more info than I wanted, but at least I could tell a lot of dialogue options were intentionally omitted from it. I'm not sure how far you went into the demo, so I won't say anything else. There's someone in it that I wished I would've waited for though.

    Haven't played the XBox version in a couple years, but I'm trying like HELL to get better at it on PC. It is fucking DIFFERENT man, I am a straight up terrible shot on PC. I'm sure I'll get better, but damn. I'm on the Noveria missions now, and I can't steer the mako to save my life. If you thought that fucking thing was bad on XBox, jesus god. The hacking screens are COMPLETELY different, totally different mini-games that bare no resemblance of the ones on the XBox ME1 version.
