-- Jim Ross says that he believes Mike Tyson will be inducted into the Hall of Fame at some point. Ross was asked about Tyson's chances on Twitter Thursday night, to which he responded "Absolutely." Tyson was part of the angle that gave rise to Steve Austin's ascendency to the WWE Title level in the 1990s and has guest hosted RAW in 2010.

-- Lanny Poffo appeared on a podcast hosted by Steve Wilton and commented on the possibility of Randy Savage being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year. Poffo said he did not hear from WWE after his brother passed away last May and that he has not heard from them regarding enshrinement into the Hall. Lanny claimed last year during an interview that Randy would have only accepted enshrinement into the Hall if the Poffo family went in as a group (Lanny, Randy and Angelo) like the Von Erich family.

I'd be happy to see Savage inducted, he's done so much for the WWE but I wouldn't want to see Mike Tyson inducted, it would be too random IMO.

Plus it would get WWE a lot of publicity and that is what they want from the celebrity inductees. Tyson played his part during the Attitude Era so I would have no issue with him being inducted as a celebrity inductee.

Didn't they just make mention of Tyson on the last Raw perhaps freshening it up in our minds. He'd fit as far as celeb wing not really sure who a better fit would be...David Arquette.

-- There was no WWE Hall of Fame announcement last night because of the two inductees last week, which was intended to push sales of the Hall of Fame tickets. The company plans to take its time with the other names. Thus far Edge and the Horsemen are announced, Mil Mascaras is in and Yokozuno is expected to be inducted.

What are everyone's thoughts on Yokozuna being inducted? I'd say it is a good idea, he was a truly dominant superstar and had some great matches.

--As noted earlier, WWE didn't announce any Hall of Fame inductees last night as they announced two last week to push ticket sales. The company plans on taking their time with the other names.

Mil Mascaras is already in and Yokozuna is expected to be inducted.

It's believed that Alberto Del Rio will induct his uncle, Mascaras. Triple H has been pushing to induct the Four Horsemen, and it may end up being HHH and Shawn Michaels together who do the job. Meanwhile, Edge has said he wants Christian to induct him. There are some who think The Rock will induct Yokozuna.

The ceremony takes place on Saturday, March 31 in Miami, FL.

Recent news.

Former Four Horsemen manager J.J. Dillon recently appeared on the Busted Open radio show with Doug Mortman and Dave LaGreca. He says that he is under the impression that Dusty Rhodes, Blackjack Mulligan, and Triple H are the candidates to induct the Horsemen into the WWE Hall of Fame. Dillon also says that Barry Windham is a "question mark" to attend due to ongoing health issues. He also says Flair will be at the show despite his contract with TNA Wrestling.

"You know when Shawn Michaels was inducted, Ric wasn't invited but he was there, he bought a ticket, was in the audience. He (Flair) can kind of get away with things that other people can't," Dillon said. "Who knows what's going to transpire in the next 60 days as far as Ric. But, knowing him as I have for as long as I have, seeing him there would not shock me. Whether it's in an informal status or whatever it is, it would be good to see him, and if it ends up being just Arn, Tully, and myself, and I think Barry because of his health issues is a question mark at this point. Whatever it is, it is still an incredible honor. It's a very humbling thing and the pinnacle of my career. It validates everything that I accomplished in 40 years, spanning five decades in the wrestling profession."

Those 3 are up there in my list that would induct them as well but I gotta say Triple H more likely than the others, he just seems like the guy that would. As for the comments on Flair, of course he gets away with that kind of stuff, he's been a huge icon in the WWE since his debut.
