I'm so sorry you're going through this dude.

But yeah, it's best to take Jeff's advice to go to therapy before start taking medication.

Will do because I don't like taking something simple as Advil for sore muscles that I have Week to Week working in flooring so I'm not a fan of Medicine. I remember watching my Mother running out of her Medicine and having a horrible Panic Attack a few Years ago and I don't want to be depended on them to that degree. The Program my Mother is in already knows the situation and is going to help me anyway they can.

Today I did pretty much nothing but sleep most of it. Was all types of depressed today. Missed being able to call and go see my Grandma for her birthday.

TRIGGER WARNING

So i hit rock bottom last night and ended up checking myself in to the hospital as i have been really depressed to the point i have been fantasizing about suicide for the last month. I had a meltdown again and decided i couldnt do this anymore n slept at the hospital. For those now worried, dont be, I am ok. I got a lot of help. Its going to b a difficult journey to fix all these trauma n self esteem issues, but it will b less hard than how i feel on a daily basis. This may mean in the future i am on here less as i escape reality here a lot instead of taking care of myself. Just wanted people to know that I love them, and I know people here have shown me uncondional love here too. Thank you for that. I will get better

Best wishes to everyone that's going through struggles right now.

This is the only community that I have seen that focuses a lot of supporting each other and it's really nice to see. Everyone has value in this world and there is always hope for happiness for anyone that wants it, even if it takes a lot of getting over the hurdle. You are loved.

I vented some awhile back when I lost my dog and I generally don't usually share my feelings, which I know isn't healthy. I very much isolate myself from others usually, which is something that I should do better about this year.
