First match I was able to catch in awhile but Aries and Angle just killed it. Those two just click in the ring. Disappointed that Aries won't be moving ahead in the tournament but it makes sense for the direction they seem to be going in. Roode has to face Angle and Angle likely has to be the one to put over Magnus for the belt. What annoyed me though, while it made sense for his feud with Roode, Angle made Aries tap to the crossface. This won't be a real problem if Aries hadn't sold a solid ankle injury the majority of the match! He took a nasty twist on the ankle with a 450 splash near the end but instead of going back to it Angle makes him tap to the crossface? Makes little sense. Still, can't take away from the magic they make together in the ring.

Everyone knows Pope is underused, I only saw him in a few matches myself. But he could just go to WWE or ROH when his contract is finished.

- Prowrestling.net reports that some TNA wrestlers are being asked to take less money once their current contracts expire, as has been speculated for some time now. In other cases, there are talents who have time left on their deals who have been approached about restructuring their contracts for less pay, roughly half as much in some cases.
