Personally I would have Rhodes in the top 5, he is great in ring and I've spotted it for a while but that's just my opinion and I respect others and understand why some would not put him in their top five. Orton at number 1 in my opinion is a load of rubbish.

i told you dale bambi does not watch anyone in the ring except for Cody so of course he does not know danielson had a tremendous match with orton. I'll tell you how he watches SD okay, 1. looks at the crowd to see if its a sell out 2. Watch a Cody promo/match 3. stops watching the show.

my list

5. Christian/Jericho
4. Randy Orton
3. CM Punk
2. Rey Mysterio
1. Bryan Danielson

Damn Pussy Monster, you can read me like the back of your hand! Half the time that is EXACTLY what I do when I watch SD. I estimate the crowd size, fast foward straight to Mr. GQ magizine... I mean Cody, and then after his promos and matches i fast forward to see if there is anymore Cody promos, and maybe if the main event sounds good, i'll stick around.

But sometimes i actually do watch the whole show.

GOSH, YOU ARE GOOD LOVE!

and if some of you actually liked a great in ring preformance, you would know Cody DOES belong in the to 5. Apparently most of you like spot fest wrestlers. Thats ok.

Cody is no way in the top five. I love to see him in actual classic 20 minute match. He has never done that and doesn't qualify. You are such a mark that it's really annoying. When Cody actually has a match that is four stars then let me know. Cody over Bryan and Punk, that was a good one you clown.

Bryan, Jericho, Punk, Ziggler, and Christian right now for me. Christian is so underrated and really shined with his matches against Orton even though he was getting buried at times. Orton is very talented but number one on the list!? That's a bona fide joke, hopefully you get run off the site some day because this seriously annoyed me. We all know about Bryan, Punk, and Jericho being elite. Ziggler is incredible now and has caught my eye for years now ever since the Summerslam 2009 IC title match with Mysterio. Rey is another guy that can be considered but this is an exclusive list.

1 ~ Daniel Bryan
2 ~ Christian
3 ~ Alberto Del Rio
4 ~ Dolph Ziggler
5 ~ Rey Mysterio

Undertaker would be at #2 if he were healthy and active, and everybody else but Bryan would fall one spot.

Whoa very surprised to see Rey on your list considering you've totally bashed his in ring style.

Once again everyone bashing Chad when he's actually started a decent thread. All well in good bashing him, I myself enjoy ripping the shit outta people on wrestling forums, but when it's desvered.

At least he has attempted to back up each of his picks on his opinion based list, where's as most of you have just had a 1-5. Also you realise that Cody isn't number one on his list right? If you want to rip into him how about picking apart his post with intelligent responses to each of his points, rather than calling him gay for Cody.

Try it, it may actually make for an interesting read once in while.

PHX and a couple of others excluded btw.

Body height and weight does not mean shit to me, neither does mic work (so i don't know why i included it)

1. Bryan Danielson: Just an amazing worker, who has such a great mind for this business. He can do it all from high flying to match work and if you want he can go out and brawl. Hes never been the best on the mic but what hes been doing on smackdown lately is off the charts

2. Rey Mysterio: The greatest little man in the history of wrestling, if you think he is just a spot fest guy you are totaly wrong, and i watch indy stuff so i should know. But Rey knows when to use his big high flying spot and when the times is right. Other then cena no ones knechts with the audience like he does.

3. CM Punk: Ever since the "shoot" Punk has been on a good roll, tbf he has always been a great ring worker he can go out out and tell a story on the mat e.g. vs cena @ MITB watch the first couple of minutes. He can go to the air when the time is right brawl it out if needed also. Another guy who knows what wrestling fans want and it by far the best talker right now.

4. Randy Orton: I've always enjoyed watching randy orton in the ring, ever since he joined Evolution but through the years you have seen him really step up his game and right now you can ask him to wrestle anybody and he will go out there and tear it up. Right now not even Cena can get a crowd pop for their signature moves like he can. don't believe me watch his matches in 2011. His only down fall is his mic work.

5. Jericho/Christian: I just could not pick plus what i have to say can be about both men. consistently putting on great matches, Really Fluid in the ring, great on the mic, could be utilized better at times.

you happy.

5) Chris Jericho
When you put someone in the ring with Jericho he can make anyone look good. I remember when Daniel Bryan wrestled Jericho in NXT and that was when Bryan got alot of recognition.

4) Wade Barrett
I hated seeing Barrett in Nexus because we hardly got to see Barrett's individual in-ring skill. He is quickly rising in the ranks and I am personally glad to see what WWE is doing with him.

3) CM Punk
I'm sure everyone saw the Bryan/Punk match on raw.

2) Kurt Angle
This guy is so much fun to watch whenever he is in the ring. Submission specialist, grappling specialist, the list is endless. Angle defines pure mat-based wrestling.

1) Daniel Byan
He has a natural flow and energy whenever he steps foot in the ring. Not only that, he is also a vegan. Anyways, he makes wrestling look believeable and not many wrestlers can do that.

Very good.

What I'm really liking about Orton lately is his match pace and timing, seems he's gotten rid of the rest holds that he used far to much 3-4 years back, a big improver in the ring.

Daniel Bryan
Rey Mysterio
Dolph Ziggler
Alberto Del Rio
Randy Orton

Complete waste of my time.

This confuses me since Angle isn't in WWE anymore and Wade Barrett isn't exactly known for his in ring work.

So it's an all time list? Interesting list if that's the case.

Not gonna lie, I hate his style.....but he is extremely good at it. Credit where credit is due, anybody who can get a good match out of CM Punk deserves praise for their wrestling ability.

5. John Cena - Say what you want but the guy can, and has done it all. He's worked 60 minute matches with Michaels, he's done Ironman matches, Hell in A Cell matches, Ladder matches and he's excelled in all. He does however have the problem of being overdone and too predictable.

4. The Undertaker - Yep, even at his age he's still a better worker than most of the roster. The guy is legit badass, he's got striking, he's got submissions, he's agile, he can talk, he's a master of psychology and he's been doing it for longer than most. Shame we only get to see him a few times a year these days, but it's for the betterment of his health.

3. CM Punk - Punk had a massive year this year with the whole 'Summer of Punk' deal and he delivered a MOTY candidate with John Cena. His style is a lot different from his RoH days, which shows he can adapt which is always a good thing. He's technically sound and he has the charisma to go with it.

2. William Regal - Yeah we never see him wrestle much anymore, but put him in with anyone right now and he'll pull a great match out of them. Regal is one of the best ever in my humble opinion, and he can still go if his match with Dean Ambrose in FCW is anything to go by.

1. Daniel Bryan - Always said he was the best in the world when he wasn't in WWE, not going to change that. Give him a chance in the ring with someone that isn't Big Show or Henry, where he's always going to look weak just by size difference, and he'll put on a clinic as seen when he was up against Punk earlier this month. I hope it's him and Sheamus at WM, because that would be a fantastic match in my opinion.
