He then posts the results.

It's kind of a cross between eFedding and luck of the draw because no matter how good your promo is, the game can hand you a loss.

We had around 2-3 weeks of this and it was fun.

Well, promos are optional. Some do them for fun, but as long as you keep up to date and tell Reag what you want to do and that is fine.

Basically, this is a forum game where you pick a real life wrestler and they are in Reag's Universe mode and you pick what he does and, occasionally if you want, you can write promos as them for fun. All you need to do is pick someone and keep an eye on the thread and let Reag know ideas etc.
