They are called poison pills for a reason 5, 5, 15 on the cap. 8.5 in actual salary

I think Asik and Lin are both set at 8.5M per year under the cap. It wouldve been 5/5/15 if their teams matched, but since they didnt houston only has to take the yearly average it. I read that somewhere, i'll try to find it.
