Suppose it depends on what you mean by getting rid of. Since it just replaces lynch it's not as theoretically powerful as an extra lynch variant.

I'm struggling to see Smark as scummy. I mean sure he mentioned the Miller claim a lot, but I kind of get the impression it's just Smark's playstyle? Nothing really feels bad from his play, perhaps not much scum hunting but it doesn't really seem like something he does early in.

You're best off doing an ISO of him but I'm voting him because he feels overly cautious, is still sitting on a random vote from the start of the game and really went in detail over explaining that random vote. Which did feel weird.
