Now the face of WWE is getting surgery and will be out of action for 4-6 months. when he returns, do you guys think he's getting that long awaited heel turn or at least a slight change in character? Or... the same annoying ass kissing babyface we've come to know and hate?

I can actually see him coming back as a heel or returnrning to help DB to fight the evil Orton and HHH only to turn on him and join them.

Everything is set for a Cena heel turn. The crowd all but booed his excistence at RAW last night and he moved to the side for DB and gave him his due.


All he has to say when he returns and turns is I did it all for you and you turned on me so stick it brother......oh wait that already happened. He could go down that same path or just go back to thuganomics, but depending on how the ratings are and how ready Vince and HHH are to turn him it could be soon but I can see him coming back and doing the sane thing over and over again until their hands are forced into it.

That's possible or they will throw things in the ring because they didn't think it would ever come. Cena would still rule the merchandise since those who can't stand will love him again and buy his things again

I honestly feel like his time as the face of wwe is coming to a close. He's obviously getting worn down physically and the fans just can't stand him. When he announced he was leaving wwe there wasnt one fan who didnt cheer. If thats not hate I don't know what is. It's time to make a new face and let Cena have a change.

I still don't see Cena turning heel anytime soon. As long as his merchandise is selling through the roof, he will never turn heel. I know everyone does this, but he's just like Hogan. Hogan was a face forever until people stopped caring. Not just the men. Everyone. No one, including kids, could stand say your prayer and eat your vitamins. Then, Hogan turned when he wasn't a moneymaker. That's the only way I can see Cena turn.

My guess is he'll return in the Rumble match.

Not what I claimed at all. "change ahead" could simply mean he plans on becoming WWE champion again or stopping the McMahon's and Orton. It's vague, it doesn't mean he's finally pulling the long awaited heel turn or losing the jorts.
