Calories don't really matter actually. They do at an extent, but you shouldn't really buy into that crap.
it's more about intake. If you ate 1lb of carrots, an orange, and avoided soda/unneeded sugars daily, that right there can cut your calories in half.

My sister trained for a half marathon, and when i stopped (slowed down A LOT) my drinking habits, she said i couldn't lose weight putting in under 2k calories daily. I put in around 1200 and lost 35lbs. I'm doing it now for her wedding and i'm going for around the same, and i'm down 7lbs in 9 days. Obviously those are the easy lbs, but now i have 27 days to lose the other 8.

It's all about unncessary stuff vs what is good for you. There are a ton of things to find (veggie chips, that popcorn i mentioned, etc) that you can snack on and not have to worry about, as opposed to going out for dinner and getting a deep fried snickers bar and 1 corndog (so delicious)

I use an air popper or cook it on the stove in olive oil with sea salt. I do use butter with the air popper though... So yeah... Back to cooking on the stove. LOL
The boom chicka pop comes in a bag, and is really, really affordable. 37 calories per cup with over 16 cups in a bag for about 2.50.

Calories only matter with meat, carbs and fat. If you eat a diet that is higher in calories but mostly made of fruits/veggies it wont be an issue. The less ingredients in what you eat, the quicker everything burns off and is used as energy. Meat, carbs and most fats take awhile to burn.

I'm glad he isn't picky
and he is gaining habits that will work well in the future. I have a lot of friends whose kids eat like dogshit because they do, and they are paying the extra costs in hospital bills already. The last thing you want is a kid who has bad habits before they can even pack their own meals.

I'm just saying some people are like, "HEY LOOK! That chocolate bar is 120 calories! It must be good to eat!"
And then I nod my head. Also, 7 lbs in 9 days? That's kind of fast. I'd probably go for 2-4 lbs a week, but since you're in a rush, go ahead. lol

I 100% agree. I know a few girl's ive worked with who lost weight doing the chocolate deal, it comes back and leaves stretch marks soon after.

My 7lbs is from stopping drinking as well, that weight comes off realllll fast.

It is......100% natural no trans no cholesterol whole grain gluten free and comes in a bag like chips. I grab it from the organic section, and am having 2 handfuls as i've ran up 2 flights to check it out every time i've mentioned it lol. It's so damn good.

Breakfast - if I have it (usually don't) cup of tea
Dinner - usually just a microwave burger or something quick
Tea - chicken/fish w/chips&baked beans or rice

Most days.

The real answer is dominos, dominos, dominos.

Oh its pre-popped? I will have to check it out.

And yeah when my dad quit drinking he lost like 40 pounds in a littler over two months. Its all yeast and the yeast is what gives guys (and gals) beer guts. The other kinda of alcohol (not beer/yeast forming) slow the metabolism down, slow circulation, speed up aging, cause the liver to get backed up, clog the lymphnoids and screw with the adrenal glands, eat away cartilage and muscle, screws up intestinal flora.... I can go on and on here. lol That is what happens every time you drink too. Once it is out of your system, it starts to regulate and restore order... Though if you drink too often or too much, you do lasting damage.

True, water weight gets off like in a day or two.
I scrapped all bad foods and drinks since like '10. So whenever I have bad food again, I'll have an upset stomach for at least 2-3 days. If you saw the list of food I ate, you'd think I was a freak. :dawg:

A MICROWAVE BURGER? I saw where you vacation, there has to be better options.

Yeah it's prepopped and DANK. And when i spend 12 days in jail (2 times, hello ladies) I lost 27lbs and 18lbs, as they were many months apart and i didn't learn my lesson the first time. I live in wisconsin, beer gut's are a norm here, and this bullshit weather we have helps me understand better why. It's 6 outside, and i've shoveled twice. Even my balls hate this weather and want to just run and hide.
