I have come to the conclusion that I eat WAY to many crackers, too much bread meals and too much damn pasta! :angry: :upset:
I actually had some kinda seed crackers today with water for a small breakfast.. I have trouble eating when I first get up. Then had 2 scrambled eggs with veggies. Going to try to not eat as much carby carbs today. lol Damn the Merican diet. I don't eat much meat so I tend to eat sides as meals.
That is basically nothing but carbs... :facepalm:

GOAT snack, try it and prepare a rehab facility because you'll get addicted
is it like taijian sauce or like powder? Not sure if I ever had it. Sounds spicy. :gusta:

I am one of the freaks who loves veggies, but isn't a fan of fruit, so i force myself to eat an apple/orange/grapefruit daily and then most of my food is veggies (unless i'm shitfaced, then it's some veggies as i eat other foods) but mostly I try to stay away from ground beef, go for steak, some pork, and mostly chicken. I am a decent cook so tonight it's porkchops, potatoes, cream of chicken soup, a grip of carrots, with some chicken broth to keep it cooking well....as well as some basic spices. It was awesome tbh. Tomorrow I'm rocking a really sweet Rib recipe I made myself, and then after it's a chicken bake with stuffing, celery, corn, and some cream of celery soup.

IDGAF what the main meal is (really i have one meal a day, with a lot of healthy stuff beforehand) as it really depends on what is on sale at the stores here this week. Next week it's the start of the xmas/NY fish sale, so i'm gonna rock some lobster, a grip of catfish meals, and some random seafood never frozen sent from AK/Hawaii.

That's because daily meals consist of carbs. You'd have to think outside the box.

Crackers have basically nothing good for you, and there are other options to use instead, depending on what is on sale...as the provide no solid nutrients. Try this.

Eggs for breakfast, with a fruit.
Lunch, leftovers in portion, with your daily veggies eaten AS you make you lunch. It will fill you up mostly before you even start to dick around with your main meal.
Dinner = proteins, a salad/veggies, where you give yourself portions that will allow you to have an easy made snack for later that still will provide benefit, as opposed to having a filler snack at the end of the night.

Oh trust me, I know. I eat veggies crackers, saltines, cheez-its, butter crackers, spice crackers... LOL Like an average day for me consists of me eating crackers for breakfast, just by themselves, some kinds soup (veggie or chicken) for lunch and like pierogies for dinner. Then as a snack... CRACKERS! WTH! Yeah I have to eat better. Though I eat veggies with almost every meal its not enough. The carbs are outweighing them. And I hardly eat fruit. I need to eat more fruit for sure. I also eat too much popcorn. I eat that like 4 times a week. I may air pop it but that is nothing but carbs and pesticides.

Breakfast: I usually don't eat breakfast, but when I do it's mostly an egg sandwich, some fruit(mainly a banana, or green apple), and apple juice.
Lunch: Most of the time I eat boxed Pierogies, and a side of green beans.
Dinner: It always varies, but it usually involves something with chicken. With the main dish I usually have a side dish of buttered parsley potatoes, or whole kernel corn.

Kind of odd you have trouble eating fruits. I have trouble eating some vegetables.

Lol I used to eat fruit all the time now it takes forever for me to destroy an apple

My health is more the issue here then my weight. I feel like crap from what I eat. lol Also... I have been super lazy the last 2 years. I mean... Like I do stuff but I sit way too much. Since I work on the computer (writing and what not) and I do a lot of reading on the computer, I sit as much as I would, sometimes even more, as if I had a cubical job. haha
