That's because daily meals consist of carbs. You'd have to think outside the box.I have come to the conclusion that I eat WAY to many crackers, too much bread meals and too much damn pasta! :angry: :upset:
I actually had some kinda seed crackers today with water for a small breakfast.. I have trouble eating when I first get up. Then had 2 scrambled eggs with veggies. Going to try to not eat as much carby carbs today. lol Damn the Merican diet. I don't eat much meat so I tend to eat sides as meals.

Oh trust me, I know. I eat veggies crackers, saltines, cheez-its, butter crackers, spice crackers... LOL Like an average day for me consists of me eating crackers for breakfast, just by themselves, some kinds soup (veggie or chicken) for lunch and like pierogies for dinner. Then as a snack... CRACKERS! WTH! Yeah I have to eat better. Though I eat veggies with almost every meal its not enough. The carbs are outweighing them. And I hardly eat fruit. I need to eat more fruit for sure. I also eat too much popcorn. I eat that like 4 times a week. Eggs for breakfast, with a fruit.
Lunch, leftovers in portion, with your daily veggies eaten AS you make you lunch. It will fill you up mostly before you even start to dick around with your main meal.
Dinner = proteins, a salad/veggies, where you give yourself portions that will allow you to have an easy made snack for later that still will provide benefit, as opposed to having a filler snack at the end of the night.

I love popcorn too, and if you eat a ton of veggies/get moving it's not really a big deal. I suffer like hell to eat fruit. I've been having an orange for about the last hour and a half and i am barely over halfway done.

My health is more the issue here then my weight. I feel like crap from what I eat. lol Also... I have been super lazy the last 2 years. I mean... Like I do stuff but I sit way too much.
