Dude i'm the only one besides my grandma who likes them (i grew up in her garden man, that's where im 99% sure it come's from) whereas i got fruit pushed on me constantly. When i was younger I was tiny (i was 6ft 145-150) and could eat anything, but now the veggies and fruit are a must.Kind of odd you have trouble eating fruits. I have trouble eating some vegetables.
Also not just to brita, but for anyone who is looking to cut portions, use the crock pot. I browned my pork chops using the broiler this morning, and had one for breakfast with some veggies, and have been tasting my food as i cook/eat veggies/push fruit down my gullet, it's a real easy way to skip snacks. That....and if you like soda (which we had mt dew here more than milk...my dad...)and when i wanted to stop, I started getting the gallons of water you can get from the store instead of going glasses. Every drink has to be 8-10oz, and considering that if you fill your glass up with ice before getting water, you will get 10oz out of that max. The pissing alone is something special, but i drink enough i'm used to having to go 4-2000000 times a day.
