Kind of odd you have trouble eating fruits. I have trouble eating some vegetables.
Dude i'm the only one besides my grandma who likes them (i grew up in her garden man, that's where im 99% sure it come's from) whereas i got fruit pushed on me constantly. When i was younger I was tiny (i was 6ft 145-150) and could eat anything, but now the veggies and fruit are a must.

Also not just to brita, but for anyone who is looking to cut portions, use the crock pot. I browned my pork chops using the broiler this morning, and had one for breakfast with some veggies, and have been tasting my food as i cook/eat veggies/push fruit down my gullet, it's a real easy way to skip snacks. That....and if you like soda (which we had mt dew here more than milk...my dad...)and when i wanted to stop, I started getting the gallons of water you can get from the store instead of going glasses. Every drink has to be 8-10oz, and considering that if you fill your glass up with ice before getting water, you will get 10oz out of that max. The pissing alone is something special, but i drink enough i'm used to having to go 4-2000000 times a day.

See I enjoy fruit... I am just too lazy to clean/cut and store it.

My health is more the issue here then my weight. I feel like crap from what I eat. lol Also... I have been super lazy the last 2 years. I mean... Like I do stuff but I sit way too much. Since I work on the computer (writing and what not) and I do a lot of reading on the computer, I sit as much as I would, sometimes even more, as if I had a cubical job. haha
pick crackers or popcorn, and get some more protein in your diet :ksi: I'm sure your husband would be happy to help you there.

Portions aren't an issue with me. Most days I eat under 1,400 calories and 95% of the time only drinking water. Just that my calories are made up of too many carbs. I can feel it in my body. They make me lazy and tired. haha

Yeah I am cutting out the popcorn. I will eat it once a month as a treat for a movie or something. Only organic kind though.

My son LOVES fruit so whatever I buy I save for him. When he sees me eating anything he walks up to me and says "daddy bite?" Can't say no to that
I wish I loved fruit, maybe I would eat it more. LOL I grew up loving vegetables and not eating much fruit. I guess force of habit.

boom chicka pop is what we get, it's 35 calories a cup and the sea salt kind is DANK. That way you can still have it weekly but can avoid it. My old man still makes pop secret and puts butter on the stove to add to it :mog: it smells so fucking good, but it's all about picking vices haha.

Calories don't really matter actually. They do at an extent, but you shouldn't really buy into that crap.

He's not picky at all. He cracks me up whenever someone sees us out and he's eating everything and they go omg he eats good.
That is good he is not afraid to eat a variety. So many kids now a days want nothing but fatty foods. I see so very few enjoying veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds, ect anymore.

I use an air popper or cook it on the stove in olive oil with sea salt. I do use butter with the air popper though... So yeah... Back to cooking on the stove. LOL
