Breakfast is usually a cig and a black coffee

Snack is a Lion Bar

Dinner usually a mcds as its free

Tea ranges from curry, chinese, pizza etc..

Drinks usually black coffee, tea and cordial

I live off junk basically.

Honestly, I think with any food, MSG free is the better choice. The best is likely to be organic, grass fed meat/dairy, msg/paraben/hfcs free. That is too damn expensive though. lol
