I'm ashamed to say that I've been guilty of this in the past. It's one of the many reasons I retired actually. I do not recommend it.

When I was with ETW, I didn't get much sleep at all and chose writing my shows up late at night because I worked full time and went to school and didn't have time during the days to TT or write. My girlfriend (wife now) would shake her head as to why I did this. Then I'd come back with, why do you read Twilight books haha.
