NXT 09-03-2012: Live from the Pepsi Center, Denver, Colorado.
Inaguration.
Welcome to Monday Nights in the UWF which will be headlined by the New Generation. And after what we witnessed at Summerslam we could be looking at the newest and strongest power in the UWF! Headlined by JBL and Robert Roode this show has promised to change the landscape of UWF forever and on Monday it will as while the card may be Small, big things are indeed in store.
Match 1
Hardcore Match
Bully Ray v. Shane McMahon
In the very first contest in UWF NXT history hardcore rules will be in place as the Bully of the UWF takes on the Chairman's son in a match tailored for Shane's style. However the Bully is known to insert himself physically and what better way to do that than a Hardcore Match.
Match 2
The Miz vs. Randy Orton
No one was more surprised to find himself being drafted to NXT then Orton who went from being number one contender to the UWF Championship to just another name on NXT. After coming out and RKOing much of the roster you have to believe JBL has it in for him. And so JBL sends one of his crown jewels into action this week to kill the Legend Killer in the Awesome Miz! Miz looks to get on JBL's good side, while Orton looks to stick to the boss. When these two forces collide one thing is for sure, anything can happen.
Main Event:
Robert Roode v. Sting
Robert Roode was the man JBL put his trust into to lead the Next Generation and after Summerslam it appears he has. But the Next Generation must always deal with the current and old generation and who better to represent that than the Icon Sting who will make his NXT debut after he lost his Smackdown Contract at Summerslam. The Icon looks to put Roode inhis place and prove that while NXT is about the Next Generation, the Icon is still the man. However the NWA Champion looks to stake his claim of being the best in the world and like at Summerslam, he intends to prove it by any means necessary.
We Will Hear From:
Everyone on the roster as everyday the NXT roster is growing. Be sure to tune in as NXT is going to be the place to be on Mondays!
