Re: Outside The Ropes: Debut Edition!

Awesome column, C. Reading this makes me remember all the great memories we had. They're some really awesome written matches. I'm gonna agree with everyone else, Dresden did great in the 4 vs. 4 Elimination Tag Team thread, it was a extremely hectic month for me though. I wish I could go back, do better and not let people down, but what's done is done. That's why I dropped both Hardy/Kingston soon afterward. The same for the Money in the Bank match, I was in both RAW and SmackDown's respectively with I believe Hardy/Kingston also. Another hectic time as school got more important and I didn't post to my fullest, they were fun sessions though. I gotta agree with this one though, Shane's Jericho? Legendary. I remember his face run and the match with Vita's Sting, awesome session and match.

In overall, the column is great C. Looking forward to next week's.

Re: Outside The Ropes: Debut Edition!

The Great Mexican Bash 2011 I think you'll find it was :p

Yeah, I probably didn't deserve to win it, at the time Aniking's Batista was on a similar path his Christian is now. But that is a match I hold with great regard as at least five of us went full hog.

As I haven't been around as long as some of y'all there probably would have been a few different matches in my top ten. The six pack challenge on Warzone where Bronzy picked up his World title as Kane was a strong one. And also the Royal Rumble match was mighty impressive that year, EffectsofRaven taken the ball and beating all comers to be last one standing.

Looking forward to reading the top ten, and how you rank them, whether it be by particular TT character or TT'er overall. Good job Cwalks!

Re: Outside The Ropes: Debut Edition!

That's right, it was Chase's Badass Undertaker! Apologies to Chase for totally forgetting that!

.

I am actually glad Badass Taker was not mentioned as to me that was one of my worst characters ever. I enjoyed playing as Shelton Benjamin more than I did Badass Taker. Not to mention I was so fed up with playing as Taker I did not TT once. So it is okay to forget badass Undertaker. Deadman Taker is okay for you guys to talk about, I love playing deadman Taker, so creative and dark I can do with it.

The Global championship match was crazy as hell. I remember having Flair with AJ it was a nice little touch to get my heel AJ going. I really did like using heel AJ, it was so generic but it worked out for me. So too me I had no problem with it.

Very good column Cwalker.

Re: Outside The Ropes: Debut Edition!

I remember the four on four match really well, it was really fun and I remember it was when Lewb's Del Rio and IMO AK's Batista were in there prime, and I think Cwalk's Jomo was also on the rise. Correct me if I'm wrong but you were kind of a new comer at that point Cwalker

Re: Outside The Ropes: Debut Edition!

Nice column, lots to choose from.

I know I wasn't mentioned at all but there's a fair few feuds I was in that was pretty good, I must still say to this very day that my Rey vs. Chris Dredson's Eddie was the best thing ever.

If I ever did something like this, that feud would certainly be on the list. Just not sure whether I'd put the Steel Cage match or the Hell in a Cell match.

MrFetter's UWF Top 15

Remember this is not the "Official" Top 15, I just wanted to post my top 15 heading into The Great American Bash, also in honor of a new forum.

MattMorgan.jpg

15. Matt Morgan (The Red)

Since winning the UWF Hardcore Championship (Which shows on neither brand's roster page by the way) the Blueprint has faltered against some very tough names. He looks to right the ship, but without a match at The Great American Bash he'll have to find other ways to impress the brass at the Bash and the next night on RAW.

DamienSandow.jpg

14. Damien Sandow (rawisrey)

Damien Sandow has been begging for your indulgence over on the blue brand. After a successful win over the Heart Break Kid in his debut, Damien Sandow has continued to impress the Smackdown GM, and looks to knock off the Rated R Superstar Edge at the Great American Bash after a very heated Cutting Edge

AustinAries.jpg

13. Austin Aries (Chriss)

Since making his return from being out of action for a month at the hands of Randy Orton, Austin Aries has been driven and some may say obsessed with finally taking care of the New World Order. Aries has seen his ranking slip by his near fall loses these past few weeks to the NWO, but looks to finally end them once and for all at the Great American Bash against the Apex Predator, where its win or go home for both men.

JohnCena.jpg

12. John Cena (Blizzard)

After being shipped off to Smackdown in the draft, and his lost to Randy Orton at Backlash things didn't seem to be going well for the Chain Gang Solider. But using his creed of Hustle, Loyalty, and Respect John Cena has found himself with a chance to become Smackdown's next World Heavyweight Champion at the Great American Bash this Sunday!

RobVanDam.jpg

11. Rob Van Dam (Lub)

The Superstar that is One of A Kind has been making quite a name for himself. He defeated Miz this week on Smackdown to become the NEW European Champion, and has another match against the Miz at The Great American Bash. Will the Miz show or will RVD continue to be the Whole Fing Show?

UWFRandyOrton.jpg

10. Randy Orton (MrFetter)

Since his win over John Cena at Backlash, along side the New World Order; the Apex Predator has been on a tear. With wins over then number one contender to Stone Cold Steve Austin's UWF championship, and both his opponent and the champion on RAW; Randy Orton sneaks into the top ten. He looks to finally put a end to what he started at the Great American Bash against Austin Aries in a win or go home situation.

SharkBoy.jpg

WilliamRegal.jpg

09. Shark Boy & William Regal (Sam & Doink)

These two men defeated Almost Famous to earn the spot of representing RAW at the Great American Bash, to see who becomes the first EVER UWF Tag Team Champions! Will this team prevail at the Bash, or will they be a fish out of water against Samoa Joe & Sting?

Batista.jpg

08. Batista (Andrew)

Since being drafted to Smackdown, this Animal has been unleashed. He's dominated everyone to step in front of him, and has a chance to become Smackdown's new World Heavyweight Champion at the Great American Bash.

MVP.jpg

07. MVP (albo2)

The Ballin Superstar as of late has been on the top of his game. These past few weeks he's gone to war playing mind games on the NWA Heavyweight Champion Robert Roode. At the Great American Bash MVP looks to pick up the victory over the NWA Champion, and prove why he's the highest paid UWF superstar ever.

SamoaJoe.jpg

Sting.jpg
06. Samoa Joe & Sting (EffectsOfRaven & Chris Dredson)

The Black & White Machine have proven themselves on Smackdown as the most dominant tag team around. At the Great American Bash they look to make history by defeating RAW's winner and becoming the first ever Tag Team Champions

UWFCodyRhodes.jpg
05. Cody Rhodes (rawisrey)

The grotesque one has been on quite unstable lately, but has dominated in ring. He injured Brock Lesnar and as such was handed the US Championship. Cody Rhodes bears a streak since becoming champion that he looks to continue against CM Punk at the Great American Bash

DanielBryan.jpg
04. Daniel Bryan (The Hoov)

In what was one of the most shocking moments of the month, Daniel Bryan found himself on top of the World as the World Heavyweight Champion, and in a short time finding himself on the wrong end of the pin to lose his championship just as fast. Now Daniel Bryan looks to right what was wrong as he competes at The Great American Bash against Smackdown's GM Nigel McGuinness

Christian.jpg

03. Christian (AK)

Since his arrival at Backlash, and his joining of the New World Order, Christian has been unstoppable in his quest for one more championship match. Bearing a undefeated streak he gets that chance at the Great American Bash against Stone Cold Steve Austin for the UWF Undisputed Championship!

DeanAmbroseWorldTitle.jpg
02. Dean Ambrose (CaptainxBurnout)

Since the Hardcore Championship was shipped back over to the RAW brand, Dean Ambrose has been or has been around the World Heavyweight Championship. At the Great American Bash he's going to have to give it everything he's got because there's five other men looking to knock him off the top spot on Smackdown, and become the new World Heavyweight Champion.

StoneColdUWFChampion.jpg
01. Stone Cold (Chris Dredson)

Since winning the UWF Undisputed Championship at Backlash, that title has not left his shoulder over on Tuesday Night RAW. Despite losing twice to Christian in two weeks, a title reign such as Stone Cold gives him the nod for the number one spot heading into the Great American Bash; where he looks to successfully once again defend his title against Captain Charisma.

You forgot when Sandow lost to Chelsea :p heh heh

But still a good list. Hoping that I'll be able to crack it eventually.

Haha oh yes. 14 seems like a good spot for him right now.

And I'm sure you will with the Rated R Superstar.

Andrew, your Batista has been awesome since going over to the Blue Brand.

Sweet I'm number 2. I know its not official but i Didn't think I'd fare to well seeing as I haven't won a match since my world title match but hopefully I end up on top when it matters.

This is a nice addition, and very well done. One day you're going to see Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins up there. I like these as it's something to strive for.

Re: MrFetter's UWF Top 15

Captain you earned your spot none the less my friend.

Thanks Tapout! Appreciate the comments and all the feedback guys. I was just wanting to post my own thoughts cause I think rawisrey or another is doing the official top 15 sometime after the Great American Bash if I read correctly.

If anything I would say it was a monthly thing, plus you gotta have pictures of arrows going up and down to signify movement. That'd be awesome.
