UWF Championship Match
AustinChristian-1.jpg

"Stone Cold" Steve Austin(c) versus Christian

Absolutely fantastic thread between these two mainstays. Two legends quite frankly, going at it tooth and nail, and it's been a great read. However, when it comes down to choosing a winner, I have to say I wouldn't want to be that guy. I'll go with Christian right now, Aniking's been on fire lately, not that Dresden hasn't been hot as well, but I just see Christian getting himself the World title on this occasion.

King of The Mountain Match for the World Heavyweight Championship
KingoftheMountain4.jpg

Dean Ambrose(c) versus Ted DiBiase versus Batista versus John Cena versus Bray Wyatt versus Jeff Hardy

I'm part of this match, but I have to say again, wouldn't want to be the writer for this one deciding the winner. What I will say however is that it's been a blast TTing with you fellas and I hope we all do it again sometime because all of you guys have your characters down and are at the top of your games with them.

UWF United States Championship
CodyRhodesPunk.jpg

Cody Rhodes(c) vs. CM Punk

Glad to see DOMINATE back, would've been nicer to see him TT in this thread as I feel it would've been a great throwback to the past days of e-fedding between two guys who have been in it longer than I have. Rhodes wins by default.

Full Metal Mayhem for the European Championship
Rob Van Dam(c) vs Jeff Jarrett vs Raven vs Rey Mysterio

Congratulations first go out to Lubos on winning the title in the first place, and I don't see him dropping so quickly. The very underrated RVD for the win.

RoodeMVP.jpg

Robert Roode vs. MVP

As much as I love ya Tom, I know the power of Albo's MVP, former CWA World Champ also I believe. MVP for the victory.

WolfeSandow-1.jpg

Daniel Bryan vs. Desmond Wolfe

EoR's Wolfe is unbeaten still... don't see that changing. Until he decides to face Bray Wyatt of course 8D

OrtonAries-1.jpg

Randy Orton versus Austin Aries

Great showing from both Chriss and Fetter, but I think Aries just snatches it.

SandowEdge-1.jpg

Damien Sandow vs. Edge

Slim loses on his return?... get outta here!.

UWF Tag Team Championship
Tagteam-1.jpg

The Black and White Machine vs. Shark Boy and William Regal

Myself and Ellis/Doink haven't shown face in the thread yet, so right now EoR/Drez for the win, formidable team they are.

EXTRA PREDICTION!

This show's going to be insanely good, heard it here first, calling it.

Re: MrFetter's UWF Top 15

Apologies Fetter. Just got a tad annoyed coz I was looking forward to writing mine next week. Or am I just annoyed coz Jeff Hardy nor Bully Ray are on the list? :p haha

I kid. Room for two ranking shows and will be interesting to see how we differentiate our rankings!

I actually thought of placing Bully Ray at 15th or 14th then was like, it's only been two weeks.

You would def been first for both characters on honorable mentions.

Re: MrFetter's UWF Top 15

Or Actually I think I should of dropped Jeff Hardy in somewhere around 13th or so, at least heading into the Bash.

And thanks Chriss :)

Effective Thinking With EoR: UWF Smackdown part of The Great American Bash.

I'm back folks with another addition of Effective thinking with moi, Effectsofraven! Before I get started, then been a bit of confusion and miscommunication between me and Cwalker the past few days, and I apologise that and everything is now cleared up! But anyways, let's get started with the big business of today! What can you expect from UWF Smackdown when it comes down to the Great American Bash.

The Tag Team Championship Match:

Tagteam-1.jpg

At the moment, this is pretty lacklustre, I'm personally trying to wait for Ellis or Sam to show up, but I know Sam is pretty busy and Ellis, god knows, just given up? It's quite unfortunate but Me & SBS have already discussed the issue and I can promise you this, the next Tag Team title match is gonna blow people out of the water TTing wise, with the opponents I got lined up for Me & Dresden!

The UWF European Championship Match:

A decision made two weeks ago for this match, due to the fact of Got_Swag not showing up, we gave the belt to Lubinho, who has deserved it and we didn't feel it was right for a Squash Match against Miz. So I went ahead and incorporated Raven versus Rey Mysterio storyline and added in another deserving person, Jeff Jarrett to save this match from just being a sham. You can expect this match to have a lot of violent spots and some good storytelling which will go on into the next Pay-Per-View!

Damien Sandow versus Edge

SandowEdge-1.jpg

Slim's big return match, if him and Rawisrey can get three trash talks in, then this match will no doubt but epic! I'm writing this beauty as well and it's certainly gonna be fun to write a Slim/RiR match, they know how to deliver the goods and I already know what direction these two are going to be going come Summerslam and I'm telling you guys now, they are gonna be involved in TWO huge match-ups.

Nigel McGuinness versus Bryan Danielson

WolfeSandow-1.jpg

Me and Hoov are hoping that if we can bonkers this week, the match will be the most busy of the lot :D! But I got a lot of say into how this match will actually go down in terms of spots and how it's going to finish, we have possibilities and this will IMO will be the most dramatic of the lot, can Desmond Wolfe/Nigel McGuinness continue his undefeated Streak while not being injured or will Bryan Danielson will be the first man throw Wolfe off his legendary perch and run rampant on Smackdown? I promise ya this, this will be match of the night, or will it be this one...

The World Heavyweight Championship Match, King of the Mountain match:

KingoftheMountain4.jpg

SBS is the one in charge of this beauty when it comes down to deciding a winner, I wonder if I can come up with a way to have all six hanging the belt as one? Nevertheless, SBS is going to be writing this match and I'm going to be the one helping write out all the spots, with 4 guys still waiting to get their final third trash-talk in, this is going to be one closest encounters, I have ever seen for a world title match, and the fact Me and SBS are teaming together to make this match - It's will possibly be the best match ever!

Next week, expect a hinting preview at Smackdown path to Summerslam and my run down on my favorite stuff from the Great American Bash and material from Smackdown over the month!

That's my fault. When I updated the card, I didn't update the stipulation

Re: The Great American Bash - Prediction Thread!

UWF Championship Match
AustinChristian-1.jpg

"Stone Cold" Steve Austin(c) versus Christian

- Both of you guys did a phenomenal job. It was a difficult choice as Dresdon will do anything and everything to keep the title, and Ani went completely hard since day one and made it a must to win the big one. In the end, I believe Dresdon will keep the U.W.F. title.

King of The Mountain Match for the World Heavyweight Championship
KingoftheMountain4.jpg

Dean Ambrose(c) versus Ted DiBiase versus Batista versus John Cena versus Bray Wyatt versus Jeff Hardy

- My match, folks. So far, I had a blast. Everybody in the match did a fantastic job. Good luck to everyone! :)

UWF United States Championship
CodyRhodesPunk.jpg

Cody Rhodes(c) vs. CM Punk

- I'm a huge fan of Dom's Punk, as he plays him perfectly but Rey's Rhodes is one of a kind so I'm going with him to retain.

Full Metal Mayhem for the European Championship
Rob Van Dam(c) vs Jeff Jarrett vs Raven vs Rey Mysterio

- I'm a huge fan of everyone in this match, but Chase's Super Mysterio is awesome so I'm going with him to win the Euro title.

RoodeMVP.jpg

Robert Roode vs. MVP

- Albo has been playing M.V.P. for a while, and he never disappoints with him. Going with Albo for the victory!

WolfeSandow-1.jpg

Daniel Bryan vs. Desmond Wolfe

- Hoov's Bryan is a boss, it's been a great session so far though.

OrtonAries-1.jpg

Randy Orton versus Austin Aries

- I know how good Fetter's Orton is, and it's pretty hard going up against him. Both of you two did a fantastic job so far, but Orton barely gets my pick.

SandowEdge-1.jpg

Damien Sandow vs. Edge

- I'm a fan of what Slim has for Edge so far, going with him for the victory.

UWF Tag Team Championship
Tagteam-1.jpg

The Black and White Machine vs. Shark Boy and William Regal

- Joe and Sting got this.

Loved the thread man. I like your choices and what you had to say.

Sucks for SBS to be writing the KOTM, toughest pick yet.

I didn't really know what to say. I'm not on Smackdown, and this is really only for Smackdown guys to take note of.

I did read it and it was a nice read, definitely interesting if you're involved with Smackdown, but when you're not it's hard to get into. Just a personal thing.

That's the thing...it's Smackdown only. If you're not a Smackdown guy, it's hard to get into. Same reason Smackdown guys don't constantly comment on Raw. It's like if it doesn't effect them, why bother?

Personally, I thought it was a good read, but everything you said, I pretty much knew already.

This was my viewing of it. I read it all and I didn't gain anything. Probably due to us talking a fair bit on Facebook on the weekend aha. I agree with your points though, and the Smackdown side of the bash is going to be Epic, as it sounds the red side will be too.

I would have TTed for the Teg Team Championship match, if it had been me representing RAW there ;)

Good read! Good luck to my pal BDC (Double J) on his title shot (?)

Can I also say that I think the reason for less comments this time as opposed to last time has to do with the fact with your last one, you went for in depth. This was more of a backstory to each match, which is cool, but everyone on Smackdown knows the backstory already. Next time, try maybe giving reasoning as to why you did what you did in terms of booking. More of a backstage feeling would be cool since its interactive.
