Top 5 fave cartoon villains/bad guys

Yeah so I'm sittin here watchin some TV and I'm like hmmmmm... this bad guy is completely awesome... has to be my top fave but then I was like just doing your favorite one would be not that interesting and it would be more fun to do a top 5. And it could be from any show, any series, anything.

5. Cobra Commander. NEXT TIME G.I. JOES! He just a fave cause I mean come on... you always wanted to see his face. Always wanted to know what he looked like. He had a real good team behind him but could just not overtake the good guys and take over the world.

4. Gargamel. Yes the villain of the smurfs. Some old guy that lives in a castle with his cat with one mission, find the surf village. But the question was always... what would he do? Would he eat them? Turn them into gold? Collect them? What? I dunno but it was just funny watching him try and fail every single time.

3. Fat Buu. From DBZ I'm talking fat buu. The funny sounding playful buu that was as strong as could be but was also as random as could be. And when he would talk it would always be something interesting... just a fun and funny character that could kick your butt if he wanted to but could also be as playful as ever.

2. Bowser. He is just this overgrown turtle with spikes... or is he a dragon? Or what in the world is he? And how in the world did he wind up with so many children? Where did they come from? How do they conquer so many worlds and wait for Mario to overtake them? How is it that he keeps managing to kidnap Princess? I think it is a conspiracy. But beyond all of that Bowser is just one of those great classic characters that you can't help but like. From the cartoon to the video games and seeing his evolution from Super Mario Bros. to the new super mario Bros. games. Its just insane. Its awesome. But he is definitely a legend and should have a place in everyone heart as a villain

1. Perfect Cell. He had the perfect blend of cocky, power, and he had the voice as well. He was the epitome of what it was to be the top villain. Completely full of arrogance that he would say whatever he wanted to anybody and there wasn't gonna be anybody that was gonna stop him. He would do whatever he wanted and who was gonna stop him. He'd tell you whatever was on his mind and if you dared to oppose him he'd just slap you around. And yes he is from DBZ as well. But he was the perfect villain.

5 - The Joker (Batman)

He's Batmans greatest enemy. He helped drive the wedge between Dick and Bruce. He crippled Barbara. He killed Jason Todd. He kidnapped, torched, and made a murder of Drake, only to implant a chip in his brain that would later turn him into the Joker. He was sick, twisted, and had a weird sense of humor.

4 - Negaduck (Darkwing Duck)

Hes the polar opposite of the terror that flaps in the night. He has no morals. He wants to corrupt the mind of youth everywhere and would do anything to get his way. He was also extremely violent.

3 - Megatron (Transformers Prime)

He is the leader of the Deceptacons. He infected himself with dark energon, killed his own men, and tries to destroy earth like he did Cybertron

2 - Utrom Shredder (TMNT)

He puts the Shredder of the 80s and the movies to shame. He is what the comic intended. You stand in his way of taking over NY and enslaving the Utrom world and you lose everything you hold dear, before dying.

5. Fat Buu - For some reason this guy has always been my favourite Dragon Ball Z villain. Possibly because he is a comedy villain, and I'm a sucker for comedy villains (see further on).
4. Doctor Claw - "I'll get you next time, Gadget....NEXT TIME!".
3. Mandark - HA HAHA. HA HAHA HAHA!
2. Montgomery Burns - Because it's fucking Montgomery Burns!
1. Team Rocket - "Prepare for trouble!" "And make it double!" Simply the best intro I've seen in any show, EVER.

Negaduck was freakin awesome... but Lord Zedd overrules them all. So there should be a special exception made just for him cause he was just... yeah he was that awesome.

But so many people picking Frieza over Cell Cell at least beat Goku so ha

those parents ruined the perfect villain. I really liked Zedd as it looked like he could actually finish off those pesky Rangers
