Big Xplosion card tonight, ladies and gents: highlighted by Doug Williams vs Consequences Creed! That’ll put butts in seats.

Match 1: Chris Sabin/Jimmy Jacobs vs Kiyoshi/Patrick Schulz w/ Koslov & Magnus
Sabin and Jacobs ran through their double team stuff, and they had more and more moves, some taken right from the MCMG moveset. Schulz threw away his weight for a bit to catch Sabin in the corner, but he nailed both he and Kiyoshi with a double dropkick, and then stuck Schulz with a Superkick! Jacobs got tagged in and cleaned house, and Schulz got hit with Sabin’s awesome Springboard Tornado DDT, and then Jacobs’ Flying Back Senton to lose.
Winners via pinfall: Chris Sabin/Jimmy Jacobs (5:45)

--Commercial Break--

Backstage, Koslov yelled at Kiyoshi for being pinned. He said he’d have another shot at Sabin and Jacobs on Impact, this time with Magnus as his partner, and he better not mess it up.

Hernandez came out and said it was bullshit that Steiner didn’t include him in the #1 contender’s tournament, and so he would kill Shark Boy.

Match 2: Sean Hernandez vs Shark Boy
He killed Shark Boy. Border To – NO! Shark Boy slid down! Bite to the ass! Running crossbody! He went for the Stunner, but Hernandez shoved him off and Speared the shit out of him to win.
Winner via pinfall: Sean Hernandez (104 – 0) (1:56)

--Commercial Break--

Backstage, Consequences Creed spoke black about Doug Williams.

An outline of the #1 contender’s tournament played with clips from Roode vs Lethal, Shelley vs Homicide, Monty vs Storm, and Low Ki vs Chris Daniels. They then hyped up Roode vs Monty and Homicide vs Low Ki next week.

Alex Shelley was in the back, and he was not happy. He said that he was here to address his Xplosion fans—those that appreciated real wrestling like is represented by the X-Division Championship. He said that he never wanted to hold that corrupt piece of garbage that some people call the World Championship, but he did say that Homicide embarrassed him on Impact, and he would pay dearly.

Doug Williams was with Lauren, and he said that at the beginning of last year he was making a name for himself by fighting and beating guys like Low Ki and Homicide, and now he’s fighting duds like Consequences Creed. He said that it was time for him to buck up, and that would start by beating Creed tonight.

--Commercial Break--

Chad Collyer was backstage, and he said that beating Young here tonight for a shot at the TV Title meant moving up the ranks here in TNA, and nothing means more that that to him right now.

Match 3: James Storm vs TJ Perkins
Perkins was a dick here, but really annoying in his hit-and-runs. Storm finally caught him and tossed him around, so TJ slid to the outside. Storm followed him out, but TJ ran back in and came him coming back with a Basement Dropkick! He kept kicking at Storm, but the big man shoved him away and charged with a lariat! Perkins stumbled to his feet and walked right into the Eye of the Storm! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: James Storm (4:34)

James Storm celebrated in the ring.

The Young Bucks were backstage WALKING~.

--Commercial Break--

Footage of Max threatening to end their brotherly tag team played, along with Jeremy’s decision to use the chair to help beat Los Infernales and salvage the Young Bucks, along with the DASTARDLY~ embrace between the two.

Match 4: The Young Bucks vs Los Infernales
Basic back-and-forth formulaic match, though this time the Bucks were in heel mode. They hit all their super contrived high-flying stuff, but applauded each other and themselves whenever they did so. Los Infernales came back with a ton of fire towards the end, but Max Superkick Mephisto to the outside, and then Averno got hit with the MMMBop Knee to be pinned.
Winners via pinfall: The Young Bucks (6:10)

Jeremy and Max celebrated their win to the back.

In the back, Eric Young said that he’d be overlooked for far too long in this company, and going over Collyer and Morgan would be no problem, and finally he’d be appreciated for all his work in TNA.

--Commercial Break--

Match 5: Consequences Creed vs Doug Williams w/ Dave Taylor
This was predominantly Williams beating the shit out of Creed, because he deserves it for being himself. Williams tried the Bombs Away, but Creed moved and dropkicked out his legs. He was perfectly set up for the Creed-DT, and the Negro covered to win.
Winner via pinfall: Consequences Creed (6:54)

Creed celebrated to close the show.

Commentary welcomed us to the show and talked about the continuation of the #1 Contender’s Tournament: Low Ki vs Homicide and Robert Roode vs Monty Brown in the main event.

Match 1: Matt Morgan[c] vs Eric Young [TNA Television Championship]
Young tried his best to chop away at Morgan’s legs, but the big man used his size to take EY out and toss him around some. Morgan tried to end it with the Carbon Footprint, but Young ducked and swept out his other leg, and started kicking away at it. He got in a leg bar, but when he tried to put in the Sharpshooter, Morgan kicked away and caught him coming back with the Black Hole Slam! ONE … TWO … THRE – Young got a foot on the rope! Morgan pulled him up and tried the Hellevator, but Young gouged at his eyes to get down and countered with a sloppy Orton Backbreaker! He pulled him up and tried the Spike Piledriver, but Morgan body dropped away and then leveled him with the Carbon Footprint! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall and still TNA Television Championship: Matt Morgan (6:02)

Morgan celebrated in the ring, but Young snuck up and attacked him, then laid him out with the TV Title and held it over Morgan.

Homicide was warming up in the back, and Samoa Joe came over and told him to have the fight of his life, and then challenge AJ for the belt.

--Commercial Break--

Backstage, Joe did the same for Low Ki.

Match 2: Jay Lethal w/ Creed & Booker T vs Tyson Dux w/ Petey Williams
Basic back-and-forth. Dux also never got the Sharpshooter in, and Lethal countered one attempt into a headscissors, that he followed up with a Newark Sidekick! He went up top for the Lethal Elbow, but Petey shoved him from the top! He stumbled to his feet, and Dux tried the NOTB Brainbuster, but Lethal countered into the Lethal Combination for the pinfall!
Winner via pinfall: Jay Lethal (6:22)

Lethal ran out to attack Petey on the floor, but Dux got him from behind, and the two Canucks laid him out with the Slapshot on the floor!

--Commercial Break--

Hernandez burst into Steiner’s office and yelled about not being included in the #1 contender’s tournament. Steiner said that he only had eight spots, and there just wasn’t enough room. Hernandez challenged him to a fight, but Steiner said that he was retired. However, he had an opponent in mind for him, and he’d make sure he was here for Xplosion.

James Storm was with Lauren, and he said that he was frustrated that he seems to have stalled with Chris Harris out, but he’d be doing his best to stand out in his singles career.

Homicide was walking in the back, BUT ALEX SHELLEY RAN OVER AND BASHED HIM IN THE SKULL WITH THE X-TITLE! He yanked him up and hit him with the Shellshock on the floor backstage! No! Shelley ran off as officials tended to ‘Cide.

--Commercial Break--

Footage from Impact of Samoa Joe killing Frankie Kazarian.

Match 3: Samoa Joe vs Jimmy Rave w/ Elix Skipper
Rave went right after Joe’s leg like he did on 12/16 with moderate success, but this time Joe just kept picking him up and chucking him with sloppy and stiff suplexes, because fuck yeah. He probably could have ended it at several points, but he was having too much fun. Skipper tried to get involved, but Joe laid him out with a German Suplex on the floor. When he came back in, Rave tried a Brainbuster, but Joe held his weight and hit a Gordbuster. He followed up with the Chimera-Plex, and then locked in the Coquina Clutch to win.
Winner via submission: Samoa Joe (4:24)

Joe kept choking Rave until Skipper broke it up. Joe beat them both around until Daniels ran out and attacked him from behind! The three kept beating him down until Daniels hit him with the Angel’s Wings.

Steiner told Low Ki that he had no choice but to continue on with him vs ‘Cide up next, and if ‘Cide doesn’t come out, he’d forfeit.

--Commercial Break--

Low Ki came out and waited, AND HOMICIDE CAME OUT!

Match 4: Low Ki vs Homicide [#1 Contenders Tournament]
They went to the mat for a long while with a lot of standoffs, but Low Ki got trapped because he refused to throw strikes or put in any kind of headlock due to Shelley’s attack earlier. Still though, Homicide ended up slowing down, and Low Ki was able to get in some pretty stiff midsection stuff. Homicide came back with some quick punches, but Ki only struck at Homicide’s midsection. This let Homicide get a good head of steam, but when Low Ki ducked under a top-rope clothesline and Homicide banged his head on the mat, he was pretty much out. Low Ki tried to give him time to recover, but it didn’t do much.
Winner via pinfall: Low Ki (6:53)

Low Ki helped Homicide up and asked if he was okay, and ‘Cide responded by lifting Ki’s arm into the air and congratulating him.

--Commercial Break--

Match 5: Chris Sabin/Jimmy Jacobs vs Jihad
SHOWCASE~. Dutt tried some stupid flip thing, but Jacobs Speared him out of midair. Sabin and Jacobs went up top at the same time, and they hit the Flying Leg Drop and Flying Back Senton at the same time for the pinfall.
Winners via pinfall: Chris Sabin/Jimmy Jacobs (3:42)

They celebrated in the ring.

Backstage, Morgan challenged EY to another match, but Collyer walked up and said that he pinned Young at Genesis, so he should be in line first. Steiner came up and booked Collyer vs Young on Xplosion for a shot at the TV Title.

Hernandez was ranting in the back about not being in the tournament, and he turned to walk, AND MICK FOLEY WAS THERE. He gave a big grin, and just waved, and walked off. Hernandez looked spooked.

--Commercial Break--

Backstage, Homicide cut an angry Mexican promo on Shelly.

Match 6: Christian Cage/Bryan Danielson vs Brandon Bonham/Eddie Edwards
This was all Danielson vs Bonham/Edwards, until the very end when Cage made a blind tag and nailed Edwards with the Unprettier to win.
Winners via pinfall: Christian Cage/Bryan Danielson (2:12)

Cage celebrated, and he made Danielson hold up the Canadian flag in the ring.

Commentary announced that Alex Shelley vs Homicide had been booked for Against All Odds!

--Commercial Break--

Monty Brown was stretching in the back, and Robert Roode walked up! He offered him one more chance to lay down for him, and said that if he did, he’d be set financially for life. Monty got serious and said that all the money in the world couldn’t replace the honor of holding the TNA World Championship.

AJ Styles cut a promo and built himself up, and said that he’d been impressed with the tournament participants thus far, and said that he’d be checking out the main event from ringside.

Backstage, Kurt Angle found Bryan Danielson, and asked him why the hell he’s going along with Christian’s Canadian stunt. Danielson told him that it got him a job, and who really cares. Angle said he cares, and go America. Danielson scoffed, and Angle challenged him put up or shut up in a match, and Danielson agreed! KURT ANGLE VS BRYAN DANIELSON NEXT WEEK!

--Commercial Break--

AJ Styles came down to go commentary, and then Low Ki came down to check out the match from ringside.

Match 7: Robert Roode vs Monty Brown [#1 Contenders Tournament]
Roode looked scared shitless, and avoided Monty at all costs for a long time. Monty finally grabbed him on the floor from inside the ring and pulled him inside, and commenced bumping him around. Roode finally managed a huge eye gouge and then a bunch of elbows to send Monty on all fours, and then he stomped on Monty’s hand! He kept stomping on it, and then wrung his wrist around the bottom rope until the ref pulled him off. He pulled him up and tried some sort of wrist-clutch suplex, but Monty held his weight and countered with a belly-to-belly! Roode stumbled to his feet, and Monty clotheslined him to the outside, and then celebrated in the ring to go the break.

--Commercial Break--

Brown continued to bump Roode around in the ring, but he ducked under a leg hand, and Brown instinctively delivered a right with his bad hand. Roode got off a swinging neckbreaker and continued to wear down his head and neck. Monty came back pretty easily, but Roode kept using the ropes and escaping to the outside to create space. Monty finally followed him to the outside and they brawled on the floor, until Roode used a drop toehold to send him skull-first into the steel ring steps! He rolled back in and was super aggressive in his offense, but when he tried the Payoff, Monty elbowed away. Roode tried to pull him into a cravat, but Monty threw him against the ropes and caught him coming back with the ALPHA LARIAT! ONE … TWO … THRE – Roode kicked out! Monty pulled him up and tried the Alpha Bomb, but Roode floated over. He tried to pull him up into the Roode Awakening, but that was dumb, and Monty elbowed him away. He ran off the ropes and tried the Alpha Lariat again, but Roode ducked and dropkicked him into the corner. He ran off the ropes and tried the Northern Lariat, but Monty ducked and whipped him against the ropes AND HE MET HIM WITH THE POUNCEEEEEE~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~! PERIOD! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Monty Brown! (14:30)

Brown celebrated in the ring, and Low Ki slid in. They faced off to close the show, and Styles put both guys over from the booth.

Match 1: Amazing Red vs Scott Lost
Red jumped right into the high-flying, but when he tried a springboard move, Lost run forward and pushed him to the floor behind him! He followed him out and tackled him into the barricade, driving the back of his skull in the steel. He rolled Red back in and worked over his skull, capitalizing on his wooziness. He built up to a sleeper, and finally got it in, but Red tripped him into the ropes and caught him coming back with a hurricanrana! He staggered to his feet and Lost charged, but Red caught him with an absurd weird spinning contrived kick! Standing moonsault! ONE … TWO … THR – Lost kicked out! Red got up and was dizziness, and it gave Lost time to get up as well. He tossed Red into the corner and charged with a roundhouse, but Red ducked and kicked him away. He climbed up to the middle rope and dove off with the RED EYE! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Amazing Red (5:59)

In the back, Bashir told Dutt that he had a match against some American fundamentalist that he had never heard of. Dutt asked what his name was, and Bashir said it was “The American Dragon,” and he sounded like a fool.

--Commercial Break--

The American Dragon came out for his match, and he looked strangely familiar.

Match 2: The American Dragon vs Sheik Abdul Bashir w/ Sonjay Dutt
Bashir didn’t take him seriously at all, so Dragon took him to the mat and made him look like a bitch. Dutt tried to get involved to help him, but Dragon shoved him off the apron. He turned around into a running boot from Bashir, and he took over briefly. He tried the Roadside Bomb, but Dragon spun through and locked in the LEBELL LOCK, and Bashir tapped.
Winner via pinfall: The American Dragon (2:34)

The American Dragon celebrated to the back and shouted for America.

--Commercial Break--

Match 3: Ritchie Steamboat vs Jeremy Buck w/ Max
Some basic mat work turned into strike trading, with Buck throwing weak punches and Steamboat throwing awesome chops. Max got involved from the outside, so Steamboat took him out with a plancha! He climbed back in, but Jeremy met him with a sweet dropkick. He kept Steamboat down for a good bit, but Ritchie came back after a middle rope crossbody and some more chops. He bumped Jeremy around, but Max got involved and Ritchie turned into step-up enzuigiri attempt, but he ducked and came back with a snap suplex! Steamboat climbed up top and jumped off with a Flying Crossbody, but Jeremy ducked and Steamboat hit the mat! Both guys were down, but when the ref went to check on Steamboat, Max pulled Jeremy out of the ring and replaced him! He pretended to get to his feet slowly, but when Steamboat got to his feet, Max nailed him with a perfectly crisp Superkick! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Jeremy Buck (6:04)

The Young Bucks celebrated their successful twin switch in the ring over Steamboat.

--Commercial Break--

A replay of Hernandez yelling at GM Scott Steiner and Scott’s promise to have an opponent for Hernandez tonight played.

Sean Hernandez came out and waited for his opponent, and it was … RICK STEINER!

Match 4: Sean Hernandez vs Rick Steiner
Steiner ran right at Hernandez with punches because he’s gutsy and stupid. Hernandez shoved him off and the two guys traded punches, AND RICK GOT THE BETTER OF IT! He got him into the corner and mounted him for the 10-punches, but when he got to 7, Hernandez got underneath him and hit a Back Suplex! He lined up for the Spear, but Rick ducked out of the way AND BIT HERNANDEZ IN THE ASS WHY DOES HERNANDEZ GET BITTEN IN THE ASS SO MUCH ROOF ROOF ROOF RICK STEINER IS DRUNK. He tried a belly-to-belly, but Hernandez shoved him off and the leveled him with a Spear! He hit the Border Toss, and pinned him to win.
Winner via pinfall: Sean Hernandez (104 – 0) (1:56)

Hernandez hit Rick with two more Border Tosses, and Nash said that this was the greatest night of his life.

--Commercial Break--

Alex Shelley cut a long pre-taped promo, starting with trashing on Homicide, but then turning to the bigger picture. “The X-Division was once a staple of TNA, and it was heralded by fans around the world as guys like AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Low Ki, Amazing Red, and Samoa Joe put on all-time classics. All this while the TNA Championship was passed around like a Nashville prostitute between never-were’s like Jeff Jarrett, Ken Shamrock, Rhi – err, and Raven. The X-Division represented a new breed of wrestling, while the TNA Championship represented everything that was wrong with the industry. Make no mistake, the TNA Championship never got any better. But somewhere along the way, the X-Division title lost it’s meaning as well. Maybe it was when Kurt Angle won the belt. Maybe it was Johnny Devine, or Abdul Bashir, or SUICIDE~, or 2009 Sean Waltman. I’m not entirely sure, to be honest, but I do know that it eventually lost it’s glory, and fell victim to the pity that was TNA.

“But that all changed on December 20, 2009—the day that I won the X-Division World Champion. All of a sudden, the title meant something again, and the division meant something again. And it all improved even more over time. Every title defense I’ve had over the past thirteen months (12, for those of you keeping track) has lifted the title higher and higher, now at levels that it has never before been praised. As Angle politicked his way to the TNA Title, Joe influenced his way to the TNA Title, and Styles whined his way to the TNA Title, I was busy fighting to defend my X-Division Title. Never before has the inherent difference between the X-Division and the TNA titles been so apparent, and never before has a wrestler risen to greatness as quickly as I have. I have no intention of stopping. I’ve been told that the status of “The Man” in TNA is a status that could be claimed by AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, or Kurt Angle only. There’s no room for Alex Shelley. Bullshit. There is no contest. I am the face of this company. I am the quintessential wrestler, not only in TNA, but in the world. Doubt that if you wish, but it’s at your own expense. Soon enough everybody will fall down before me the way that Low Ki, Volador, Chris Sabin, Jay Lethal, and others have fallen. Homicide is the next to find that out. You remember my words, because I’d hate for you all to miss my rise to the top. But, if you continue to doubt me, and you ignore me the rest of my way, I’ll have no choice but to tell you the cold hard truth: I warned you.”

--Commercial Break--

Commentary reacted to Shelley’s promo, and Nash said that he saw big things in Shelley’s future.

The recent heat between Collyer and Young played, along with the way it’s spilled over into the TV Title territory.

Match 5: Eric Young vs Chad Collyer [#1 Contendership to the TV Championship]
They went to the mat for a bit, and Collyer controlled it by using his amateur stuff. Young got a cheap elbow in the corner and took over with basic offense, and then tossed Collyer out to the floor. Young went to climb out, but Collyer met him with a dropkick! He rushed back in and ran off the ropes, and came back with a Baseball Slide! He went back out and punched at Young, but when he went to roll him in, Young blocked it and tackled him back into the barricade! He then used a Back Suplex to plant Collyer spine-first onto the steel rail going into the break!

--Commercial Break--

Young was really going after Collyer’s back in the ring, and he even managed to neutralize many of Collyer’s suplexes with some of his own. Collyer started throwing strikes instead, and he took it EY with some pretty wild brawling! He got him up in the corner and then delivered the 10-punches, and then brought him out with a running bulldog! ONE … TWO … THR – Young kicked out! Collyer unleashed a bunch of basic throws, but Young blocked a Karelin Lift, and sat down on Collyer’s leg to put in a leg bar! Collyer got to the ropes, but Young pulled him off and tried to put in the Sharpshooter. Collyer blocked it and brought some more punches, then started his Triple Belly-to-bellys, but Young blocked the second and hit his Northern Lights Suplex! ONE … TWO … THRE – Collyer kicked out! Young measured him up and tried a lariat, but Collyer ducked and came off the ropes with a crossbody, but Young kicked him out of midair! Collyer staggered to his feet holding his midsection, and Young planted him with a POWERBOMB! ONE … TWO … THRE – Collyer kicked out, BUT YOUNG TURNED THE PRAWN RIGHT INTO THE SHARPSHOOTER! Collyer struggled for a while, but HE MADE IT TO THE BOTTOM ROPE. Young pulled him back to the middle and tried to put it in again, but Collyer shoved him off, and got him coming back with a snap belly-to-belly suplex! Young rolled up and tried to pull Collyer down again for the Sharpshooter, but Collyer lifted him up with a GUTWRENCH POWERBOMB! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Chad Collyer (12:40)

Collyer celebrated in the ring, and Young looked pissed in the corner. Commentary hyped Collyer vs Morgan for the TV Title this coming Impact! Don’t miss it!

In store for tonight: Matt Morgan vs Chad Collyer for the TV Title, Kurt Angle vs Bryan Danielson, and Monty Brown vs Low Ki for the #1 contendership!

Footage from Xplosion played of Collyer beating Young for a shot at Morgan’s TV Title.

Match 1: Matt Morgan[c] vs Chad Collyer [TNA Television Championship]
They built up to Collyer knocking Morgan down, and finally he pulled out a middle rope clothesline that took him to the ground! He followed up with some quick strikes, and tried a belly-to-belly, but Morgan charged Collyer into the corner, and then used his stupid rapid elbows to break free. He followed up with a belly-to-belly of his own, but he only a two-count. He measured Collyer up for the Carbon Footprint, but he ducked and jumped up with a step-up enzuigiri! CHAD COLLYER DOING KICKS! He called for the Everest German, but Young made his way down to ringside. Collyer yelled at him to get away, but then turned into the Carbon Footprint to lose.
Winner via pinfall and still TNA Television Champion: Matt Morgan (6:05)

Young slid in and attacked Collyer, but Morgan flattened him with the Carbon Footprint and posed over both guys!

--Commercial Break--

Commentary put over the fact that Angle vs Danielson was about to happen.

Match 2: Kurt Angle vs Bryan Danielson w/ Christian Cage
This was all awesome mat wrestling, but when Angle started to get an advantage, Christian ripped him off and laid a big right hand on his jaw.
Winner via count out: Kurt Angle (1:54)

Danielson looked upset, but Christian herded him to the back. Angle was pissed off in the ring, and shouted up that Danielson was a coward.

--Commercial Break--

Kurt Angle found James Storm backstage and asked him to take on Cage and Danielson with him at AAO, and Storm agreed!

Match 3: Chris Sabin/Jimmy Jacobs vs Brutus Magnus/Kiyoshi w/ Viktor Koslov
This started with a long exchange between Kiyoshi and Jacobs with lots of standoffs and back-and-forths. They started trading strikes, and after they both laid each other out with simultaneous clotheslines, Magnus tagged himself in. Sabin and Jacobs went on to run a showcase over Magnus, and he got hit with the Detroit Code! ONE … TWO … THRE – Kiyoshi broke it up with a stiff as hell kick to Jacobs’ skull! Sabin and Kiyoshi got in, and Kiyoshi tried a running elbow, but Sabin ducked and hit a Superkick! CRADLE SHOCK! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall: Chris Sabin/Jimmy Jacobs (6:40)

The New Age Machine Guns celebrated to the back. In the ring, Koslov berated Kiyoshi.

--Commercial Break--

A Low Ki hype video played, and he killed everybody.

Backstage, Chris Daniels came up to Alex Shelley and told him to let him carry the team in their match against Joe and Homicide later. Shelley pointed to his championship on his shoulder, and said that this means that he’s the best wrestler in TNA, in the nation, and in the world today. He told Daniels to try to keep up, and he walked off.

Mick Foley came out to the ring and said that he sure took a shellacking from Sean Hernandez at Genesis. He said that he thought he missed wrestling, but the first Spear changed his mind. And then the second Spear drove home the point. But the fourth Spear, that one felt good. And the Border Toss felt great. That pain is what he thrives on, and it gave him the itch. He said that Hernandez is a beast, no doubt about it. And while he beat Mick Foley pretty bad, he’s never faced the hardcore legend. He’s never faced anybody nearly as hardcore. Foley said that he wanted to unleash his hardcore instincts, and he wanted to do it at the expense of Sean Hernandez! Hernandez came out and called Foley a bitch, and Foley said he deserved that. But he wondered who the bitch would be AT THE FINISH OF A HARDCORE MATCH! Hernandez scoffed and asked if Foley watched his match at BFG. Foley said of course he did, but that he doesn’t use forks. He uses the big guns. He rolled out of the ring and looked under the apron, AND PULLED OUT BARBIE! He sprinted back into the ring and rushed Hernandez off, and he looked scared to death! Foley shouted for him to come on, but Hernandez split.

Samoa Joe and Homicide were backstage, and they cut promos on Daniels and Shelley, respectively.

--Commercial Break--

Sean Hernandez vs Mick Foley in a hardcore match at Against All Odds was made official!

Shelley’s promo from Xplosion replayed.

--Commercial Break--

Match 4: Samoa Joe/Homicide vs Alex Shelley/Christopher Daniels w/ Rhino, Love, & The Enlightened
Shelley stepped right up and called forward Samoa Joe! He shouted about being the best in the company and the best in the world, and then he slapped Joe in the face! Joe exploded with strikes, but Shelley met an elbow with a kick, and then hung his arm up on the top rope. He went after his arm like a maniac, and holy shit Alex Shelley is taking it to Samoa Joe! Joe made some space with some basic throws, but Shelley lured him into his corner, and he got double-teamed! Daniels and Shelley beat down at him, and took some cheap shots from the outside, so when Joe ducked under a Shelley superkick, JOE KEPT RUNNING AND TOOK DANIELS OUT ON THE FLOOR WITH A SUICIE DIVE!!! Shelley followed him out and attacked him on the floor, UNTIL HOMICIDE RAN OVER AND TOOK OUT SHELLEY WITH A TOPE CON HELLOOOOOOO, DOLLY!

--Commercial Break--

Shelley and Daniels had Homicide in the ring now, but poor communication on their part led the way to a pretty easy comeback. Homicide beat both guys around, and then tagged out to Joe, who really cleaned up. He let either guy come in, and did a good job in throwing around them both. Homicide got involved, and it turned into a bit of a showcase for Joe and ‘Cide. Eventually a bunch of shenanigans from the people on the outside let Shelley hit a superkick to Joe’s arm, and then he took him back to the mat. He and Daniels both worked together now to pick apart Joe on the mat, going back to the arm and over. Daniels eventually got too cocky, and Joe got off an X-Plex! Homicide got a good hot tag and cleaned house, and after a bit Joe got an even bigger hot tag and it was awesome. Shelley was getting tossed around, and then Joe threw him to the outside onto Daniels! Daniels tried to walk away to the back, but Shelley pulled him back and screamed at him to get back. They fought, and Joe came out with a Tope Suicida, BUT THEY BOTH MOVED AND JOE CRASHED TO THE FLOOR! They both rushed the ring to where Homicide was getting up, but Homicide took it to both of them with wild punches! He tried the 187 on Shelley, but Shelley threw him off into Daniels! Daniels tried the Angel’s Wings, but Homicide spun through and HIT THE 187! He got up RIGHT INTO THE SHELLSHOCK! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall: Alex Shelley/Christopher Daniels (14:29)

Shelley jumped out of the ring and celebrated up the ramp with his posse. The Enlightened helped Daniels up on the floor and carried him to the back. Joe and ‘Cide regrouped in the ring and they were pissed.

Bryan Danielson was walking around in the back, and Kurt Angle approached him. Danielson tried to walk away, but Angle grabbed him and said that he was running around with the wrong crowd. Danielson sarcastically thanked him for the advice, but yanked his arm away and walked off.

--Commercial Break--

A Monty hype video played, outlining his becoming the first ever TNA TV Champion at Bound For Glory VI, him turning on Team Canada and lashing out on Roode, and him killing people.

Match 5: 3 Crazy Negroes vs TJ Perkins/Scott Lost/Kenny King
The Negroes each ran through their signature stuff, and then Lethal hit Perkins with the Lethal Combina – NO! Perkins with a Hangman’s Neckbreaker! He went to town on Lethal and was awesome, and then Lost got in and was good but not as awesome, and then King got in and lost him. Tonight’s main event: Amazing Red vs Rhino! But who cares BECAUSE RODDY STRONG IS BACK!

Match 1: Roderick Strong vs Doug Williams w/ Dave Taylor
Strong came right in and was on fire with his punches and throws, but the strategy backfired when he went for the Strong Backbreaker too soon, and Williams countered with an arm breaker. He kicked at the arm some, but Strong made a quick comeback with fast punches and some dropkicks. He chucked Williams to the outside and followed up with a Suicide Dive BUT WILLIAMS MOVED AND STRONG HIT DAVE TAYLOR! He slowly got up, and Williams leveled him with the Double Knees off the apron and onto the floor!

--Commercial Break--

Williams kept Strong contained with his usual spiel of back work and throwing his trademark knees. Strong managed to catch a kick though and took him down with a Dragon Screw! They spent the rest of the match trading limb work, with Williams going after the arm, and Strong going after the leg. However, Strong’s work neutralized Williams’ knees, and eventually he put in the Strong Hold! Williams struggled for a while, so Dave Taylor jumped up on the apron! Williams started to tap, but the ref was focused on Taylor! Strong let go of the hold and ran to knock Taylor off the apron, but he turned around into the BRITISH SUPLEX! ONE … TWO … THRE – Strong kicked out! Williams pulled him up and tried the Chaos Theory, but Strong held on in the corner and kicked out his leg from behind! STRONG BACKBREAKER! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Roderick Strong (12:42)

Backstage, Viktor Koslov reprimanded Kiyoshi for losing to Sabin/Jacobs again, but said he’d have one more shot against them. And this time his partner would be yours truly!

--Commercial Break--

Match 2: Brandon Bonham vs Max Buck w/ Jeremy
Bonham used his height advantage to control it on the mat, so Max started slipping away and acting cocky just by avoiding Bonham’s offense. Bonham charged at him with wild punches, but Max caught him on the ropes and started choking out at him. With Jeremy helping, Max wore out and beat down Bonham for a good chunk. Bonham started to fight back, but when he Jeremy shouted to the ref that Bonham had something in his boot, the ref checked it out. But during the distraction Jeremy pulled Max out of the ring and slid back into his place! Bonham proved his boot was clean, so he went back to grab “Max,” BUT HE GOT HIM WITH A PERFECTLY CRISP SUPERKICK! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Max Buck (5:24)

Jeremy slid back out and celebrated with Max on the floor.

--Commercial Break--

Match 3: Petey Williams vs Shark Boy
This was way less of a showcase than it should have been, because Shark Boy doesn’t get enough love. Petey threw around his “weight” and “power,” still pretending to be a powerhouse. But Sharky survived all his stuff and even got off a bunch of his own offense. But still, Williams laid him out with the POLISH HAMM – NO! Shark Boy ducked! SHARK BOY STUNNER! ONE … TWO … THRE – Petey kicked out! Shark Boy pulled him up and tried the Dead Sea Drop, but Petey eye gouged his way out and came off the ropes with the POLISH HAMMER~! He yanked him up and laid him out with the Border’s Edge to get the three-count.
Winner via submission: Petey Williams (6:20)

Petey waved the Canadian flag post-match.

--Commercial Break--

Match 4: Ritchie Steamboat/Volador/Stevie Richards vs TJ Perkins/Scott Lost/Kenny King

Winners via pinfall: TJ Perkins/Scott Lost/Kenny King (5:40)

The heels celebrated in the ring.

--Commercial Break--

Commentary hyped up the coming Impact, and announced that, after taking a couple weeks off to nurse some injuries, as you saw earlier tonight, Roderick Strong is back in action and he would be on Impact to team up with Chad Collyer to take on Matt Morgan and Eric Young!

--Commercial Break--

Match 5: Amazing Red vs Rhino w/ Angelina Love
Rhino was violent and threw Red around like a rag doll for the most part. But then Red lowbridged him to the outside and followed up with a corkscrew plancha! He flew around on the outside to keep Rhino down on the floor. He finally gave room for him to come back in, but as he did, he came off the top with a 360 Legdrop to the back of his head! ONE … TWO … THRE – Rhino kicked out! Red kicked at him to keep him off guard, and then surprised him with a reverse roundhouse! HURRICANRANA DRIVER! ONE … TWO … THR – Rhino kicked out! Against All Odds – Orlando, FL – February 6
Destination X – Orlando, FL – March 6
Lockdown – Orlando, FL – April 10

It will begin to shift away from showcase matches between undercard workers, and toward advancing storylines that are not covered on Impact. We still do not expect high-level angles and main event workers to be on the show. This move also means that there may be some roster cuts of lower-level guys in the near future.

- Like just about every year the last 3 years, Kurt Angle has said that he’d like this to be his last year on the active roster. We’ll see what happens there.

Monty Brown was in the back, and he said that this wasn’t over with Robert Roode, and it certainly wasn’t over with Christian Cage.

Bryan Danielson and Roderick Strong were talking, and Danielson congratulated him on his win in the pre-show. As Christian Cage walked up, Strong congratulated Danielson on his win in the pre-show as well, and Danielson shook his head. He said he didn’t have a match in the pre-show, and he walked off with Christian before he could ask questions.

Low Ki was shown backstage meditating.

A hype package played for the following tag match.

Match 4: Kurt Angle/James Storm vs Christian Cage/Bryan Danielson
Angle and Danielson started off, and the IWC came. That went on for a while, but when Danielson started getting cheered, Christian demanded to get in. Angle dominated on the mat, and Storm got in and bumped him around some. He tagged out to Danielson, who caught Storm a bit with some mat work, but he used his power to toss him around too. He tried the Unprettier, but Angle slid out and hit his Triple Germans! ONE … TWO … THRE – Christian kicked out! Angle pulled down the straps and tried the Ankle Lock, but Christian rolled through and tagged out. Danielson and Angle did some more mat stuff, and Angle tried the Ankle Lock on him, but Danielson countered into one of his own, and then turned it into a Half Boston Crab! He kept outing on various submission holds on Angle, so Angle had to go to the ropes. He looked highly impressed and gave him a bit of a clap, and then let Storm in. They went back-and-forth for a bit, and Danielson got off a big running enzuigiri! He climbed up top, but Christian tagged in. He immediately went for the Unprettier, but Storm shoved him off and hit the Half Nelson Slam! He and Angle bumped him around for a while, and then Storm topped it off with the Eight Second Ride! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall: Kurt Angle/James Storm (8:03)

Angle and Storm celebrated in the ring, and then to the back. Christian got up in the ring and shouted why the hell Danielson didn’t come in to break up the pin. He shrugged, and said it was against the rules.

Backstage, Homicide cut a promo saying that he was going to win the X-Division Title and his best friend Low Ki was going to win the World Title tonight, and it would be perfect.

A Hernandez/Foley hype video played, going back to Hernandez being a dick to Chuck Taylor and Foley stepping up to defend him.

Match 5: Sean Hernandez vs Mick Foley [Hardcore Match]
This jumped right into lots of violence and stuff. Both guys bled, and Foley took huge bumps, including through the announce table and being killed with some chair shots. AJ Styles was in the back and he cut a promo about how the TNA World Championship is the greatest title in the world title, and it would be a great honor when he adds Low Ki to his list of successful defenses.

A replay of Shelley’s big X-Division promo played.

A video played hyping up the Shelley/Homicide feud.

Match 6: Alex Shelley[c] w/ Rhino & Angelina Love vs Homicide [TNA X-Division Championship – Defense #13]
There was a really heated mat segment, and every time Shelley rolled out to the floor to rest, Homicide was right behind him. Cornette brought up Shelley and Homicide’s last feud over the X-Title a few months ago, and how Shelley kept getting counted out to avoid losing the belt, and that probably being why Homicide wouldn’t let it happen again. So, yeah. Anyway, that cost Homicide as a distraction from Rhino let Shelley get him with a Reverse STO to the side of the apron! Shelley rolled him back in and did a lot of brutal stuff to his face, like his push up facebusters, sliding his face against the ropes, etc. Homicide had his fiery comebacks and stuff, but eventually Shelley hit the Reverse STO to the turnbuckle! ONE … TWO … THRE – Homicide kicked out, but he had some blood truckling down his nose! Shelley went nuts on him with some punches to the nose, but ‘Cide was very welcoming of this becoming a brawl. They both threw wild strikes for a while, both on the inside and out, and Homicide finally scored with his West Brooklyn Lariat! He went up top, but Shelley crotched him. They fought for a bit, and Homicide shoved him off with a big headbutt! FROG SPLASH! ONE … TWO … THRE – NO! Shelley JUST kicked out! Shelley tried to put in the Border City Stretch, but Homicide rolled through it and came off the ropes with a Flying Enzuigiri! He pulled himself to the top, but Shelley was up again! Winner via pinfall and still TNA X-Division Champion: Alex Shelley (11:52)

Angelina Love came in with the X-Division Championship, and she strapped it around Shelley’s waist as he celebrated.

Samoa Joe was backstage with Lauren and he cut a promo on Christopher Daniels.

The camera cut to the ring, but there was no ring announcer to announce a match. Instead … PAUL LONDON AND BRIAN KENDRICK CAME BACK! THE HOOLIGANZ ARE BACK! AND HOLY SHIT THEY HAVE MULLETS AND LONDON HAS A 1980’s MUSTACHE! They posed for the crowd some, and announced that their tour or Japan, Mexico, and Narnia had ended and they were back in TNA! They said that they were putting everybody on notice, because the list of top names in TNA would soon become two names longer: London and Kendrick! They posed some more to their music, and then went to the back.

Chris Daniels was backstage with the Enlightened, and he told them to stay in the back for his match with Samoa Joe. He said that he’s been beaten by Samoa Joe too much, and he had to beat him tonight on his own. He said that it has been his dream for NINE YEARS in this goddamn company to hold that world title, and Samoa Joe is a huge roadblock to that. He said that another loss to Joe tonight would all but end that dream for good.

A hype video played for the Joe vs Daniels feud.

Match 7: Samoa Joe vs Christopher Daniels
I will again not write this out. Daniels targeted the leg after he had success with it last time, but this time he was a lot more aggressive and cognizant of Joe’s strikes. After a huge trading of strikes, Daniels ducked under a right hook, and scored with a big uppercut! He hit a bunch of elbows, and then a Discus Elbow that took Joe to a knee! He came off the ropes AND HIT A SHINING WIZARD! Daniels pulled himself up to the top, but Joe was up! He met him up top with big punches, and then started delivering stiff elbows! Daniels fought back with some desperate elbows, but Joe creamed him with a HUGE headbutt! He picked him up at the top! SUPER MUSCLE BUSTER~!~! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Samoa Joe (14:26)

Samoa Joe got up and celebrated in the ring. Daniels slowly came to and was absolutely devastated. Joe looked back up the ramp and saw nobody coming, so he turned back to Daniels … and extended his hand! Daniels looked across, and ignored him and rolled out of the ring and back up the ramp as Joe shook his head.

A big video package played going over Low Ki’s road through the tournament, beating Christopher Daniels, Homicide, and Monty Brown.

Match 8: AJ Styles[c] vs Low Ki [TNA World Championship]
Yup, sorry. Nope, not writing. Both guys were awesome, and Low Ki had Styles down after a Ki Krusher. He pulled himself up slowly for the Ghetto Stomp, BUT THE BELL RANG!
Time Limit Draw (45:00)
But still TNA World Champion: AJ Styles

WHAT! NO! Low Ki slumped down off the top rope and collapsed on the mat, staring up at the ceiling in disbelief. Styles’ eyes were still glazed back as the ref tried to pull him up, but he fell to the mat again. He grabbed the belt and draped it over AJ’s chest, and Low Ki couldn’t believe it! He rested on the bottom turnbuckle as AJ Styles slowly started to rustle and realized what happened. The crowd chanted for 5 more minutes, but Styles rolled out with his belt and worked his way up the ramp, exhausted. Low Ki shook his head in the middle of the ring, in shock that he was about 6 seconds away from the winning the world title, and the show faded to a close.

A video played going over Against All Odds and everything that happened, especially AJ Styles vs Low Ki going to a 45-minute draw.

AJ Styles came out to start the show and said that, while he’s still champion, he can’t help but feel that his position at the top of the company was hurt by not definitively beating Low Ki at AAO. Ki came out and pointed to Styles’ title, then to himself, and Styles said that he’d want nothing more than to defend his title against Low Ki again! Ki nodded his head. But Scott Steiner came out!

He said that Low Ki really stepped up, but unfortunately he can’t just give him another one-on-one match, for many reasons. Not least of which is that the next TNA Championship match was already been took together. In honor of AJ Styles be the world champion, and with Destination X, the TNA World Championship will be defend at Destination X for the first time ever … IN AN ULTIMATE X MATCH!

Styles looked excited, but Low Ki looked kinda pissed. Steiner told Low Ki that he would automatically be put into the match, and the remaining two participants would be determined over the next couple of weeks. He nodded, and then he and Styles shook hands. Ki started to leave, but Steiner said that he and Styles seemed to have a mutual respect for each other, and that’s why he booked tonight’s main event: AJ STYLES/LOW KI VS THE RETURNING HOOLIGANZ!

Commentary reacted to the announcement, the main event, and also announced Lethal/Booker/Collyer vs Petey/Dux/Young!

--Commercial Break--

Paul London and Brian Kendrick came out of a room backstage, and their eyes were super red and London was shouting about AJ Styles being a payphone booth.

Clips from Sunday played of Cage breaking up Monty’s sure win and thus getting Roode DQed.

Match 1: Robert Roode vs Chris Sabin
They tried to have a traditional lock up, but Sabin thought he was cool and started flipping around, so Roode punched him in the face. He started with a good beating, but Sabin made a comeback with some arm drags and then big kicks! He wound up for a superkick, but Roode ducked and rolled to the outside. Sabin followed up out, but Petey Williams and Tyson Dux came out! Sabin backed up from them, right into a Back Suplex by Roode on the floor!

--Commercial Break--

Roode was working over Sabin’s back in the ring, and almost all of Sabin’s comebacks got cut off by Dux and Petey interference. Jimmy Jacobs eventually came down to even the odds, but they still got involved when they could. Sabin finally got fed up and jumped over Roode and flew out to take them out with a Suicide Dive to Petey! He rolled back in, but Roode immediately caught him with a Powerbomb! ONE … TWO … THRE – Sabin kicked out! Roode pulled him up and tried the Roode Awakening, but Sabin flipped over and hit a SITOUT FACEBUSTER! ONE … TWO … THR – Roode kicked out! Sabin went up top for his Flying Leg Drop, but Dux hopped up on the apron, and Petey shoved him down! He stumbled to his feet, right into the Roode Awakening! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Robert Roode (12:03)

Roode celebrated in the ring, but Monty Brown came out! He said that he wanted his hands on Roode, but most of the rest of Team Canada came out and told Monty to get lost. Monty attacked! But Team Canada beat him down, until Kurt Angle ran down and helped Monty turn the tide. Christian and Roode split, and the others got laid out. Steiner came out and told Cage and Angle to lace up, because they would fight later tonight!

--Commercial Break--

Backstage, Alex Shelley found Kevin Nash and complained that the TNA Championship was being defended in an Ultimate X, an X-Division staple match. He argued that Styles and Steiner were trying to encroach on the superiority of the X-Division, and Nash shouldn’t let it happen. Nash said he’d work on something, and sent him on his way.

Clips from Hernandez vs Foley from AAO played.

Match 2: Sean Hernandez vs Roderick Strong
Hernandez didn’t take this seriously at all, and he actually got taken back with sharp Roddy chops! Hernandez came back by trying to toss him around, but Strong rolled through everything, so Hernandez had to go to punches. He beat Strong around some, but he survived a good bit of it, and managed to get his own kicks and chops in. Hernandez finally chucked him with a Cracker Jack and then charged, but Strong lowbridged him to the outside! TOPE SUICIDA! He climbed back up on the apron! FLYING CROSSBODY! He rolled him back in and climbed up top! FLYING SPLASH! ONE … TWO … TH – Hernandez kicked out, WITH AUTHORITY~! Hernandez killed him some, but Strong kept kicking out of power moves! He finally tried to end it with the Border Toss, but Strong countered with a VICTORY ROLL! ONE … TWO … THRE – Hernandez JUST kicked out! Strong quickly grabbed his legs and tried to put in a Strong Hold, but Hernandez shoved him off and caught him coming back with a SPEAR! He pulled him up and hit the Border Toss! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Sean Hernandez (109 – 0) (4:58)

Hernandez celebrated in the ring.

Backstage, Eric Young showed off his NEW Television Championship, and yeah.

--Commercial Break--

Homicide cut a promo in the back saying he wasn’t done with Shelley.

Backstage, Matt Morgan called Young’s win a fluke, and he said he was cashing in his rematch clause this Saturday on Impact!

Match 3: Kurt Angle vs Christian Cage w/ Bryan Danielson
Angle was even more confident in locking up with Cage after their PPV match, and Cage was quick to go for the neck. They had a quick back-and-forth, until Angle hit Christian with a belly-to-belly that sent him to the outside! He climbed up top and TOOK CAGE OUT WITH HIS FLYING FLIPPING SENTON!

--Commercial Break--

Stuff happened, and then the end turned into an angle. Christian kept asking Danielson for help, but he refused to break the rules. He shouted for a chair, but Danielson flat refused and started to go to the back, so Robert Roode ran out! He dragged Danielson by the arm back to ringside and shouted at him to help Christian, but he shoved Roode off! The distraction let Angle hit his Triple Germans, but when he put in the Ankle Lock, Roode jumped up on the apron! The ref went to yell at him, and Danielson slid in! He was behind Angle and couldn’t decide to attack or not, BUT MONTY BROWN RAN DOWN! Danielson split and got out of the ring, and Monty turned to Cage. He got to his feet and backed up, AND MONTY LAID HIM OUT WITH THE ALPHA BOMB! Angle climbed up top as Monty slid out! OLYMPIC MOONSAULT! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Kurt Angle (13:45)

Angle celebrated in the ring, but Roode slid in and attacked him! Monty got back in and attacked, but Christian took him down from behind! They two sides went back-and-forth, and finally Danielson halfheartedly got in and attacked Angle and Monty. They brawled until Steiner came out, and he booked Roode/Cage vs Angle/Monty for Xplosion!

AJ Styles was talking to Low Ki in the back, and he put him over some and said he looked forward to tagging tonight. Low Ki nodded, pointed to AJ’s belt, and then walked off.

--Commercial Break--

Match 4: Jay Lethal/Booker T/Chad Collyer vs Eric Young/Petey Williams/Tyson Dux
Collyer went to the mat against all three guys and schooled them all, so Petey started throwing around his strength. The tag champs got in though to counter him, and bumped him around some. Lethal got caught up in some triple team shenanigans, and then Team Canada continued to largely dominate with their teamwork dating back like 7 years now. Booker T got a nice hot tag though and blacked everybody up, and then Collyer came in to clean it up with suplexes. The Negroes got stereo Superkicks to send Petey and Dux to the outside, and then Young staggered up into the Everest German! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Jay Lethal/Booker T/Chad Collyer (8:02)

The faces celebrated in the ring, especially Chad Collyer for having pinned the TV Champion!

In the back, Christian Cage told Bryan Danielson that he pulled lots of strings to get him back into TNA, and he did it so that he would be a player in Team Canada, so he needs to start taking that seriously.

--Commercial Break--

Match 5: AJ Styles/Low Ki vs The Hooliganz
Lots of really heated mat struggles commenced, but clearly AJ and Ki were exhausted after Sunday so they gave up a lot there. It gradually grew into a stiff strike-exchange between Low Ki and Paul London. Ki started to rage with big elbows, but London ducked him and took him down with a hurricanrana and some wild punches. He bumped him around some, so Styles got in, but he got bumped around even more! Kendrick joined in too, and they both pinballed the world champion with their double team stuff! Styles got really flustered and rolled to the outside, AND LONDON TOOK HIM OUT WITH A PLANCHA

--Commercial Break--

Things continued, and it was all revolved around Styles and Low Ki each being better on their own, but Londrick continuously gaining an advantage using their tag team expertise and overall chemistry. Anyway, Styles had Kendrick up top, but London ran over and they hit him with a Powerbomb/Sliced Bread #2 Combination! KENDRICK COVERED, ONE … TWO … THRE – Low Ki dove to save! He stumbled to his feet, AND THE HOOLIGANZ HIT HIM WITH STEREO SUPERKICKS! They both went up top! SHOOTING STAR PRESS/FLYING LEG DROP COMBO! ONE … TWO … THREE!!
Winners via pinfall: The Hooliganz (16:09)

THE HOOLIGANZ PINNED AJ STYLES! THE HOOLIANZ PINNED AJ STYLES! They got up and celebrated like crazy, and Styles got up and looked stunned. Low Ki got up on the outside and couldn’t believe it, and the show closed as The Hooliganz celebrated in the ring.

Tonight’s main event: Roode/Cage vs Angle/Monty, along with Hooliganz/Low Ki/Homicide vs Bailout/Perkins/Lost and a TV Title match! Kevin Nash also said that he had a huge announcement.

Clips of Dux and Petey helping Roode beat Sabin on Impact played.

Match 1: Chris Sabin/Jimmy Jacobs vs Petey Williams/Sean Morley
After some brief mat work between Jacobs and Morley, the New Age Machine Guns started bouncing him around. Petey managed to get in and caught Jacobs with a POLISH HAMMER~ to the side of the head. They isolated him for a bit, but he caught Morley with a big heel kick, and then tagged in Sabin. He made a decent hot tag, and topped it off with his Springboard Tornado DDT to win.
Winners via pinfall: Chris Sabin/Jimmy Jacobs (6:02)

Sabin and Jacobs celebrated, and then said they wanted a real tag team challenge … like against Booker T and Jay Lethal!

--Commercial Break--

Burke and Richards were in the back, and said that they had a minor setback by losing to Creed and Booker, but that Bailout’s path to the tag titles was not done yet.

Doug Williams came out before the match and trashed America.

Match 2: The American Dragon vs Doug Williams w/ Dave Taylor
Williams shouted that he’s the best mat wrestler in the world, so he invited Dragon to dance, but Dragon totally bitched him out. He started delivering some big elbows when he could, but Williams targeted the arm to neutralize it. Dragon used kicks instead, and he started bouncing Williams around. He got in a Triangle Choke, but Taylor raked his eyes when the ref wasn’t looking. Williams had a brief control segment, but Williams came back with kicks, and topped it off with a Regal-Plex to win. Hmm.
Winner via pinfall: The American Dragon (6:03)

Dragon celebrated with his American flag up the ramp and to the back.

--Commercial Break--

James Storm cut a promo in the back, and he told people not to forget about him just because Chris Harris isn’t around. He said that he’s still a force to be reckoned with in TNA.

Cage and Roode were talking backstage, and Danielson hurried to them. Cage asked where the hell he was, and Danielson said he was late. Roode told him to go unpack the Canadian flag, and to be ready to be in their corner for the main event, and to watch Young’s match now to make sure nothing went wrong.

Match 3: Eric Young[c] vs Matt Morgan [TNA Television Championship]
This sorta happened. Young worked at chopping down at his legs, and he didn’t hesitate to cheat a bunch. Still, Morgan eventually made a big comeback after the Blueprint Crossbody got him a nearfall. He kept on with it, but Danielson rand down to ringside! Morgan ignored him, but Danielson tripped him up, and he stumbled forward into a Snap DDT! ONE … TWO … THRE – Morgan kicked out! EY pulled him up and tried the Spike Piledriver, but Morgan body dropped away! He measured up for the Carbon Footprint, but Danielson hopped up on the apron! Morgan ran over to knock him down, but then Young snuck in and got him with the Spike Piledriver! ONE … TWO … THREE!

--Commercial Break--

X-Division Chancellor Kevin Nash left the announce booth and entered the ring, and he called out Alex Shelley! The X-Division Champion came out in a suit, and he and Nash shook hands. They both took turns hyping up the X-Division and its championship. Nash then said that Steiner was a fraud and a coward for booking an Ultimate X match for the TNA Championship, and the X-Division would not be outdone. Therefore, after talking to Dixie Carter, there will officially be a SECOND ULTIMATE X MATCH at Destination X, and it would be for the X-DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP! Shelley looked entirely confident in himself, and Nash concluded by declaring that a new era of the X-Division was now underway.

An Alex Shelley video played going over his accomplishments, brought to you by Friends of the X-Division.

--Commercial Break--

Backstage, Alex Shelley found Angelina Love and said he was going to do dirty things to her on Valentine’s Day and tape it and accidentally leak it onto the internet for people who subscribe to his blog. She smiled and they walked off. Okay.

Match 4: The Hooliganz/Low Ki/Homicide vs Bailout/TJ Perkins/Scott Lost
This was a full-on sprint, and Bailout looked really strong. Perkins got a fair amount of offense too, and really Lost got some decent stuff as well. Still though, the faces largely ran shit at the end, and Low Ki nailed Lost with the Ki Krusher, and then London came in with the Shooting Star Press to pin him.
Winners via pinfall: The Hooliganz/Low Ki/Homicide (6:14)

The faces celebrated.

--Commercial Break--

London, Kendrick, Ki, and ‘Cide were packing up to leave, and London told Low Ki that maybe one of the Hooliganz should be in that Ultimate X instead of him. Ki scowled and walked off.

Match 5: Kurt Angle/Monty Brown vs Robert Roode/Christian Cage w/ Bryan Danielson
Angle and Monty were both super fiery up front, but it came back to bite them. They could never really settle into a tag strategy, so the teamwork between Roode and Christian let them take over. They had Angle in their corner for a bit, but he ducked under a Christian clothesline and hit a big German! He tagged in Monty, who cleaned house big time. He really bumped around Roode, but when he charged for the Alpha Lariat, Roode ducked, and then Christian pulled down the top rope and Monty crashed to the floor!

--Commercial Break--

The heels had Monty down by targeting his leg, but it wasn’t long before Monty got back to mauling. Angle got in to clean up, but Cage distracted him on the apron, and Roode clobbered him with the Northern Lariat! ONE … TWO … THRE – Monty broke it up! As the ref forced Monty back to his corner, a bunch of heel cheating happened. It all continued to keep Angle down, until Christian went up top, and Angle did his run up the top rope thing, and threw him off with a suplex! He and Christian crawled over to their corners, and both made the tag! Roode and Monty! They traded blows, and Monty obviously got the advantage. He started pinballing Roode around and topped it off with the Alpha Bomb! ONE … TWO … THRE – Cage pulled him off! Monty exploded at Christian with big punches, and then creamed him with the Alpha Lariat! He tagged in Angle, and then chucked Christian to the outside and followed him out, and a brawl commenced for a bit. In the ring, Angle signaled for the Ankle Lock, but Danielson got on the apron! He didn’t really do anything, and he didn’t look comfortable, but it distracted Angle long enough for Roode to grab an inside cradle! ONE … TWO … THRE – Angle got out! They both got up and Roode tried the Payoff, but Angle shoved him away and hit a belly-to-belly! He got pumped up and came off the ropes, but Daniels tripped him up! He staggered forward into the Payoff! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall: Robert Roode/Christian Cage (12:52)

Roode, Cage, and an uncomfortable Danielson celebrated in the ring. Monty and Angle were pissed, and Angle shouted at Roode as he backed up the ramp.

From his office, Scott Steiner announced that, due to their impressive showing last week against AJ Styles and Low Ki, both of the Hooliganz would be getting qualifying matches for the TNA World Championship Ultimate X match! First, this week, the main event would be Christopher Daniels vs Paul London!

Commentary reacted to the news, and announced Sabin/Jacobs vs Lethal/Creed, Young vs Collyer for the TV Title, and Styles/Ki vs Ravarian for tonight!

Kurt Angle came out to start the live program, and he began by showing footage from last Impact of Roode helping Cage beat him and from Xplosion of Roode cheating to pin him in a tag match. He said that Roode’s been on his bad list ever since he colluded with Christian to set him up at Turning Point. He said he wanted to face Roode like a man, so Roode came out. They traded words, and Roode called Angle a washed up broken record in the ring, and Angle told Roode that he had no record to speak of. He said that Roode always cracks under pressure, and can never stand on his own two feet, like when he used to carry his bags back in Planet Jarrett! Roode got in his face, but then went to turn to leave, BUT HE TURNED AND PUNCHED ANGLE! They brawled around the ring, but security split them up. Steiner came out and booked Angle vs Roode TONIGHT!

--Commercial Break—

Footage of Collyer pinning Young in a six-man tag one week ago played.

Match 1: Eric Young[c] vs Chad Collyer [TNA Television Championship]
Lots of mat work at the top, and Collyer kept frustrating EY. It all grew in intensity, and Collyer got on a huge amount of momentum after his Triple Belly-to-Bellys. He got Young up top, but Petey ran down to ringside! He distracted Collyer long enough for Young to shove Collyer off the top. Young was out of it though, so by the time he came to, Collyer was up and he sprint up to the top and pulled Young down with a Super Belly-to-Belly! ONE … TWO … THRE – Young kicked out! Collyer got up and tried the Everest German, but Petey distracted the ref long enough for Young to kick him in the balls! Spike Piledriver! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall and still TNA Television Champion: Eric Young! (8:00)

Petey climbed back in and celebrated with Young.

Christopher Daniels was in the back and said that if he beat London here tonight, which obviously he would, a position in an Ultimate X match would guarantee a world title victory, and he would FINALLY hold the belt that he has deserved for nine years.

--Commercial Break—

Backstage, Matt Morgan said he wanted another shot at HIS TV title, but James Storm walked up! He said he wanted to throw his cowboy hat into the mix, and challenged Morgan to a match next week on Impact, and he accepted!

A big Low Ki video played going over all that the “Silent Warrior” has accomplished in TNA.

--Commercial Break—

Cage was talking with Danielson in the back about Tetris strategies, and as Danielson walked away, Roode walked up. He brought up the strange similarities between Danielson and that new guy The American Dragon that has been wrestling on Xplosion. Cage told him not to worry about it, but to focus on his match with Angle later.

Match 2: 2 Crazy Negroes w/ Booker T vs Chris Sabin/Jimmy Jacobs [Non-Title]
Sabin and Jacobs actually dominated at the start due to 2CN being surprised at their double-teaming stuff. It finally settled down and Lethal had Sabin trapped on the mat, but it soon broke down and all four guys were trading high-flying moves. It denigrated into a dive train, which Lethal topped off with a Springboard Macho Axe Handle to the outside!

--Commercial Break—

Basic back-and-forth now, with a control segment over Jacobs and then Creed. Bailout made a run-in and laid out Creed with the Bankruptcy, and Jacobs rolled in to see him down. Not knowing what had happened, he climbed up top and hit his Flying Back Senton to win.
Winners via pinfall: Chris Sabin/Jimmy Jacobs (12:35)

Bailout climbed back in and started stomping at 2CN, but Sabin and Jacobs attacked them! They ran them off, and then helped the Negroes to their feet.

Backstage, Christian Cage found Danielson and brought up the stuff about American Dragon. Danielson laughed it off, but Cage said he wanted a reassurance of Danielson’s devotion to Canada, not USA. He said he’s going to make Danielson proclaim the superiority of Canada in front of the entire world in 2 days on Xplosion. Danielson said that was fine with him, but to excuse him because he has a dentist appointment. At 10 pm.

--Commercial Break—

Commentary announced Kurt Angle vs Brian Kendrick in next week’s Ultimate X qualifier!

Match 3: Sean Hernandez vs Volador
Hernandez mauled him for a bit, but Volador ducked under a big lariat and came back with a springboard wheel kick! He actually got some decent offense in, but Hernandez never went down. Still, Volador got him to reel in the middle of the ring after some high kicks, and then he went up top! DRAGONRAN – NO! HERNANDEZ POWERBOMBED HIM MIDAIR! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Sean Hernandez (3:49) (111 – 0)

Hernandez celebrated in the ring.

Homicide was walking backstage, and Kevin Nash approached him. ‘Cide seemed standoffish, but Nash said he had something important to talk to him about, and showed him to his office.

--Commercial Break—

Match 4: Kurt Angle vs Robert Roode
After a bit of mat wrestling, Angle totally dominated, and Roode kept getting pissed. He finally faked going for a hold, but got in a cheap punch! It became a wild brawl, and before long Team Canada ran down to attack Angle.
Winner: Kurt Angle due to disqualification (2:31)

Roode, Dux, Young, and Petey all kept stomping at Angle, and eventually Cage ran out to join in. They all beat at him, but Monty Brown ran out! Team Canada backed off Angle and called for Monty to come in the ring, but he stopped just short of the ring. He motioned to the back for somebody to come out … AND THE AMERICAN DRAGON RAN OUT FUCK YEAH! MONTY AND DRAGON RUSHED THE RING AND TOOK IT TO TEAM CANADA! Angle got up and joined in and all three cleared them out of the ring!

--Commercial Break—

Match 5: AJ Styles/Low Ki vs Ravarian w/ Elix Skipper & Daffney
Styles and Ki couldn’t get along, so Ravarian actually had the advantage with their double team stuff. They had a decent control segment over Low Ki, helped out by some interference from Skipper and Daffney. But Ki scouted some of their signature stuff due to their history, and he came back with a bunch of fire. He topped it off with a Shotgun Dropkick to both guys, and he tagged in the world champion! Styles came in and cleaned house right away, and he topped it off with the Rack Bomb to Kazarian! ONE … TWO … THRE – Rave broke it up! Low Ki rushed the ring, and Styles and Ki actually worked together to set them back! Low Ki roundhouse kicked Rave to the outside, and followed up with a Corkscrew Plancha. Kaz staggered up into the Styles Clash, and AJ got the pinfall.
Winners via pinfall: AJ Styles/Low Ki (6:54)

Low Ki celebrated in the ring, and Styles came in to join him with his belt. He held it in the air, and Low Ki looked at it from afar.

Paul London was backstage alone, and cut a promo about the main event. He said that many people here view him as an intruder into TNA, and now taking up opportunities that guys who have been here for several years have not gotten. He said that he may not have been in TNA for too long, but brand loyalty isn’t a game he plays. He plays only one game, and it is the sport of professional wrestling. He said that as far as he’s concerned, the top prize in the industry is the TNA World Championship, and he has every intention in the world of winning it.

--Commercial Break—

AJ Styles came out to do commentary for the main event.

Match 6: Christopher Daniels vs Paul London [World Championship Ultimate X Qualifier]
After a really intense mat struggle, Daniels managed to gain control with some neck work. London created some space by going to the arm, but Daniels threw a cheap elbow, and it became more of a brawl. London nearly hit a superkick, causing Daniels to roll out to the outside. London faked a Suicide Dive and Daniels flinched, so London got him with a Plancha! But no commercial break! They kept brawling on the outside, AND DANIELS HIT LONDON WITH A GERMAN SUPLEX TO THE ANNOUNCE BOOTH! London was motionless on the table as Daniels climbed into the ring. He told the ref to start his count, but London got in at nine! Daniels covered! ONE … TWO … THRE – London kicked out! BUT CAN HE SURVIVE?!

--Commercial Break—

Daniels was really brutal going after London’s head and neck now. London had his short bursts of energy, and one really extended run with a burst of adrenaline. He topped it off with his Waffle Face for a long two-count, but when he went up top, Daniels moved out of the way of the Shooting Star Press! Daniels seemed really brutal now with an almost-dead London, but he kept surviving somehow. After a while, he body dropped away from the Angel’s Wings, and got off a Superkick! ONE … TWO … THRE – Daniels kicked out! Both guys fought to their feet and traded big elbows, but Daniels ducked under a clothesline and hit a HUGE back elbow to the back of London’s skull! London sunk down, but Daniels pulled him up to hit the Angel’s Wings! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Christopher Daniels (16:30)

Daniels celebrated in the ring, and London looked upset in the corner. Styles climbed into the ring and held up his title, BUT DANIELS ATTACKED! He laid into Styles, but London ran over to help him! The rest of the Enlightened ran down to attack Styles and London, but Kendrick rushed out and helped the babyfaces! All three had some momentum, but the numbers got to them UNTIL LOW KI RAN OUT FUCK YEAH! He killed everybody with kicks, and then the faces cleared the ring! Styles held up the title again, and Low Ki again started at him. Styles noticed him this time and brought it back to his chest, then turned away, but Kendrick was there! He smiled at Styles and then pointed at the title belt to end the show.

Scott Steiner joined Taz on commentary tonight, because apparently Kevin Nash had some important business to take care of tonight to put together the X-Division Championship Ultimate X for Destination X, which Steiner called a pile of shit. They hyped tonight’s card including American Dragon vs Roderick Strong, Sabin/Jacobs vs Bailout, and Hooliganz vs Ravarian in the main event!

Doug Williams came out before the match and trashed America.

Match 1: The American Dragon vs Roderick Strong
Awesome mat work, and some dueling arm stuff. Strong had some good chops that set Dragon back, so Dragon responded with big elbows. It started to be centered around Dragon trying to get a Triangle Choke, but Strong doing what he could to avoid it, and counter with big stuff whenever Dragon got too caught up with trying it. Strong countered one attempt into a Stronghold, but Dragon got to the ropes. Strong pulled him up and tried the Strong Backbreaker, but Dragon elbowed out, hit a big Discus Elbow, and then planted him with a Regal-Plex! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: The American Dragon (6:03)

Both guys shook hands, and then The American Dragon carried his American glad to the back.

--Commercial Break--

Commentary hyped Storm vs Morgan for Impact.

Match 2: Sean Hernandez vs Super Crazy
Super Crazy had a new bit of confidence following Volador’s strong showing last week, so he took it right to Hernandez. He got thrown off by not being feared, and he actually got knocked around a bit. He took a breather on the outside, and Crazy tried a Springboard Moonsault, but Hernandez caught him and planted him with a running slam on the floor! He rolled him in and punished him some, and then ended it wit the Border Toss.
Winner via pinfall: Sean Hernandez (3:02) (112 – 0)

Hernandez celebrated in the ring.

--Commercial Break--

The Hooliganz arrived backstage, and Nash walked up. He asked to speak to London alone, and they walked off and Kendrick was left confused.

Footage of Bailout interfering on Impact in Sabin/Jacobs vs 2CN to screw 2CN over played. Then a pre-taped Sabin/Jacobs promo played where they said they wanted to beat the tag champs fair and square, and any unwanted help was seen as an attack on their ability.

Match 3: Chris Sabin/Jimmy Jacobs vs Bailout
This was fun. Burke kept the heeling turned up, but he ended up being pinballed around and kicked to the outside, and he ate a Suicide Dive from Jacobs.

--Commercial Break--

Bailout had Jacobs down in their corner, and they were not afraid to cheat. Richards tried the Bankrupt Driver, but Jacobs countered with a hurricanrana, and he made the hot tag! Sabin came in ON FIRE~ and cleaned house some. He kicked Burke to the outside, and then nailed Davey with a Flying Enzuigiri! ONE … TWO … THRE – Davey kicked out! He went to the apron and tried his Springboard Tornado DDT, but Richards caught his momentum and countered with a Northern Lights Suplex! ONE … TWO … THRE – Sabin kicked out! Richards got in some good strikes, and Burke took a cheap shot from the floor, so Jacobs rushed the ring! He took it to Richards, but Burke nailed Jacobs with his pimp cane! He climbed in and attacked Sabin, but Sabin nailed him with a Superkick! Richards grabbed him and tried a vertical suplex, but Sabin kneed his way out! CRADLE SHOCK! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall: Chris Sabin/Jimmy Jacobs (11:02)

Sabin and Jacobs celebrated in the ring and motioned for the tag titles!

London came back to join Kendrick, and Kendrick asked him what that was about. London told him not to worry about it.

Backstage, Christian Cage arrived and found Danielson, and told him that they were going out after the break for Danielson to make his statement.

--Commercial Break--

Christian Cage and Bryan Danielson came out, and Danielson first denied being the American Dragon. Danielson said it would be silly to hide under a mask and pretend to be somebody else, which Christian grimaced at. They then dragged this out, but eventually Christian made Danielson proclaim that Canada is better than America, and then they sang the Canadian National Anthem together. Christian then said that it was a good thing Danielson was strongly with Team Canada, because at Destination X there would be a tag team match … CHRISTIAN CAGE/BRYAN DANIELSON VS MONTY BROWN/THE AMERICAN DRAGON!!

--Commercial Break--

Match 4: The Young Bucks vs Los Infernales
Now in full-fledged heel mode, the Bucks largely dominated and were super cocky after every high-flying move they did. Los Infernales made a quick comeback though with their aerial offense, but then they started throwing punches due to the history. The luchas set them back for a while, but Jeremy lowbridged Averno to the outside, and then Mephisto ate a Perfectly Crisp Superkick from Max to lose.
Winners via pinfall: The Young Bucks (5:45)

The Bucks celebrated in the ring.

--Commercial Break--

Kevin Nash came down for commentary, and he and Steiner traded jabs the whole time.

Match 5: Alex Shelley[c] vs Shark Boy [X-Division Championship – Defense #14]
This started slowly, largely due to Shelley not taking it seriously. But Shark Boy started using a whole bunch of pinning combinations to get nearfalls, and Shelley flipped out. He rushed in, but he got drawn in right to some signature Shark Boy offense! He actually pinballed the X-Division champion a bit, but Shelley countered a tilt-a-whirl headscissors into a backbreaker. He dominated from there on out, and then submitted him with the Border City Stretch.
Winner via submission and still X-Division Champion: Alex Shelley (3:42)

Nash left the booth and got into the ring and applauded Shelley. He said that this kid is the future of the X-Division and the future of the company, and then they both put over the X-Division Ultimate X, and said that it would completely overshadow the TNA Championship Ultimate X.

--Commercial Break--

Match 6: The Hooliganz vs Ravarian w/ Elix Skipper & Daffney
Ravarian took over pretty quickly after Daffney caused a distraction. They got Kendrick isolated for a bit, but he used a Cactus Hurricanrana to take both himself and Kaz to the outside. Rave hopped down to attack, but London ran over and took them both out with a Suicide Dive!

--Commercial Break--

London was being worked over, and they really went after the back of his head that Daniels destroyed on Impact. They had him down for a while, but when he made the hot tag, Kendrick cleaned up nicely. He ran through his signature stuff, and topped it off with a Brainbuster to Rave! ONE … TWO … THRE – Kaz dove to save! Kendrick laid into him, and then flattened him with a big heel kick! He tagged in London, and then laid out both of Ravarian with a double crossbody! He pulled Kaz to the outside as London climbed up top and looked down at Rave! SHOOTING STAR PRESS! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall: The Hooliganz (12:05)

Paul London celebrated in the ring and motioned for the title. Kendrick came in and started motioned for the title as well, and looked confused at London.

Commentary welcomed us to the show and ran down tonight’s stacked card, including Storm vs Morgan, Roode vs American Dragon, Christian vs Monty Brown, and Kurt Angle vs Brian Kendrick in the main event!

Match 1: James Storm vs Matt Morgan [TV Title #1 Contender’s Match]
Both guys tried to throw their power around, and when Morgan got a slight edge, Storm upped the pace. He even whipped out a standing dropkick to send Morgan to the floor, and followed up with a STORM PLANCHA~. They brawled on the floor a bit, and when it got back to the inside, Eric Young made his way to ringside to watch. In the ring, it went back and forth for a bit more. Storm tried the Eight Second Ride, but Morgan fought down and tackled Storm to the outside. He followed out and they brawled on the floor a bit more, until Storm whipped Morgan into Young! Storm jumped on Morgan and started punching, and they traded blows, until Eric Young attacked them both!
No contest due to interference (6:40)

Eric Young held up his title on the floor, but Scott Steiner came out and booked Young vs Storm vs Morgan for the TV Title at Destination X!

Backstage, Roode was headed out for his match, and he ran into Christian. He told him to stay with Danielson in the back to make sure he wasn’t the American Dragon, but Cage said that Danielson said he’d be late due to an eye doctor’s appointment.

--Commercial Break--

Commentary talked a bit about the American Dragon, and about who it could be. Don West said he heard TNA was in talks with a Scottish Prince, so maybe this was it.

Match 2: Robert Roode vs The American Dragon
Roode didn’t take this seriously at all, and Dragon pulled him right into a small package! ONE … TWO … THRE – Roode got out! He flipped out and tackled Dragon to the mat, but Dragon totally bitched him out in the mat game! Roode threw another fit, and he faked a lockup, but poked Dragon in the eye! He took over with some aggressive holds and strikes. He tried the Payoff, but Dragon pulled him into a small package! ONE … TWO … THRE – Roode JUST got out! They both got up, and Dragon struck first with a big elbow! He tried a Butterfly Suplex, but Roode held his weight and body dropped away. He lined up for the Northern Lariat, but Dragon ducked and caught Roode off the ropes with a small package! ONE … TWO … THREE! WHAT!
Winner via pinfall: The American Dragon (5:20)

Roode hopped up and couldn’t believe it! Dragon slid out of the ring and was ecstatic as he ran up the ramp.

Backstage, Paul London wished Brian Kendrick good luck in the main event. Kendrick said he was sorry London couldn’t be in the Ultimate X, but London said he got a pretty good deal out of it, and he walked off.

--Commercial Break--

Roode threw a fit to Cage backstage about Dragon being Danielson and said that Christian of all people should see what’s going on, MR. CONQUISTADOR UNO! (“Actually, I was Conquistador Dosâ€). Christian told him not to worry about it, because he trusted Danielson, but Roode said we’d see what happens at Destination X when Danielson and Dragon had to be at the same place at the same time.

Back from the break, Kevin Nash and Alex Shelley (with Rhino and Love) were in the ring. They talked up their Ultimate X at Destination X, and said that the X-Division was the pioneer of this match, and it deserved to be held in the highest esteem. Nash said he worked tirelessly to find the best participants possible so that his match would be better than Steiner’s, and Shelley said that is the only way for the X-Division Championship (the best belt in the business) should be treated. Nash talked some more, and then introduced the first challenger …

… HOMICIDE! He came out and got right in Shelley’s face and said he was coming for that belt. Nash split them up and said that the champion deserves respect, and if ‘Cide wins at Destination X, he would act to defend his respect as well. But, obviously an Ultimate X should have four participants, and this is only two. So, the next challenger is …

PAUL LONDON!!! London walked down with a big grin on his face, and cut a brief promo about how the X-Division defines his style of wrestling, and how winning the belt would be a big honor (to which Shelley corrected him by saying it would be the BIGGEST honor). Shelley asked who the third challenger was, but Nash said he hadn’t figured it out yet. Shelley said he wanted bigger names than these guys, and they obviously took offense to that. They both got in his face, and shoving commenced, so Rhino blindsided London with a clothesline! He attacked Homicide as well, but Nash called him off. He helped London and Homicide up and held them back, but told them to get one last stretch in, because after the break, we were going to have a tag match!

--Commercial Break--

Match 3: Homicide/Paul London vs Alex Shelley/Rhino w/ Angelina Love
Shelley was super confident, so he wanted to start the match. Homicide and London both wanted at the champion, and so they did a good job in bumping him around. Shelley finally ducked out and tagged to Rhino. The bigger guy tossed around the faces some, but they started to work together and took it to him too! Homicide got him with the Three Amigos, but when he went up top, Love distracted him long enough for Rhino to crotch him up top. Shelley got in and climbed up to Homicide and got him with a Super Hurricanrana, after which he posed a lot. He and Rhino had Homicide isolated a bit, but Homicide ducked under a Shelley Superkick and came off the ropes with the West Brooklyn Lariat! They both crawled over, and Rhino and London both got tagged in. London cleaned house with babyface dropkicks, and then topped it off with a Jumping DDT! ONE … TWO … THRE – Shelley broke it up! Homicide rushed the ring and he and Shelley went back-and-forth, and it spilled to the outside. Rhino and London traded stuff briefly, but London jumped over the Gore and hit a big Superkick! He went to climb up top, but Homicide tagged himself up and went up top himself! FROG SPLASH! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall: Homicide/Paul London (7:20)

Homicide celebrated over Rhino, but London came in and took offense to him stealing the pin. They argued, but spotted Shelley running at him, and they both ducked and sent him over the top rope! Cooler heads prevailed between them, and left it with trading words.

Backstage, the 3 Crazy Negroes approached Sabin/Jacobs and told them that they would accept their challenge for the tag belts at DX due to them pinning 2CN last week, and beating Bailout on Xplosion. They were gracious, and Sabin said he’d like some in-ring action tonight, and Lethal accepted his challenge!

--Commercial Break--

Match 4: Monty Brown vs Christian Cage w/ Team Canada
Huge Monty showing. Basically a squash for the majority of it, with Cage only holding on by skirting to the outside. Monty finally got distracted, allowing for some brief Cage leg work, but even that didn’t last long. Monty ran through his stuff, and then caught Young, Dux, and Petey rushing the ring with Alpha Lariats for all. He lined up Christian for the POUNCE~, but Roode hopped up on the apron SO MONTY POUNCED HIM AND HE FLEW OFF AND TO THE BARRICADE! Monty turned around, AND DANIELSON NAILED HIM OVER THE SKULL WITH THE CANADIAN FLAG POLE! Cage covered and Danielson rolled out as he held his legs down from the floor! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Christian Cage (7:03)

Monty got up and raged, but Cage escaped! But he grabbed Danielson! He lined him up for the POUNCE~, but Danielson grabbed onto the ropes and rolled out! He regrouped with Roode and Cage on the floor, BUT THE AMERICAN DRAGON RAN OUT WHAT THE FUCK! HE TOSSED CHRISTIAN INTO THE RING! He stood up, RIGHT INTO THE POUNCE~~~~! PERIOD! Dragon ran away, and Danielson looked sketchy. Roode looked confused as well, and Danielson gave him an innocent shrug.

--Commercial Break--

Roode was still raging in the back at having lost to American Dragon, and Angle walked up! Roode was furious, and Angle told Roode that he shouldn’t be embarrassed for losing to somebody better than him. But to watch the main event and see him get into the Ultimate X and become TNA Champion once again, something Roode can’t seem to do.

Match 5: Chris Sabin w/ Jimmy Jacobs vs Jay Lethal w/ Booker T & Consequences Creed
Basic back-and-forth. Sabin won with the Cradle Shock after rolling away from the Lethal Elbow.
Winner via pinfall: Chris Sabin (6:12)

Sabin got up and celebrated some, but then helped up Lethal and they shook hands.

--Commercial Break--

Backstage, Sean Hernandez stormed into Scott Steiner’s office and shouts that he has won ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN STRAIGHT MATCHES, and was not considered for an Ultimate X Qualifying match. Steiner said he that when he pins a world champion, he would be considered, but Hernandez said that he’s never even been booked against a world champion to have that chance. Steiner said sorry, but to leave his office. Hernandez called him a shitass, and stormed out.

Brian Kendrick cut a promo in the back and said that literally nobody believes he can beat Kurt Angle, not to mention win the TNA Championship. Then again, nobody though he could win the Intercontinental Championship. And nobody thought he could win the ROH Championship. And nobody though he could win the TNA Tag Team Championships. And nobody though he could graduate from college. And he didn’t do any of those things. BUT BY GOD, I’M ABOUT TO BEAT KURTIS ANGLE!

--Commercial Break--

AJ Styles came out to do commentary again.

Match 6: Kurt Angle vs Brian Kendrick [World Championship Ultimate X Qualifier]
Kendrick was cautious to get started, and his concern proved correct when Angle took him to the mat and kept him there. Kendrick kept trying to skirt away, but Angle was really dominating in his mat work. He started to wear at the midsection, so Kendrick started pulling out the stops to get away. He got lucky by connecting with some good high-flying stuff, but Angle caught one of his crossbodies and hit a big belly-to-belly! Angle pulled him up and tried a German, but Kendrick blocked it and grabbed a roll up! ONE … TWO … THRE – Angle JUST got out! Kendrick tried him with a Superkick, but Angle ducked. He went for another German, but Kendrick flipped through and dropkicked Angle to the outside! Angle slowly got up on the floor, and Kendrick lined him up, then came off the ropes with a SUICIDE DIVE!!!

--Commercial Break--

So yeah, stuff continued. Angle gave Kendrick a pretty big beating, but Kendrick both held on and actually managed to work over Angle’s neck after a series of solid kicks. It even became a bit of a back-and-forth, and Kendrick was clearly feeding off the momentum! Angle actually started to get pissed a bit, and he kicked out Kendrick’s leg and started to go after the ankle! Kendrick avoided it at all costs, but when he tried a Superkick, Angle grabbed the ankle and got in the ankle lock! COME ON KENDRICK WHY TRY A SUPERKICK?! Kendrick struggled for a while, BUT HE GRABBED A ROLL UP! ONE … TWO … THRE – Angle got out! Kendrick limped up, but Angle grabbed him for the Olympic Slam, but Kendrick countered with a DDT! ONE … TWO … THRE – Angle kicked out! Kendrick came back with an Oklahoma Roll! ONE … TWO … THRE – Angle got out! He hopped up this time and tried a big clothesline, but Kendrick ducked and came off the ropes with a hurricanrana! He followed up with some fiery flying clotheslines, and then planted Angle with a Brainbuster! Kendrick climbed up top and came off with the SHOOTING STAR PRESS! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Brian Kendrick (14:52)

HOLY SHIT! Brian Kendrick jumped up and lost his fucking mind. AJ Styles was absolutely speechless at the booth, and Low Ki and Daniels stopped brawling and their jaws dropped at the sight of Brian Kendrick standing over Kurt Angle. Angle slowly got up and looked pissed … and he held out his hand to Kendrick! He shook it! Angle held up Kendrick’s arm, who signaled for the title to close the show!

Commentary welcomed us to the show, and Nash said that tonight he booked a few X-Division matches so he could scout out some guys for the fourth slot in his Ultimate X. Also, tonight’s main event: Styles/Kendrick vs Cage/Danielson!

Match 1: TJ Perkins vs Brandon Bonham
Sup, Bonham?! Perkins looked a bit stronger here, but Bonham did have a strong showing in the mat segment. He also managed to pinball Perkins around shortly, but he missed a plancha. From there it was mostly Perkins dominating with some brief Bonham comebacks. Bonham planted Perkins with a springboard leg lariat, then he went up top. He tried a flying splash, but Perkins moved! Bonham stumbled to his feet and walked into the Puma Bus – NO! Bonham spun out! BONHAM HIT THE HIGH TIMES! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Brandon Bonham (7:04)

Bonham celebrated in the ring, but Perkins attacked him from behind. They brawled in the ring, but TJ kicked him in the nuts and hit the Puma Buster!

Backstage, Viktor Koslov told Kiyoshi not to come out with him, because he always screws things up.

--Commercial Break--

Match 2: Ritchie Steamboat vs Viktor Koslov
Koslov attacked right at the bell and was pretty aggressive, but Steamboat arm dragged his way out of it to create some space, and turned it right into some arm work. Koslov came back with some strikes, and Steamboat returned in kind with his own chops. He got wound up and went for a flying dropkick, but Koslov moved and Steamboat’s leg crashed into the turnbuckle. Koslov went after his leg like a maniac now, and Steamboat had a harder and harder time to come back with a hurt leg. Koslov tried to lock in the Moscow Cloverleaf, but Steamboat grabbed a small package! ONE … TWO … THRE – Koslov got out! They both got up and Koslov tried to kick Steamboat’s leg, but he jumped up to dodge it and hit a Jumping DDT! ONE … TWO … THRE – Koslov got out! Steamboat pulled himself up and climbed up top for his Flying Crossbody, but Koslov moved! Steamboat hit his knee hard, and he got up limping, so Koslov took him out with a dropkick to the knees! He locked in the Moscow Cloverleaf, and Steamboat eventually had to tap.
Winner via submission: Viktor Koslov (6:40)

Koslov celebrated in the ring and signaled for the X-title.

Backstage, Monty Brown found the American Dragon and said that if they were going to tag at DX, they should get to know each other. Dragon said he liked comic books, W.O.W., Saturday Night Live from the early-90’s, and every Jerry Lawler punch ever thrown. Monty said he liked killing people. Dragon asked if he wanted to hit the gym, and Monty said he just ate the gym.

--Commercial Break--

Footage from two Impacts ago played of Dux helping Young retain against Collyer.

Match 3: Chad Collyer/Roderick Strong vs Eric Young/Tyson Dux
Young wanted at Collyer, but Collyer bitched him on the mat. He tagged out to Dux, but the same thing happened, and then Strong got in to do the same. They double-teamed him for a bit, but Young lowbridged Strong to the outside from the floor, and they took over on him. Cheating commenced and whatnot, but he blocked a vertical suplex from Young and countered with an STO Backbreaker! Hot tag to Collyer! Suplexes everywhere. He got Young with the Everest German, but Dux broke up the pin! Strong charged, but Dux chucked him to the outside. Collyer got Dux with a big belly-to-belly, but then turned into Young’s Spike Piledriver! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall: Eric Young/Tyson Dux (5:53)

Dux slid back in to help Young up, but Roddy rushed the ring and ran them off, then helped his partner up.

--Commercial Break--

In the back, Sean Hernandez complained that Scott Steiner was a prick, and he asked if he had to kick his ass like he kicked Foley’s to get some respect around here.

Match 4: Amazing Red vs Jimmy Rave w/ Frankie Kazarian
Lots of high-flying from both guys here actually, but when Rave dropkicked Red in the middle of a springboard crossbody, he grounded him. Kaz interfered from the outside to help Rave keep his control, but Red eventually took him out with a Tope Con Hilo to the outside! As he was coming back in, Rave got him with a rope-hung DDT! ONE … TWO … THRE – Red kicked out! Rave pulled him up and tried the All of the Rave, but Red spun through and came off the ropes with a tilt-a-whirl headscissors. He gathered himself as he got up and then tried the Code Red, but Rave countered into the All the Rave! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Jimmy Rave (6:40)

Ravarian celebrated in the ring.

--Commercial Break--

Alex Shelley came out to the ring, with Rhino and Angelina Love behind him. He congratulated Bonham, Koslov, and Rave on their victories, but said that, no offense, but none of them are big enough names to be considered for his Ultimate X match. He said that he knows it’s eventually up to Nash, but this is his opinion, and as X-Division Champion, it should count as something. He said it should be filled by somebody who would attract attention, and then he transitioned to talking about the superiority of the X-Division in general. He said he trusted Nash to make a wise decision, and left it by saying that no matter what, Alex Shelley would rise above at Destination X, and everybody would see that he can overcome any challenge that AJ Styles can overcome as TNA Champion, and then some.

Backstage, Christian Cage told Danielson that if there was a charade, which he didn’t think there was, to end it by Destination X. Danielson swore he wasn’t the American Dragon, obviously, since he made a run-in on Impact while he himself was standing right there.

--Commercial Break--

Match 5: AJ Styles/Brian Kendrick vs Christian Cage/Bryan Danielson
Kendrick vs Daniels and Styles vs Danielson both happened for a while, and it was the world champion who finally managed to go hold-for-hold with Danielson. Christian wanted in to play his hand, but Styles worked over him completely. He rolled out to the floor, but Styles got him with the Fosbury Flop!

--Commercial Break--

This went back-and-forth for a while now. Some nice Danielson offensive coupled with Christian cheating actually let them take over AJ for a bit. Still, it didn’t take long for him to bust out the Phenomenal DDT on Danielson, and tag out to Kendrick! He cleaned house with his high-flying, and topped it off with his Cobra Clutch Slam to Danielson! ONE … TWO … THRE – Cage broke it up! Heel/tweener isolation commenced, and Kendrick couldn’t escape from either guy due to their individual tactics. After a solid isolation segment, he found a few holes where their teamwork lacked, and he rolled through to make the hot tag to Styles! He really cleaned up this time, and then Kendrick eventually got back in to join him. He took Christian to the floor with a Cactus Hurricanrana, and then AJ got Danielson with the Styles Cla – NO! DANIELSON PULLED HIM DOWN AND PUT IN THE LEBELL LOCK! HOLY SHIT! Styles writhed about, but finally rolled through to break it up. They both got up and Danielson tried it again, but Styles blocked this with an upward kick, and then hit the Styles Clash! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: AJ Styles/Brian Kendrick (14:09)

Styles and Kendrick celebrated in the ring to close the show.

Welcome to the show! Tonight’s card: Angle/AmDrag vs Roode/Cage, Brown vs Danielson, Styles vs Kazarian, and Shelley/London/Homicide vs Daniels/Low Ki/Kendrick in the main event!

Monty Brown came out for his match with Bryan Danielson, but Danielson never came out. Eventually Roode came out and informed everybody that Danielson was stuck in the line at Universal Studios, and wouldn’t make it into the Impact Zone on time. Monty was pissed, and Roode said they again on this one, but he went to the back.

The Negroes were in the back, and they were pumping up Creed for his match with Jimmy Jacobs NEXT!

--Commercial Break--

Match 1: Jimmy Jacobs with Chris Sabin vs Consequences Creed with Booker T & Jay Lethal
Jacobs worked Creed on the mat, but he came back with some nice jabs and then started to fly around. They went back-and-forth for a bit, and Creed caught a lucky break by crotching Jacobs up top and got a Superplex from the second rope! ONE … TWO … TH – Jacobs kicked out! Creed continued with some basic back work, and he used that to keep Jacobs from flying too much. Still, Jacobs nailed a big wheel kick from the top, and then hit a big Spear! ONE … TWO … THRE – Creed kicked out! Jacobs climbed up top for the Flying Back Senton, BUT CREED GOT UP THE KNEES! Jacobs writhed around holding his back, and Creed hit a Back Cracker! ONE … TWO … THRE – No! Jacobs got an arm up! Creed pulled him up and tried the Fireman’s Carry Cutter, but Jacobs spun through and countered with a tilt-a-whirl headscissors! Creed staggered around but tried running off the ropes for a clothesline, but Jacobs ducked and got off a hurricanrana! Creed stumbled to his feet still off balance, and Jacobs connected with the Detroit Code! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Jimmy Jacobs (7:41)

Jacobs celebrated in the ring, and Creed looked frustrated, but shook hands anyway.

London and Kendrick were in the back, and said that it would be rad to walk out of Destination X, both as champions. They wished each other luck, and then had an awkward silence. Kendrick broke it by asking if he wanted to go light up … a, um, Christmas tree. London said no. But he wanted to go light up a joint. They smiled and walked off.

--Commercial Break--

Backstage, Creed pulled Lethal aside and said that he lost this week, and he Lethal lost last week, but he and Book can’t lose the belts on Sunday or else Booker’s career would be over. Lethal swore that he would never be pinned and never submit to force Booker T’s retirement. If he did, he could never forgive himself.

Match 2: Robert Roode/Christian Cage vs Kurt Angle/The American Dragon
Roode wanted Dragon to start in revenge for being pinned last week. He was really brutal in his attack, but Dragon eventually dodged enough strikes to string together some holds and take Roode to the mat! He kept him contained perfectly, and Roode kept having to use rope breaks and he was pissed. Angle reallyed wanted in at Roode, so Dragon obliged, but Roode skirted out and tagged to Christian. They went to the mat briefly, but Angle used his amateur stuff to counter Christian’s mastery of pro holds, and he got off a German Suplex! And another! He tried a third, but Christian blocked it and pulled Angle to the outside! He climbed out and he and Roode stomped at him on the floor, but AmDrag ran across and took them both out with a Suicide Dive!

--Commercial Break--

Angle and Dragon were bumping Christian around, but he got in an undetected low blow to Dragon, and they took over. Roode was especially brutal, and he didn’t hesitate to taunt Angle from inside the ring. The heels did plenty of cheating and were solid at cutting off hot tags and other tag stuff due to their history in tag wrestling. Dragon eventually made the hot tag after a Regal-Plex to Christian, and Angle got in to clean house. He immediately took Cage out with his Flying Forearm, and then continued to run through his stuff on both guys. He suplexed Christian to the outside, and tagged in Dragon to finish it. He went up top, but Christian hopped up and shoved him down to the mat! Angle rushed out to attack, Christian, but he chucked him into the rail! Roode pulled Dragon up and tried the Payoff, BUT DRAGON PULLED HIM INTO A SMALL PACKAGE LIKE LAST WEEK! ONE … TWO … THRE – ROODE GOT OUT! Dragon tried a big roundhouse, but Roode ducked and countered with the Roode Awakening! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall: Robert Roode/Christian Cage (13:29)

Roode didn’t even take time to celebrate, as he immediately tried to unmask Dragon! But Monty Brown ran down! He chased Roode off, and then helped Dragon to his feet and they celebrated in the ring. Roode was backing up the ramp shouting at Dragon, AND ANGLE ATTACKED HIM! They brawled on the floor until refs could separate them.

Homicide and Low were backstage, and we just missed Low Ki talking! DAMNIT! Homicide said he was proud of Low Ki, and said that if they both walked out of Destination X as champions, it would be the culmination of a 13-year dream, and that was something even the toughest warriors could smile about, holmes.

--Commercial Break--

Angle cut a promo backstage saying that at Destination X, Roode’s ass was dead. That’s kind of a weird thread if you think about it.

Match 3: Sean Hernandez vs Brandon Bonham
Bonham rushed right in with some strikes, but Hernandez no-sold them all. He went for the Border Toss, but Bonham slid down and tried a chop block! That just pissed Hernandez off, but Bonham continued trying to hit and run with going for the leg. He made one last dive for the leg, but Hernandez grabbed him by the skull and chucked him with the Crack Jack! He followed up with the Spear and got the pin.
Winner via pinfall: Sean Hernandez (2:51) (115 – 0)

Hernandez grabbed a microphone and called Scott Steiner a pussy, and said that Styles, Kendrick, Daniels, and Low Ki were so far below him it wasn’t even funny.

--Commercial Break--

Match 4: James Storm/Matt Morgan vs Eric Young/Tyson Dux with Petey Williams
Storm and Morgan took turns bumping around Eric Young, but they couldn’t really get along and it allowed for some double-teaming to take place by Team Canada. They isolated Storm for a while, but Storm finally broke free after a Superkick to Dux! He crawled over for the hot tag, but Morgan hopped off the apron! MORGAN REMOVED HIMSELF FROM THE MAT! Storm couldn’t believe it, and he was irate. He turned right around into the Spike Piledriver from Eric Young, and the TV champion pinned him.
Winners via pinfall: Eric Young/Tyson Dux (5:59)

The Canucks celebrated in the ring over Storm as Morgan laughed up the ramp.

Backstage, Daniels cut a promo about DESTINY~, and told Kaz to go out and soften AJ up.

--Commercial Break--

Danielson arrived backstage and asked Christian if he was late, and Christian as not amused. He told Danielson that if he’s late to Destination X, he’s fired from Team Canada, and thus fired from TNA.

Match 5: AJ Styles vs Frankie Kazarian with Rave, Skipper, & Daffney [Non-Title]
Kaz had some stalling and a bit of offense after Enlightened shenanigans, but this was largely AJ Styles controlling. He won by blocking a DDT and hitting his Pele Kick, then the Styles Clash.
Winner via pinfall: AJ Styles (5:15)

AJ celebrated in the ring and held his title up at the announce booth. He then had a seat and said he’d be joining them for the main event after the break.

--Commercial Break--

Match 6: Christopher Daniels/Low Ki/Brian Kendrick vs Alex Shelley/Paul London/Homicide
Basic spotfest, with some cool things of interest highlighted. Daniels and Low Ki couldn’t get along. Shelley tried to one-up his entire team, and he didn’t back off from getting in at all. Low Ki and Homicide threw some great strikes at each other, and high-fived after it all. London and Kendrick had a long, respectful exchange. A dive train took us to a break, with Shelley as the last one left. He went to go for a Tope Suicida on everybody, but he stopped posed in the ring while everybody was down on the floor to go to a break!

--Commercial Break--

So yeah. The themes mentioned earlier continued, and this continued to happen with lots of time given to several one-on-one matchups. Kendrick nearly pinned Shelley several times, so he tagged out to London and rolled to the floor, where Love came down to comfort him. London and Kendrick went back-and-forth for like six minutes with neither guy wanting out. London about had it after a Superkick and the Waffle Face, but Daniels broke up the pin! Homicide rushed the ring, but Low Ki met him! The sides brawled, but Homicide took out Ki and Daniels with a Cactus Crossbody, and all three guys fell to the outside! In the ring, Kendrick tried a Superkick, but London ducked and hit one of his own! He went up top, but Shelley tagged himself in! London was pissed and he tried to get back in, but the ref stopped him. With the ref’s attention there, Angelina Love tossed Shelley his belt! Kendrick slowly got to his feet and Shelley NAILED him in the face with the belt! He slid it back to Love and covered as the ref turned around! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall: Alex Shelley/Paul London/Homicide (16:03)

Shelley celebrated over Kendrick, but London came in and tackled Shelley to the ground! A huge brawl broke out, and eventually Styles got in the ring to get involved. It came down to AJ and Daniels in the ring, and Daniels tried a clothesline, but AJ ducked and hit the DISCUS CLOTHESLINE! He held up his TNA Championship, BUT TURNED INTO A BELT SHOT FROM ALEX SHELLEY WITH HIS X-DIVISION TITLE! He stood tall over everybody, until …

SAMOA JOE RAN DOWN FUCK YEAH! Shelley tried to hit him with the belt, but he ducked and came off the ropes with a running dropkick that turned Shelley inside out! Joe stood tall over everybody in the ring and looked down at the carnage. He looked to his right and saw the TNA Championship. He looked to his left and saw the X-Division Championship. He got a grin on his face, AND LEANED DOWN AND GRABBED THE X-DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP! Kevin Nash came out and announced that Samoa Joe was the fourth participant in the X-Division Ultimate X at Destination X! SO MANY X’S! Shelley pulled himself up by the ropes and looked terrified. Joe dropped the title in front of him and then signaled for it around his waist to close the show.
