I don't understand how Angle would be inducted. He hasn't been with the company THAT long. Sure, he's done quite a bit in it, but he hasn't been with them for very long, I'd prefer to see guys who have been with the company since day one.

I don't think longevity has to time in with the Hall of Fame. If you compare Kurt Angle's resume to someone like let's say Kazarian who has been there longer than Angle, who is more likely to be Hall of Fame bound.

Kurt may not be on the first ballot, as those spots will be more likely for Styles, Sting and Jarrett, but Kurt will get in. The question is will TNA induct active wrestlers? Cause if not, then Jarrett is the only guy going in.

As far as the Punk thing goes, yeah he's hot right now, but you can't induct someone who spent no time in your company as once compared it to the bad experiences he had in high school

Well WWE has inducted guys who've never been in their company right? TNA can do the same I guess, it's just a matter a matter of whether these guys would accept the "honour" given how low profile TNA is.

This is very true. But most times that WWE inducts someone who hasn't spent a large portion of their career in the company is because of the impact they had on the business. CM Punk hasn't really had a huge impact.

I'm not saying I don't think he's HOF worthy, but I think most people give him too much credit ever since last summer

Since day 1? Well then, A.J. Styles, Jeff Jarrett, and James Storm are the only options.

Am I the only one thinking Jerry Jarrett is just as likely as Jeff?

Isn't TNA supposed to do things that contrast from WWE? Who cares if WWE did this or that with their HOF, they should be different.

If I had to come up with a few names, the first couple that come to mind would be:

Jeff Jarrett/Jerry Jarrett: For obvious reasons, the reason TNA exists and it would be silly to not induct at least one of them.

Ken Shamrock: The smart move here, considering he was the first ever NWA:TNA World Champion.

Kurt Angle: For the simple fact that he's been there for quite some time now and he's a very notable name to be inducted, that being said if they're going to be doing this yearly they may want to hold off until next year.

Sting: Much like Kurt Angle, but has been there longer and again is a notable big name to add to the hall of fame, again as with Angle they may hold off.

Jerry Lynn: Jerry Lynn, along with AJ Styles and Daniels made the X-Division and put it on the map. It would be a wise choice to have him as someone who was inducted.

America's Most Wanted: If they wanted to induct a tag team, AMW would be the first that comes to mind.

Mike Tenay: He's been announcing since the beginning, it only makes sense.

Raven: While this might be a shot in the dark, I thought Raven played a big role in TNA, especially in the earlier days.

Jeff Jarrett is the most likely. Daddy Jerry is also very likely as well.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking. The only other person it could be is AJ Styles... but it's hard to imagine someone as young as him being a "Hall of Famer". >_> Seriously, I don't see it being Shamrock because despite being the first champion, nothing he did back then is ever still talked about today (can't even remember the last time TNA mentioned anything he did), Magnum TA is hardly famous for his involvement in TNA even though the guy's a pretty big deal, and obviously no one that's currently in WWE will be inducted considering they wouldn't be able to speak on their induction, which would be pretty lame.

Jarrett's really the only guy that isn't still wrestling that's been with the company since the beginning and did a lot for the company.

If it's Sting I will laugh my ass off. I could definitely see TNA inducting him too, especially if he ends up retiring soon. But I would definitely pick Jarrett over him in a heartbeat if we're talking strictly their impact on TNA and not wrestling in general.

What are you talking about, he's been with TNA nearly as long as he was in WWE, 6 years......

If you are ruling out guys like Angle, who are as close to a gamechanger that TNA have ever had, then you are really gonna be running thin on guys to induct.

A longer tenure does not equal a greater run. Eric Young has been with them since conception but would you honestly say hes had more memorable moments than Angle in TNA?

I think Jeff Jarrett is going to be the first person in the TNA hall of fame or maybe AJ Styles, or hell maybe Ken Shamrock since I think he was the first world champion in TNA. Or they could troll us and put Dixie in it.

You're kidding right? Eric Young is one of the reasons I got into TNA to begin with. What exactly has Angle done for TNA?

Is this sarcasm or trolling, I can't tell.
