So on iMPACT tonight Dixie's earth shattering announcement was that there was going to be a TNA Wrestling Hall Of A Fame for whatever reason.

Now, given the recent issue between WWE & TNA and how WWE bullied TNA into allowing Ric Flair to appear on TV by announcing him without informing them, anybody else think that given the opportunity TNA are going to try and do the same thing?

Potential candidates: Booker T, Christian, CM Punk, Kharma, R-Truth.

I'm intrigued with what criteria they're going to use to induct guys because surely guys who have never wrestled for them won't give a shit about being inducted given their virtual non existing legacy.

If tonight is any indication, I'd say they'll go for Christian first. He was the guy that took it to the next level (Before Angle got there).

Dunno I don't see anyone working for WWE risking pissing off the boss for the benefit of TNA.

Personally the only person I think could possibly be nominated Jeff Jarrett he built the damn company other than that everyone else I can think of is still pretty active on their roster and pretty young. All the old guys didn't get brought in until the dixie era.

Jeff Jarrett is the most likely. Daddy Jerry is also very likely as well.

Ken Shamrock was the first ever NWA-TNA world champ, or have TNA totally forgot about the NWA-TNA days.

I just thought I bet they'll try and get Kevin Nash too. He's under a Legends contract, isn't being used and has openly praised and talked about missing TNA while he's been with the WWE, so I reckon he would show up to the ceremony.

If there trying to make this legit and not just to try to get WWE to get a buzz it should be Jarrett, like I said in the live thread they might throw Sting in there to.

Could see them maybe going with Savage, purley to try to spite WWE. He was in that feud back in Victory Road in 04 or 05 with Kings Of Wrestling. Could say they beat WWE to it, seeing as how he's not in there hall yet.

Top potential candidates: Jeff Jarrett

Sting

Kurt Angle

Hulk Hogan.

That's it for now. Idk why anyone would think Punk goes in the TNA of Fame. He was only there long enough to have a cup of coffee

Seeming as their whole mantra is "troll WWE", you'd have to think Savage will be first in there.

Sting is a cert, as are Angle & Jarrett.

Prol Mike Tenay too.

It amazes me that TNA has been around for 10 years now. I struggle to come up with too many names that mean TNA and it is tough to know whether TNA are trying to be legitimate or just want to piss off WWE.

Jeff Jarrett has to be the first inductee, he started the company with his dad and carried it for so many years. Sting has been there on and off since the start so he would make sense as the second inductee since he is a big name and it would piss off WWE. AJ Styles has to be in there as well, been there since day one and was their first home grown star. I would probably go with only those three for the first induction.

Jeff Jarrett, Sting, Christian, and Angle would have been my top four.

I could be wrong but what did Punk do in TNA? Why would they put him in the HOF when he didn't do anything major other than the feud with Raven and he doesn't exactly talk highly about them (actually buried them in 2009). Styles and Joe would be the other guys that HAVE to be in TNA HOF.

I didn't mean they WOULD put him in because of his ties with TNA in the past, but more because of the name value he has he now that they could try and leech onto and try to claim credit for some of his rise.
