Muse_-_Origin_of_Symmetry_cover_art.png

Album Listen #33: Only heard a bit of Muse, but this album was something else. It was like some alternative version of rock, almost with a blend of operatic singing at the same time. It was all in all a great listen and I feel I have been left with no choice, but to explore Muse in more depth going forward. Honestly, was not expecting to like this at all.

I held off listening to Muse for a long time years ago. But had a close friend suggest them, once I gave them a good listen I loved them. And this album is definitely there best.

Album Listen #34: This was a really good listening experience and very relaxing - not one stood out, because the record had a really good flow and from one track to the next it just made sense. No doubt will be listening again - with the hope of actually getting to know these songs on a more personal level.

Album Listen #35: I always a enjoy a bit of the Motley Crue and this one of the albums I am more familiar with. Enjoyed listening to it again.

Album Listen #36: A really enjoyable and peaceful record for a Saturday morning. I don't think there is anything you can complain about the Beach Boys. Total bliss.

Album Listen #37: Never even heard of this album - at last on name value. Two songs in and I am already really enjoying what this band is bringing to the table. First half of the album was really a good vibe - but second half was very different. I need to see what other stuff this band did though - I am confused but also curious as felt like two different bands at the same time.

They experiment with electronica n keyboards a lot in the 80s. But also there is 2112 which is another prog rock epic. Big range tbh

Album Listen #38: An album that seems to personify 'teenage angst' but in a good way. A really unique sound and was a good album - probably not something I would listen often too though - although I like the Buddy Holly song.

Album Listen #39: Very peaceful and tranquil and shows a skill to have a packed album that is under 40minute in length. There is a degree of genius to Don - that I feel often leaves him being under-rated. Hopefully he isn't lost in time, ahead of more famous names. I don't think it is a life changing record though - but it very, very good.

Album Listen #40: They music in this album is great - although at time I feel the psychedelics funky vibes even hypnotized Morrison himself. It is a good album though - but sometimes the lyrics get lost for me. Still love their sound and very unique feel - that at times feels very pained and haunted.
