in this keeping along the lines in which i play? do you not expect generous town reads from me?

not that i think it's generous. y'all really be slow. first post of the game hinting at your role and claiming it's interesting is not the same thing as flat out claiming hated townie. one is a direct claim to remove any type of pressure you can receive throughout the game becaues youve already claimed, making it less likely that a wagon picks up on you. the other is narrowing down your ability to fake. i mean unless he got some FANTASTIC fake claim that he just couldn't wait to share with everyone immediatel yupon entry.



this is also shit because 1) i often go after new players regardless of alignment and 2) that was hardly anything.

should we just leave the new players to their own devices?




i do like this tho cause gut town reads and not trying to fake reasoning is a good look.




no thank you. if your posts don't improve and don't look a shit attempt at replicating your entry from last game i'll probably push you. so far your best point was a shit comparison between doddsy claiming hated townie at the start of the game and doddsy's hint this game. failing to pick up what i was doing with lethal is also a bad look because youre looking at the game through a black and white lens without any nuance, aka typically a scum player that isn't looking to generate any reads.

You literally said claiming or hinting at your role so early points to town and I just showed you an example from the same player doing it as scum yes it was passive but it’s still a stupid read because you’ve just seen him do it. The role hes hinting at might be his real scum role. His real role could be interesting!

also I think you’re posting pure shite. If you’ve got an interesting role as scum and it’s claimable then it makes you MORE likely to hint at it early and I’m like 99.9999% sure Doddsy has done that as scum before too. Hinting at your role early is soemthing scum LOVE to do when they can because then later they can point to it and be like oh hey look at all these hints I left! Because people get town read for that sort of shite
