Alive and well and making fun of all the dolts who really thought the world was going to end today. My goodness people are gullible. The only thing that would have made my day better would have been Orson Welles original War of the Worlds broadcast going out on all radio networks this morning!

Unfortunately now that there definitely isn't an apocalypse coming, I guess I have to finish my fucking Christmas shopping!

But I did hear that NASA has predicted a total blackout starting Sunday for 3 days while the planets align. I'm not sure if I believe that but it's NASA. They were correct about the world not ending so I guess I can trust them a bit. We're not gonna die or anything but there will be little light starting Sunday until Tuesday (CHRISTMAS IN THE DARK!!). According to them, of course.

Interesting. I think that would be cool as fuck actually. 30 Days of Night in reality. If I remember correctly certain parts of Alaska get six months of nighttime correct?

That is correct. So, us getting a little taste of it would be nice. If it's true (a little unlikely but you never know), I'm looking forward to it.

Very unlikely. But I'm with you. What confuses me, is NASA has a pretty good reputation it would suck this doesn't happen cause they would look bad. But when have they ever predicted something and it be wrong? I'm running it through my head and it would seem I can't think of anything they were wrong bout. Interesting how the news is gonna be and what crazy shit people are gonna do. SMH.

Just to keep the thread going and sort of on the same topic, what is everyone's favourite conspiracy theory?

Mine is definitely the notion that the US never landed on the moon. That's got to be one of the funniest of them all.
