I quite enjoyed that, held up pretty well on the rewatch. Great pacing, seems to fly by and shit was always going down. I'm sure all this nonsense in here helped too.

In a movie with a bunch of bearded dudes, MEW is the most badass.

Seriously kick ass. She's one of my new favorites.

Superb ending. The attention to detail was brilliant. It connects straight to the first one.

Yeah, that ending sets up the beginning perfectly and this really is a good prequel and is just that. Really fail to see how people can say this is a remake in anyway.

Same. Something about how calm they make it feel is just great.

I don't think they could have done a better job with it. Splicing it with credits kept the surprise and built the suspense. I am so pumped for '82 now. I usually watch these in one sitting. It's dope.
