So far as im concerned, the other indy is likely a survivor type (at least now) anyway. I asked magic that because whilst it might be a red herring, the fact that TP was catiline conspiracy is worth considering. Conspiracies by definition require at least 2 people. It would feasibly make sense that the other indy would have the means to find their potential partner

Of course, im not saying this is definitely the case, but 3 cop variants and a desperado is a lot

This is a fair point, it also makes the Oracle interesting as a role because it would give different results depending on when it was used.
