Along with fellow members Johnny Gill, Ralph Tresvant, Michael Bivins, Ricky Bell and Ronnie DeVoe, Brown is optimistic about the reunion.
"All of us are psyched about it," he says.
The group hopes to rekindle some of the chemistry that sold more than 40 million records worldwide during their 10-album career. "We're grown men, and we're able to talk and argue and pray and laugh," Brown says. "There's a lot of laughter [because] we remember some of the crazy times, and it's just funny to us now that we were able to make it past all of those crazy times and be able to come together as grown men and make this business happen."

Mary J. Blige isn’t about to relinquish her “Queen of Hip-Hop Soul” title without a fight. Looking to return to the top of the R & B charts where she once reigned supreme, the 40 year old singer is enlisting the help of some of the biggest names in music today.
Speaking to AOL Music, Mary says her upcoming October 4th release of “My Life II: The Journey Continues,” will feature collaborations, production and writing credits from Bangladesh, DJ Premiere, Fabolous, Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz.
According to Mary, ‘My Life II’ is about the second half of her life and career, which saw her reach beyond the R & B charts and eventually reach pop stardom with her super breakout album, 2005’s “The Breakthrough.”

R&B stageblazer Ciara has revealed details of an upcoming joint tour with pop sensation Taio Cruz. The 10 city trek, called the Radio Maliboom Boom Station Invasion Concert Tour, will see the hit makers make stops in Dallas, New York City, and Miami.

The slot crowns what has been an action-packed year for the 32 year old, whose success with ‘OMG’, and ‘DJ Got Us Falling In Love Again’, has seen make quite the commercial comeback. Whether he’ll be able to maintain it with increased competition from the likes of Chris Brown, and that little trier Trey Songz, will be interesting to see.

Adele Aims For Acoustic Sound With New Album
Amy Winehouse’s worst nightmare Adele, has revealed that she plans to give her music a complete makeover on her next album and plans to head for a more acoustic sound.
Despite the awe inspiring success she has enjoyed with latest LP ‘21′, the ‘Rolling In The Deep’ singer has confirmed that as well as delivering something completely sonically different next time around, she will produce the entire LP herself.

“It won’t be a big production. I want it to be quite acoustic and piano-led. I want to write it, record it, producer it all and master it on my own.”
Discussing when she plans to being work on the LP, she explained:
When I move house in the summer, my sound engineer is going to come and help me install a studio and teach me how to use it, I’ve accumulated some things to write about again. I’d go into the studio tomorrow if I could.”
With her fan base already proving that their support for her goes beyond the comment sections of blogs and internet forums, there is no doubt Adele will enjoy a similar success to what she enjoyed with ‘19′ and ‘21′.
However, with the success of the song ‘Rolling In The Deep’, there is also no doubt that her label will try and recreate whatever formula helped both the single and the album do as well as it did, which may work against the starlet’s plans for a brand spanking new sound.
Either way, in a world filled with singers whose talent lies solely in their ability to alternate between men, wigs and chart hungry producers, Adele remains a platinum coin in a box full of silvers.
