Apparently, a few years ago there was a WWE fighting game in it's early stages. It never got much further than that but some of the concept art has been popping up on my timeline the last couple of days, thought it might be of interest to someone. Mech Suit McMahon being the highlight of course.

WWE is going to release a Daniel Bryan autobiography according to PWInsider.

WWE will be releasing an autobiography of former WWE World Heavyweight champion Daniel Bryan, PWInsider.com has confirmed. The plan is to release the book in April 2015.
Craig Tello, a WWE.com writer who co-wrote WWE Ebook " Diary of a Heartbreak Kid: Shawn Michaels' Journey into the WWE Hall of Fame" will be working on the book with Bryan.

The plan is to frame the book around Bryan main eventing Wrestlemania 30 and tell stories from his life and career before making it to WWE as well as his WWE run.

The working title of the book is "YES! My Improbable Journey to the Main Event of WrestleMania."

WWE has announced that Flo Rida will guest star and perform a "medley of his hits" next week on Raw. The announcement was made today, with Raw next week taking place in Rida's hometown of Miami, Florida.

As you may recall, the rapper has a history of working with WWE. He performed at WrestleMania 28 in 2012 and at that year's Tribute to the Troops special. His latest album, The Perfect 10, is set to be released this year.
So, I can guarantee at least one segment I'll be fast forwarding through next week.

Is that legit? That would have been cool as fuck. Game might have sucked, but a Mecha-McMahon alone would have made it worth playing.

And yeah, fuck Flo Rida. He's a little better than Pitbull though... I guess.

- WWE recently sent a survey to members of their mailing list asking which independent wrestling promotions they follow. The answers included Full Impact Pro, Dragon’s Gate (sic), Ohio Valley Wrestling, CHIKARA Pro Wrestling, Squared Circle Wrestling, Combat Zone Wrestling, EVOLVE Wrestling, SHIMMER Women’s Athletes, Ring of Honor, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, and All American Wrestling.

This also included questions about NXT & touring. Every Indy company should watch the progress of NXT very closely for the immediate future, the big leagues may be coming to them.

Nice little video on the BBC website on the rise of UK Independents. Video mostly showcases PROGRESS footage. Main article on the sports homepage too, which is quite cool.

Massive time for the UK wrestling scene. Between PROGRESS, Insane Championship Wrestling, Preston Championship Wrestling & Revolution Pro, wrestling is making a big comeback on these isles.
