GSW has no picks to trade as you can't trade consecutive ones under the new CBA. They gave up 14 and 17. It has to be players and they can't sign and trade Jack or Landry here either under the new CBA. That's why I keep saying Klay and Barnes

And as for Bogut, LA would
- Redirect him like Lopez was to Portland to a team with cap space (Dallas, Atlanta, Phili)
- Keep him but move Hill and Meeks which avoids the high luxury tax
- Amnesty Metta outright to avoid the tax bill but its said they want to keep him

I keep coming back too Dwight can't be so stupid as to think Harden and Parsons is better than Curry, Iguodala, and Lee

Dead. Warriors improved their team despite not getting him, Hosuton got a franchise piece, LA got stuck with their dick in their hand.

resigned to fact he was gone but Iggy makes no sense as he said he wanted to play with him. Houston must have snagged Josh Smith too

Orlando is the only one who got something out the 3 team trade. Sucks for LA, Phili, and Denver

 yeah and that was the team everyone thought got screwed. Philly got their time wasted with Bynum L.A loses a franchise guy and Denver only got a one year rental of Iggy. Would be surprised now if Josh didn't head to Houston now and now wondering what does L.A do next because they are in no mans land right now. Don't suck enough to get a lottery pick but good enough to be a 8th seed.

Mike Bresnahan ✔ @Mike_Bresnahan
Dan Fegan, Dwight's agent: "Based on my most recent conversation wirh Dwight, it's inaccurate" that he has chosen Houston.

dwight was leaning strongly toward hou but now wonders if taking $30 mill less is unwise...especially after back issues last 2 yrs.

good ole Dwight back tracking already ... Melo and Bron should kiss him, make them look like saints

It isn't fully finalized so guess that means Lakers will get some picks out of it.

For the love of god I would love to see LA with Kobe in stride as 8 and Houston as. Hck a Dwight and probably hack a josh

i don't get not going to GS if you want to win. Iggy, Curry, and Lee are better. Heck they finished better last year and Steph and Kobe both played better than harden after he break when records were being finalized.

You posted this too soon lol. Just meant that the way he is going to them isn't finalized like I just posted. Either signs straight up or sign and trade so Lakers get something out of it. Either way it is confirmed he is going to Houston.

I think it's cause Houston is going to sign his best friend Josh Smith. That had to put it over the top for him as I do agree that GSW would have been a better choice.

He gave both Bron and Melo a makeover. He made Bron look like it was truly all about winning (he would choose gsw if it was) and made Melo look like a man with conviction (he was set on the Knicks and got there unlike Dwight and the nets).

he was a one man PR team for those two, they ought to buy him dinner

i am getting the phone updates so the tweets were all confusing on the basketball junkies app.

I wouldn't be opposed to Asik, picks, and a tpe ... Just more flip able assets, LA won't tank though, they take pride in only missing the playoffs 5 times in history

All depends if L.A just decides to save cap for next year or not. If not then yeah sign and trade with Osik since Houston pretty much should unload him. Otherwise they could just sign and trade with the Hawks.

Looks like I was correct about the Hawks sign and trade.

Sources tell ESPN that the Hawks are open to discussing a sign-and-trade with the Rockets for free agent PF Josh Smith.

The Rockets landed Dwight Howard, but that's just the first domino. There's no way GM Daryl Morey was able to sell Howard on a starting five that included Jeremy Lin at point guard, Chandler Parsons at small forward and Donatas Motiejunas at power forward. They could very well offer Omer Asik, who now wants out of Houston, to the Rockets for Smith. Morey is arguably the sharpest general manager in the business, so we're certain he has a plan in place.

Got another tweet to the phone, Kobe's message to espn 710 via the app

Beto Duran ‏@DuranSports 2m
So what's Kobe thinking? Heard in @ESPNLA710 offices "dont want to roll with me? I'll roll over you"
