I don't mind gore. I actually really love gory movies but in Game of Thrones it just seems so off putting. Mainly it was just boring. Three torture scenes would have been plenty enough. The first one, Theon thinks he escapes and the last bit with the girls but that should have been no more than 2 minutes long. The torture scenes were basically just there to say "hey remember Theon?"

I disagree. I found myself looking forward to what this crazy fucker was going to do next (once again, maybe I'm just a sick fuck), and there wasn't even any real gore except for the one where he cuts his finger.

It's really different in the book because it's all from his perspective, so all this torture makes better reading tbh.

Also, the lack of Coldhands disappointed me greatly.

My main worry at this point is the show is very close to catching up to the books. As much as I love the show would really like to read the conclusion before seeing the show do it.

I got Tyrion which is kind of spot on.

I've been rewatching the past two seasons and just preordered the third (along with the Jon Snow and Daenerys toys). I'm pretty confident that even if the series starts to go south, this will probably be my favorite tv series ever.
