Sorry, its just the way you come off to me. You seemed oblivious to what others were pointing out; they were pointing out flaws in your argument and you tuned them out.
I didn't mean to judge you as a person. I converse with Nero, D'Z and Deth all the time and we all tend to shoot straight. If I talked to them, the way I talked to you they would still be defending their argument, not be offended.

That, maybe doesn't help much. Social grace is not my forte in the least.
I was not offended. Also, there is no point in defending my argument when you have said you disagree. At that point, we are just arguing to argue so I put an end to it. Okay?

I still chuckle when people used the argument that he wasn't charged yet. My bet is involuntary manslaughter still.

If he fights it conviction could take a year. If he pleads out a few months

All knowing Danny doesn't talk about his predictions gone wrong. So he won't be around to discuss this.

It was pretty obvious that he wasn't going to get charged when it came down to the end of the investigation.

Fun fact: Ward (the guy who got killed) was under the influence of marijuana during the race. That makes a big difference.

Whether he had weed in his system or not I sincerely doubt it played a part in his decision making.

Agree a 'bit' here. Marijuana has a political agenda attached to it.
It's illegal if I'm not mistaken so, of course, they want you to believe it will impair your judgment in a life or death situation.
