Report: Bubba Wallace says he has offer from Chip Ganassi

Richard Petty Motorsports driver Bubba Wallace confirmed to NBC Sports that Chip Ganassi Racing has made him an offer to drive the No. 42 Chevrolet in 2021.

Bubba Wallace already having a little piece of ownership in the 43 car since last year. Got a feeling that he wont be taking that offer by CGR, even though I want to see him drive that #42.

Christopher Bell to drive No. 20 Cup car for Joe Gibbs Racing in 2021

Bell, who currently drives for Leavine Family Racing, will take over for the departing Erik Jones in the 2020 NASCAR Cup Series season.

Obviously this was coming. JGR isn't wasting any time.

Now to see where Erik Jones lands. Hopefully in a decent ride.

Daytona road course time! Xfinity is first up today. Really curious to see how this works out for all 3 series this weekend with them having no practice.

Austin Dillon has COVID. Kaz Grala will be subbing. Heck of a race to sub for a driver. lol

The ARCA race last night was okay, had a bit of good racing for the lead at some points, today should be better with better cars. So I’m excited.

Wallace should definitely take the 42 ride. The last time the 43 car won a race was in 2014, when Almirola took the car to victory lane. Larson won six races in the 42 car before he was suspended by NASCAR. It's his chance to shine in a different car.

For Bell, I like his decision to reunite with Joe Gibbs, from when Bell raced for him in the Xfinitiy Series. His future is very bright with the team.

Well the Xfinity Series race was wild. That late race restart when it seemed like the majority of the cars missed the corner. LOL

Cindric and Briscoe appear to be the big two of the series this year so far.

and Bubba was up in the top 10 til he got hit from behind. but yeah nice top 10 for sure.

Kudos to those who finished very well in today's race. The biggest surprise was Grala finishing 7th in his first ever Cup race. Big finish for the young guy.
