UPDATE:
Changed the Omega Driver's name from "The Blank Slate" to "Tabula Rasa", which is basically the same thing.

Technically it is the theory that we as humans, upon being born, are without any knowledge and that we are merely unknowing of social context and it is up to the state of nature to give us purpose.

But what do I know? I just read up on John Locke, someone who popularized it by using it as one of the founding asumptions of liberalism, the bedrock of most western constitutions... And that I was the one that gave you the move name idea.
