I think it'd be best to wait a little bit and see how Mike does with you doing promos as him and segments more. Feel it out, see if you can find his voice before you consider a change in character.

Your right, I need to be reestablished again. Work some kinks out before changing my character (I will down the line, can't be all smiley country boy for a long time)

Technically, I'm going on, what is it now, fucking four with Slate/Eden themselves, and I'm only now in the middle of their personal story, sort of. So imagine the shit we're going to do together.

I technically don't always plan out a year at a time. I personally aim for a certain point, like an event or PPV, and get an aim of getting my character there. In RP based feds where my match results are dependent on "who promo'ed better." Often I'd plan out two things like "If I win, this happens, if I lose, this happens." Etc. But as I am approaching an end of one storyline (A chapter if you will) I think of what will happen the next one. Often things change, but I just focus on making it "Make sense," you know. Even if it isn't always long-term storytelling, it seems like it since everything just makes sense (I hope).
