Another one where I would hate to vote against either in this case but Die Hard With a Vengeance is the best Die Hard to me and I have to pick it.

God, I love both of these film immensely. I really fucking hate that I have to pick one over the other here. *sigh*

I went with Goodfellas. As far as Italian mob/gangster movies go, this was unquestionably the best one besides Godfather I and II. Some people actually like it more, but I wouldn't go that far since the Godfather movies were lightyears ahead of their time.

Pesci and De Niro were just flawless in every sense of the word, which is why they eventually did Casino together too. And I just fucking love Lorraine Bracco, she's one of the most underrated actresses of all time and this was the biggest thing she did besides The Sopranos. There's nothing bad I can say about this movie.

DHWAV is hilarious and action-packed, and Samuel L. Jackson had what I consider to be his best performance next to Pulp Fiction, but it just wasn't quite as timeless as Goodfellas.
