So is the gist of the whole Pein/Jeff thing that Jeff thinks Pein is scum because Pein feels okay on Junk, who Jeff also thinks is scum?

I can see Jeff’s logic, but honestly Pein could be saying that regardless of his own alignment. It really comes down to whether Jeff thinks that Pein as scum would openly defend a teammate on Day 1?

But even more ultimately, all of this hinges on Junk herself being scum?

He doesnt think Junk is scum otherwise he would wanna flip that slot 1st but he doesn't.
He wants to flip me 1st.
But when I flip town then he gonna wanna flip that slot? Or give it a town status? Idk.
And if junk flips town then he gonna clear me?

As for your read of me tho- it's bad science because I clearly remember discussing magic with you last game- and wouldn't hesitate to ping you as scum knowing it would look good and if I didnt someone else would anyway. Just dismiss it as wifom

When he is saying I am scum for not giving a read on my supposed partner junk?
Its like he doesn't wanna do it cuz he knows junk gonna flip town and that would clear me.
Conversely I know I will flip town.
