The dialogue and the acting is probably the best part of the show. I have never watched a show where every character was terrific. Mind you, those Latino twins got on my nerves but besides them, the main characters along with the supporting ones are terrific.

The dialouge, although brilliant every season, was pretty top notch season 4. Walt along with Gus are battling for the top spot of ultimate bad ass.

I LOVED the twins! They were a nice contrast from everyone else. Never spoke but spoke with their actions.

Really interested to see where it will go believe it's ending soon so that should be unique too.

I think Walt doesn't really have any morals at this point. Considering the ending of the season finale, I feel that Walt is just as bad Gus. His actions prior to season 4 were also quite bad.

Well, to each their own! It frustrated me that they didn't speak! Nonetheless, I expected them to stick around for a lot longer than they did.

I agree with you there, Walt is worse than Gus. Gilligan said early on that he wants the characters to go from an A to Z transformation. Walt is pretty much there haha. With Gus gone, I'm expecting a Jesse vs Walt showdown once Jesse finds out.

Dunno about him being as bad as Gus everything he's done from the beginning has been for the safety and security of his family. What was Gus doing it for? Hope they bring back Heisenberg felt like they could have done so much more with that route before going to the whole Gus thing.

What I love about the show is that each character has multiple layers. One of Walt's is that - everything he's done, as you said, was for the safety and security of his family. But beneath that is the man we're seeing now. It's been there the whole time. Walt in my eyes is no longer a sympathetic figure. He just topped Gus as best villian.

I see that aspect too what we need are some more flashback episodes because in one of those he was portrayed as a high paid scientist for a private company he then ends up as a teacher at a school in arizona what caused that is their resentment is that why he has a need for power.

As long as Jesse doesn't go off track, I will be happy. It will be great to see Jesse vs Walt. I have a feeling that's what we'll see next season!

It started off with the intention of securing his family but do you really think that's the case anymore? He could have stopped cooking a while ago because he had enough money to last for a long time but he didn't. I don't think it's about the money or security anymore; he wants to be powerful.

He had money he lost safety. He lost money but had safety endless cycle. Very Machiavelli but still think he had good intent until this last season.

Yes, he was trying to keep his family safe at first but I am starting to think that Walt cares more about being the top drug cook/dealer at this point.

I watched season 1 and whilst it was good I don't think that it is incredible yet. Too many things were just too perfect on the show and a few things didn't gel for me. The fact that he cooks meth perfectly the first time I just don't buy. I know that he is a chemistry teacher but doing something new for the first time and making it perfectly is a bit unrealistic for me. Whenever I mention that to my friends they can't agree with me and think that it makes perfect sense but I can't see it. I also don't like the situation where he is offered the money for the therapy yet he is offended by the suggestion of charity but thinks it is fine to cook drugs. I can see where this will lead but it just bugged me when I watched it.

I think I need to watch it all again. But in saying that I have picked up season two so I will continue on with the show.

Only thing I know is two houses on my street both started on fire for inaccurate meth making. It's pretty big up here in North Dakota so I'd certainly trust an experienced Chemist with that then people that get mistaken for rednecks up here. So from that point of view I don't get upset that everything works out so well for Walt.
