This is going to work out so well. I can feel it.

Yeah end show could have your guys run down and beat up whoever is in the main event. And we have the top guy, your team needs a leader and they are the one pretty much directing traffic and they are the spokesperson that says what is going on in that... its time for a change :p

And we can work on slowly integrating things on way to an eventual PPV show which has ACW vs. your guys and from there we'll figure out how to go from there.

Well, our General Manager/Owner in PWA was Christopher McMichaels, an alternate account create to be used by several staff members to enhance kayfabe. However, the main user of that account split once we merged, so I don't know who would write for him.

I would write for him in the shows just like I write for ACW Owner Phoenix. Just give me a gimmick description of him and how he acts.

Eh. That's kind of difficult considering you know nothing about the character. I thought this was supposed to be joint?

My characters tend to have big mouths. Especially the two I brought in. So expect big drawn out promos full of dialogue.

However they are also both ass kickers.

As far as rules and regulations, I'm down for whatever. However, the way we did it in PWA was, we split matches among different writers (I would write the odd bout), and as far as segments, we just used whichever RPs had been marked as "televised". So if someone RPed a promo, and labelled it "televised", it would go into the results as a segment. If that makes sense.

Also, people know best how to write their own characters. I know how to write pretty much everyone in the PWA, so if you'd like I can help with that (writing McMichaels or anyone else on 'our' side) until you get a feel for them.

Nothing against Pete but how the hell did he get the password to creative? I don't recall giving it to him.

I've spoken with Troy and Slim about this whole matter as well. Slim said that it would acceptable for me to bring on two of my own staff, so I gave Petey there the password to the forum. You should speak with Slim about the entire matter though.

You guys are still a baby as an efed, so it would be the perfect time to run any and all changes.

Yes, Andy asked me if I wanted to be Staff, I said yes, so here I am. I don't know about any backstage politics. Just here to do my job (or not, as the case may be :p)

That's fine but you guys got to realize I am the fed head. So you guys need to let me know before doing stuff. Glad to have help though. I will be writing this week's show since I am familiar with the guys in ACW. Starting next week everyone is encouraged to help out with everything.

Yeah, man. We got you. However, that's not the greatest way to run things, no offense again. With someone "in charge," there is always the possibility and high chance that there will be a fight. That's why the PWA was run based upon mutual decisions as opposed to someone being the "head."

And it works out really well.

For example, if you not able to make a card during a certain week, write the results, give an update, what-have-you, the others (us) can fill in for you. It makes everyones lives easier and it makes everything more fear in terms of creative output.

And when I say mutual decisions, I mean we agreed on everything, which means we voted. lol.
