They're going to agree at some point.. Eagles are looking at offering 3 yrs / 10 mil with 1-2 mil in incentives. Maclin is now saying he wants 1 yr for like 2.5-3.5 million as an evaluation offer then he wants the tag after the season if he preforms well, I doubt even then we'll give it to him we will most likely sign him for a year and let him walk.

I guess he's been wanting them to restructure his current deal for more money but they want to get some defensive people in free agency with their money and think they can do something with Huff in the draft and a cheaper free agent WR I think honestly it's more of DeSean putting the pressure on them.

I'm never against players getting paid like they deserved. Because if the shoe were on the other foot and he had under-performed for what he was being paid they wouldn't hesitate to cut his ass, so if he outperforms his deal he can angle for more money if he wants.

I always side with players though. Wonder what sort of trade value he has coming off the career year
