I've never seen main roads that have more abandoned shops and houses on it in Ohio other than Cleveland.

Haha yeah I mean take Detroit subtract Chrysler and you have Cleveland pretty much.
It's so bad, even when we had LeBron it wasn't that much better.
I worked up there for like two months and had to sign a 3 month lease somewhere..
I got a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, finished basement townhome for $349 /month in what was considered to be one of the better neighborhoods in Cleveland.. that's how badly they want people there haha! In Columbus I rented a place just like it for $300 more a month in a relatively shady area.

Yeah man, they REALLY want people in their city right now. My friend actually just bought a house (not off auction) for 55k in a decent neighborhood there. It was priced at 100k about three years ago.
Real Estate in Cleveland aint worth shit right now haha.
