  • How will that keep you warm though? You still need a North Face jacket!

I can get you his jacket if you get it for me as well! haha! :p
I hear you on the Cain, that thing's a fucking beast. It's been my favourite for ages, it's the ME equivalent of an atomic bomb. :D I got the human Reaper's health down really far with it too and took out Hock's plane in one shot as well. It also hurts the Maw a lot, but it doesn't kill it instantly. It helps, though. Haven't tried the drive core for the derelict Reaper, I need to do that. That segment's a pain in the ass with the fucking husks. Only thing I don't like about the Cain is it's so hard to re-fill the power, which leads to me not picking it very often. I know why, it would make the game too easy, but fuck, it takes forever. I'm always trying to charge it and I just can't get enough heavy ammo.
If you want the achievement that badly, just switch to an easier difficulty. Sure, you might not be achieving much that way, but I don't care...I found an infinite health loophole to get Platinum on God of War III where you had to complete it on Titan, I have no shame. :chewy:

On my PS3, the only achievements I'm missing are Insanity and the Arrival one, because I only have Arrival for 360. I'll never finish Insanity, I tried, it was more than i can bare. I only finished the mission where you pick up Garrus. Damn that achievement, I could've had 100%. I actually had to use the Cain on that mission, it pains me to say. Pathetic, but I had no choice, that Vorcha with the flame thrower when you turn one of the corners kills you on Insanity instantly, I had to stand at the corner where he couldn't see me and just blast the Cain at the side wall to take him out. I tried to do it with normal weapons and you just can't hit him before he kills you.
Well, I didn't get Overlord until long after Shadow Broker, so maybe my perspective was affected by that. I was hooked the first time I tried it. It's definately no competition for Shadow Broker, and I agree the vehicle was annoying. That's the only real complaint I have about Mass Effect, they can't make vehicles enjoyable. That Mako is still the all time champion of shitty vehicles, thank God THAT didn't return in 2 or I wouldn't be able to call ME 2 a perfect game. David was definately a boss, too, I want to see him in ME 3. Everybody who you've interacted with at some point that you haven't killed should make a return. Arrival was great too but I wasn't drawn to it as much as the others, but it was a fitting last piece for ME 2 and it nailed home that the Reapers are here.
You didn't like OVERLORD? Are you serious, bro? That shit was off the fucking hook. Not nearly as good as Shadow Broker, which is the best DLC I've ever seen, but it was fantastic DLC. I'm glad it's growing on you, though. I was hooked. On the story anyway, I'll admit that the vehicle portions weren't my favourite but the story made up for it. I'm looking forward to revisiting that when I do my ME 2 Renegade walkthrough. I really got to get going on it, I'm still on ME 1. I'm almost done but I need the motivation to get there faster. ME 1 just doesn't do it for me the way 2 does, I'm always finding myself resisant to complete it. I love it, I really do, but it's so hard to complete that game again once I've played such a massively better one.
I haven't given much thought to the Illusive Man stuff, but something's definately wrong with him. I'm guessing we're in for some giant, weird twist where we find out the Illusive Man is somehow a Reaper himself. Those eyes are NOT right, something's up. I don't know what but it's something.
Yeah, if I play the demo, then it'll also make me even more impatient for it to come out. I can't afford that, I'm doing well, got into some tv to help me kill the time. Only a month left, I can hold this together. If I play the demo, I'll lose my mind. I also took the approach of not wanting anything too soon. I told you a while ago I was avoiding Mass Effect 3 news any way I could, because I wanted to know as little as possible, and thankfully, I don't know much.
I dare not touch the demo. I don't know how are you with games, but I know how I am, especially with ME, and if I get the demo and play through that section, when I go through the real game, I'll be getting really impatient, thinking "I'VE ALREADY SEEN THIS DAMMIT, MOVE AHEAD! DO NOT WANT!" It's best to go through the game blind.
You can spam up my profile, that's cool, lol. I've seen you playing ME 2 on PS3 all week, I've got it, but I'm playing exclusively on 360 for the time being, it having the choices from 1 to impact in the 3'rd game and all. I'm doing a Renegade run for 1 and 2, which I decided I HAVE to commit to. I've never committed to Renegade but it's time. I don't know when I'll get ME 3 on PS3, probably not for quite a bit, although I guess I could get it since I'm not paying for ME 3 (Collectors edition - FREE. I traded in some games and I get extra money for them because I'm friends with the guy running the store :D). That's a fucking godsend since the Game of Thrones Blu Ray that's coming out side by side is gonna cost me like 70 bucks, I can't imagine having to pay for ME 3 on top of that, collectors no less.
Friday night or late Thursday, I'm going to whoop your ass. That gives you a short time to get ready
Not really as in while I bet on the Pats in v-bookie if they lose I'd be glad all things considered.
