how is Clayface not supernatural? im not big on the comic books cause i didnt grow up with them but he looks supernatural but maybe it was an accident like Freeze.

Also is there something wrong with Black Mask cause the picture he looked like a black skull
i never said clayface isn't supernatural. i just want him used cuz his tragedy's dark enough. and it was an accident. he was an actor who burned his body then used cosmetics to fix it...you know what? fucking read comics or go watch TAS. im too sleepy to post the whole story.

and lol. black mask is supposed to be masked...

K, just saw the movie today and it pretty much OWNED on every level. Ledger, dead or alive has the oscar wrapped up without evening looking back. His performance was epic. Every scene with him was well done. The way he licked his lips while talking just gave me chills. Overall, great movie.

And btw, IDK if people have mentioned this, or brought it up, but I'm too lazy to go reading all the responses, so if someone could give me a response to this, without going off, it'd be appreciated:

Whatever happened to Robin? Just thought of that toward the end of the movie. I'm not the biggest Batman fan, but that really caught my attention.

Anyways, as I said, pretty freakin epic.

Bale said that if robin was even thought of for any batman movie he wouldnt act in it, so thats pretty much out of the question

Two-Face is definatly going to be in the next movie

The only question is, is who is going to be the 2nd villian? There have been 2 in the first two.

Scarecrow is only in jail, so he will probably play a small part like in TDK. Maybe something with Mad Hatter or Riddler? Scarecrow makes Hatter go insane, so everything becomes Alice in Wonderland?

And im 99.999999% sure that the Joker won't be in the 3rd. Nolan has to know that noone can even come close to Heath's performance, and ahving anyone else try would only ruin it.

My ideas for the next villians-

Riddler
Mad Hatter
Two-Face
Killer Croc ( I'm not sure much about him. Was he a person who dressed as a croc, or was he like a mutaded Croc?)

Since this will most likely be the last movie, I'm expecting one of the major villians to top it off (Definatly would be Joker if not for Heath's death)

My thoughts on the movie:

I orgasmed. Seriously. Not kidding. Right now I'm saving my money so that I can go to the aptly named Comic Book World and buy all the Batman Comics I can.

Heath is an oscar lock-in. I can't think of any other performance that can come close to him.

The Batman voice can be a bit irritating sometimes, like the "Swear to Me". But if you can ignore the tard-ness of it, then its fine.

I think I'll watch it 15 or 20 more times before the 3rd one comes out

Bale's voice is pretty bad imo. But I must say that Ledger's performace was indeed fantastic. I had my doubts over the hype but I really loved the film.

anyone else getting tired of hearing all about this "oscar" for ledger?

like seriously...
its getting kinda gay and annoying and stuff..

"OMG!He Dead..and he was in a movie that nerds mark for..so like..OMG! he deserves a Oscar Award 4 being dee' best...Ka-Durrh!?!?!"

I dunno...its just getting kinda a little over-played and I'll probably have a load of batman loving nerds getting all whiney or something, but like...

an "oscar"?

really?
the joker in durk knight is basically a Captin Jack Sparrow(from pirates) with clown make-up and a little less-PG and a little more aggressive...

but then again...cuba gooding jr got some kind've best supporting award for doing jack-shit in pearl harbor...so like...

whatever, if he gets it then "WOOO!"
if he doesn't...then "Boo!"

but nolan will probably just clone heath ledger and make his ass act like the joker for all enternity so they can rake up mo-money on his dramatic back from the dead comeback or something...

so like..."ka-word!"

just because they appaered in a movie or two, doesn't mean they have to be in every single batman movie/comic/cartoon. you cant have all villains in one movie..

as for robin, nolan said batman's too young to have an assistant atm.

whats with the hate? i thought it was bad at first but when i thought about it, i loved it and it made perfect sense. when micheal keaton says "im batman" in such soft tone, it doesn't really intimidate the bad guys. bale's voice on the other hand, puts some fear in them. imagine having someone coming out from now where, kicking your ass in such short time you cant even see him, then listening to him screaming at you....you'd be shitting your pants.

I agree with Ledger getting an Oscar, he was fantastic in the Film. I just got back from watching it and it was brilliant, out of 10 about an 8, could be a 9 given another watch. But I still rank Ironman better than it.

NO WAY! I marked for IronMan. But to say its better then this movie is outlandish. This movie was awesome. Well worth the hour wait before hand, the sitting in the front row because you didnt get there 2.5 hours early, and the numb ass from sitting around for the same 2.5 hours. Well worth it. I want to go see it again. In IMAX again, well worth the 24 dollars, and 5 hours of my time

According to rumors at Comic Con 08, there is a HUGE chance that Robin will indeed be introduced in the next Batman movie. However he wont be a joke like he was in the previous movies, it will be more in staying in character with the comic where he is a 14 years old Dick Grayson, not a mid twenties fag.
