who denies you an opinion? No one on this staff. Theres a difference between having an opinion and demanding to know everything going on internally. Why someone gets banned and for how long is no ones buisness except the banned members and the staffs. Thats not denying you an opinion.

what I am saying is...yall run us over....let some people get away with rules....and them some yall dont...yall have the people yall like and the ones yall could careless about....and that is wrong....and I would call you my friend...but no...cause I cant call someone friend who over runs the members when its them who keep the fourm alive

I'm not disagreeing that the rules don't always get inforced, but its not always because of favourtism as you may want to believe. Its actually because many of the rules are not clearly definded and someone who knows its against the rules doesn't see the post in question. You should be happy to know that the staff has been very active lately in discussing propsed rules changes and so forth. As a matter of fact that was one of my jobs recently and I just posted in the staff section a new proposed rules and infraction system that if followed, would make all future issues 100% fair.

thats just it you keep refering to another forum....I hear that a lot people being banned for the dumbest things on other forums. I've been on this forum now for a couple of years and I've never seen that happen here.

^^thats just it, the people who usually bitch the most about being banned never read the rules and are pissed because they don't think its fair, but its no different then if you park on the street where no parking is allowed. You get a ticket weather you knew it was no parking or not. Ignorance is not an excuse and here it never has, and definatly never will be an excuse.

You don't read the rules you do so at your own risk.

Well I hope it don't cause I have enjoyed it here...and I still do...which is why I aint left yet...but I did think about finding a new place lol to do this but after 2nite and hearing that you came up with and idea that makes it 100 percent fair....I will stay...you earned my respct kinda lol...but still...I am here to fight for the little people so if any of yall ever have a problem with an admin or mod...tell me and I will help...and I aint trying to start trouble...just using my right to free speech and the right of HIAT....
