I got banned from one of my old ones I was on...cause I like went crazy on the admins and mods....cause they banned my friend for like saying something that one of the admin said a week before

its actually truthfully no ones buisness but the member and the staffs on why or how long anyone is banned for. But since people like to talk information gets out and people have no choice but to have to clear stuff up, because people like you choose to spew your mouth about rumors without knowing all the facts, then when someone like me comes along and puts you in your place you end up looking like a big tool. So you could have just kept your nose out of this since it was none of your buisness to begin with, but you chose instead to make an ass out of yourself.

Anyways, since I guess I need to clear up rumors since you seem intent on spreading them (and remember rumors are usually lies) to answer your question the ban is 1 month, assuming he doesn't try to log in again with a new account or anything else to get out of serving his ban.
