It would if it was somewhere else. On top of the structure covering the ring is very odd placement.

The Empire State Building and the George Washington bridge by the entrance is frickin' awesome, though.

Now, I shouldn't be one to judge anyone's looks but I agree. Not attractive in the least but you're right. Still going strong and he's almost 70. That's insane. Very commendable.
