But thats not the question at hand, we're discussing which promotion has the better product, unless I somehow missed the memo.
Yes and the better product, in this case, is determined by how many people watch it. You cant judge skill in a WORKED SPORT.
I understand that, but what does this have to do with the overall product. Everyone knows wrestling is fake. Does that mean I cant compare the two? If a product is better, so be it. Real or fake, it really doesn't matter.
You can do whatever you want, it makes it a bad comparison because they are two completely different animals. You might as well say "which is better, Orange Juice or the color blue?"
You're not acting arrogant, you're acting like a control freak. You post in cycles. First its a bunch of numbers that nobody in their right state of mind cares about. Next it's about how your always right and everyone else is wrong, and then comes the name calling.
More faulty logic, how am I acting like a control freak? A control freak wants.....CONTROL. I don't want to control anyone or anything but myself.
Once again you're reaching. I really don't understand how telling people to watch wrestling and be happy can be perceived as arrogance...If I'm not mistaken, Mike made a post similar to this not too long ago so I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels that way.
You didnt say "watch wrestling and be happy" you said "I swear Im the only one with common sense here" thus saying you are smarter, thus showing arrogance. Try again.
And Enig, they may reek of arrogance to you and others but I dont really give a fuck what you think about me, or anyone else who isnt family or friends for that matter. I am not better than anyone for knowing what I know, I just have a broader perspective when it comes to wrestling.
And there is a right and wrong answer to our argument, it is not an opinion. It is a FACT that by and large, pleasing smaller amounts of people is a lot easier than pleasing more. That's why bands get called "sell outs" because their inbred blueberry fans think they were abandoned. The small club of 300 people loves metal, loves metal, loves metal. The band only reaches those 300 people playing metal because the rest of the people could care less because they dont like what the band has to offer. But god damn it, those 300 people love metal. But the second that band changes and tries to please a wider audience with different things, acoustic guitars, female guest singers, etc. those 300 fans desert them because they are a small hardcore group of fans who want ONE THING from this band. Where is the mainstream public wants 500,000 different things from this band.
Oh and yes, if you use the term "mark" or "mark out" in a derogatory term, yes, you are no longer a wrestling fan. If you think you are better than someone because they are a "mark" and you "mark out" only when it's cool to do so, you are no longer a fan, you're on the smark bandwagon. For a "common sense professional" you sure are stupid.
