That wouldn't come into effect for 18 months from the time of his first offense I believe. Either way, they're publicly traded so they have a responsibility to themselves and their shareholders to uphold the rules they set in the first place. Simply finding a loophole wouldn't be enough in that situation. However, as I've said, as long as he's being a good Randy Orton he won't have to worry.I know what it says. WWE would find a loophole. I'm pretty sure they already did a couple of months ago.
